I am a player at 1xBet (Account ID: 1066817483).
Around 3 months ago, my account was blocked without any prior warning while it contained approximately 1690000+tk in winnings.

I created a new account, made a deposit, verified all my personal details, and actively participated in games. I won again, but without any clear explanation, you blocked my account and logged me out.

I contacted 1xBet's support team several times, but they only responded with the same message stating "you have already been answered," without addressing or resolving my issue.

I believe this action is unfair and violates player rights.
If you do not helf me,I will kindly request Curacao eGaming to investigate this matter and assist me in recovering my rightful funds.
