1xBet review: Blocked my account with my money

My gaming account id : [protected] I am using this account new user. I wining some fund. When I withdraw the fund they block my account with my own deposit fund.. When I gave widthraw request they declined my widthraw request and mentioned share documents to security department, as they requested I shared the details accordingly. Then, this 1xbet security department asked me to send photos of both sides of my national identity card, which was done, then they asked me lots of questions, I answered correctly. They confirmed to me that my request will be processed. So I waited. After a few minutes, I received the email telling me that my account will be blocked. Suddenly, I try to connect to my 1xbet account, no more access. 1xbet is really a scam business. Despite sending the national identity card to the 1xbet security department, my account has always been blocked. I am still waiting for my game account to be unlocked because this account big fund. I lose my all money all my future fund this accout I sell my home and every thing now I am in road... Please kindly help me. It's my hard work and spended more time in this.
