We drive through the drive through and ordered a large chicken nugget meal - paid and got to lady who gave us food rudely then we asked for the drink that came with the meal and she said show me your receipt - but we weren’t given one she then found the drink next to her and gave us that staring at me rudely the whole time I then had to ask for a straw which she gave me again staring at me and then told me not to snatch

Ordered a double filet o fish…got single. My kid ate it. I was going back to get cookies so told them about the mess up on the filet o fish. They asked the manager and he said they couldn’t do anything about it since the single had already been eaten. None of it was a big deal til she said they couldn’t do anything about it. I figured they hand me 3 chocolate chip cook and we call it even. They didn’t wanna give me the dollar worth of cookies for their $2 mistake. I said they could do a refund for the difference betas single and a double. The weird girl said they couldn’t. I said…fine…I’ll just take the fish patty that was left out. Was I being petty and annoying? Definitely! Still..what the hell has happened to customer service? Anyway.., The young manager comes to the window and in his stoned, super quiet voice said “I got you”. I asked what he meant. He said he was giving me a $5 filet of fish sandwich instead of the $1 cookies. I say ok and thank you. When I pull up to the pickup window I said I still want to buy 3 cookies. They said I would have to drive around and get back in line. I couldn’t get the cookies like that. Am I the only one who forgets things sometimes and adds on a drink or a cookie? They always do it at the McDonald’s on roan st. The one in west market st in Johnson city is the one I’m talking about. Anywho…an old fart manager said we can’t do that we have people waiting. The [censored]y teenager said “bye” in a sing songy voice and closed the window in my face. I just sat at the window with cars behind me. I motioned for her to come back to the window. She came to the window and LOCKED IT. Lmao! Game on. I just sat there til she finally came back to the window and opened it. Being the immature person that I am, I said BYE! loudly and in a sing songy voice. I swear I think I heard the idiot say “you can’t come back “ as I was driving away. Lmao

Poor maintenance
Every day the trash is overflowing and there must be 20 cigarette butts under and around each parking bumper. This place is the worst ive ever seen. Trash everywhere. The big rocks have not been fluffed up and maintained in 4 years. Semis roll over them and smash them dowm every day but no maintenance to keep them looking nice. Back in 2015 the same gal doing maintenance was also doing the landscape and powerwashing. She was on the roof, changing filters, she had the shed out back spotless.. she did toilets, oil vats, put truck away and all the windows, plus painted the bathrooms and so much more. Get some good help out in that area! Im so sick and tired of going to your restroom and nooo toilet paper... come on staff! Get on the ball!

I went to a McDonald's restaurant in Quebec City, (590 Wilfrid-Hamel Blvd) Canada and when I ordered, I asked for a glass of water to have with my burger and fries. When my order was ready, I again asked for my glass of water. I was refused! I could only have a cup to self-serve a glass of water if I paid for a soft drink, or bought a bottle of water. When I contacted corporate again they ignored the complaint. I visited this McDonald’s today after sitting in line 20 minutes I pulled up and was told the drive thru was closed. Had to go inside stood in line for another 15 minutes waited for food went to get my sweet tea it was empty, went back to counter to get food wasn’t ready. They got my tea for me and brought my bag of food out we preceded to drive and eat our fish sandwich’s were burnt fries were cold. I’d like to have my $14.38 back.
