I went to a McDonald's restaurant in Quebec City, (590 Wilfrid-Hamel Blvd) Canada and when I ordered, I asked for a glass of water to have with my burger and fries. When my order was ready, I again asked for my glass of water. I was refused! I could only have a cup to self-serve a glass of water if I paid for a soft drink, or bought a bottle of water. I wrote to the company and despite an "apology" for my experience, they stated that franchisees have the right to do this. Who knew!

On August 30th around 11am placed a order for lunch. The food shows up in sealed bags like normal. But was incomplete. This was the third time, my order from Mcdonalds was not complete. I ordered 8 sausage Busquits (received 7) and 2 sausage McGriddles (received 0). When I sent an email requesting help corporate directed my email to the franchise. The franchise never followed up. When I contacted corporate again they ignored the complaint. When I used Facebook to ask and engage them, the McDonald’s “customer service” proceeded to make fun of my occurrence and then proceeded to make fun of me for complaining. They left a feeling of enjoying when their customers are ripped off.

I visited this McDonald’s today after sitting in line 20 minutes I pulled up and was told the drive thru was closed. Had to go inside stood in line for another 15 minutes waited for food went to get my sweet tea it was empty, went back to counter to get food wasn’t ready. They got my tea for me and brought my bag of food out we preceded to drive and eat our fish sandwich’s were burnt fries were cold. I’d like to have my $14.38 back. I also advised them inside they would have people less aggravated if they would put signs on both drive throughs CLOSED.

Garlic Aloi wrap meal
The chicken on the wrap was burnt & the mcspicy burger was the same size as a cheeseburger
The chips were horrible & that rubbery that my dog even turned her nose up at them & didn’t eat them.
The medium sprite that was ordered with the wrap was more ice then drink & the big Mac looked like it was thrown together
Very very disappointing & expected more for the $70.00 that it cost me

I placed an order for over 30 worth of food from the lunch menu which was all that was available on the app. We ordered 40 nuggets, a spicy McChicken with Easy mayo add mustard extra pickle (photo included) we were given our food with the same disgusted attitude from the same rude aggressive little boy at the window who AS USUAL refuses to give us our sauces we paid for, napkins or pretty much anything. We got our food and the nuggets were DISGUSTING. Stale rock hard, ALL 40 of them. My friends boyfriend took them inside and was told to come back to get fresh ones TOMORROW stating they had changed the oil. I drove back around to the window where that disgustingly rude little boy told us his manager said she will not come to the window, that I would not be getting a refund, and proceeded to shut the window and lean his back on it away from us. I honked my horn 5 times before the manager would come to the window. She also told us to come back for our dinner tomorrow. I asked her what were supposed to eat now? She replied she didn't know or care. I asked her for a refund and she told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins for it. So I waited and it was 24 mins before she came to the window tossed the refund for THE NUGGETS only into my car shut and locked the window. This is ALWAYS my experience at this location with this shift. If there were somewhere else in town open for food At that time I would NEVER waste my money at this establishment EVER again.
Desired outcome: I would like the crew on that shift to be held accountable for their poor attitudes, extremely poor food quality, 0⃣professionalism, and to be compensated for all the money that is wasted when buying food there.
