Around 3 months ago, my account was blocked without any prior warning while it contained approximately 1690000+tk in winnings.
I created a new account, made a deposit, verified all my personal details, and actively participated in games. I won again, but without any clear explanation, you blocked my account and logged me out.
I contacted 1xBet's support team several times, but they only responded with the same message stating "you have already been answered," without addressing or resolving my issue.
I believe this action is unfair and violates player rights.
