1xBet review: Account blocked for false reasons

Hi,

My 1xBet account (ID: [protected]) was blocked on 31st August 2025 because I did not respond to a WhatsApp message from the payments team, as I was out of town for work.

Later, when I checked my account, I found it was blocked. I tried responding on WhatsApp, but the number was offline. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my account was blocked due to alleged suicide threats. This is completely false. I am mentally healthy, have no financial problems, and have never made such statements. The issue seems to have arisen only because I could not get in touch with the payments team in time, i have written this so many times, but i haven't got any response till yet.

I kindly request 1xbet top official to review my matter and unblock my account. I am now available 24/7 to respond to any queries or verifications needed.
