This is the worst Salisbury steak I've ever eaten lack of good flavor almost like eating moist cardboard furthermore i will not be trying any other products from your company as your quality is clearly suspect or non existant ive had Salisbury steak from the dollar store that tasted better cant believe a company as well known as yours would put their name on this
I made this complaint over 2 weeks ago! Yet no one has replied or gotten back to me.
This complaint is about asst. Manager Gina G. I visit your Restaurant on feb. 1, 2021 and your manager Gina was very to me like she has been a few times in the past. Apparently the only main dish they had was chicken. I asked her what my options were for meals. (I could see the menu that well) She gave me a dirty look like I was asking for the impossible or maybe she just thought I was dumb for asking her. After me asking again and her pausing to not have to answer me, she rudely blurted out rapidly some options. Like she was doing me a Hugh favor by even answering me. They were mostly out of side orders also. I was not greeted or thanked! Even when I checked out! My order was practically just thrown at me!
This manager has had many other issues when she was serving as manager in the past. She was rude on those occasions also! She forgets to cook prime rib on time, or the turkey is not ready, and the sides are not all ready! But most of all is her rudeness towards the customer. She is a awful manager that should not be representing your restaurant unless you don't care about your customers and losing business because of her bad attitude and management. She really needs personnel training and also restaurant management training. To begin with. She is very bad representation for your company

1/8/2021 I have purchased this meal many times. The one I got today was next to inedible. The so-called "Beef Steak" was more like "mystery meat". It was full of gristle or some other nasty something that was impossible to chew and had to be spit out.
I think the instructions have to be changed. It cooks way too long in the first step, as in the 2nd step. The gravy has started to dry up even before the first cooking phase is done. The additional second phase dries it up even more, leaving very little in a true liquid form. Most of the potatoes were too dry to eat with not near enough gravy.

I did speak with Door Dash and was informed that this order was canceled by the restaurant, no reason provided.
This is disappointing. It is Christmas Eve and we were anticipating prompt delivery of our large order.

One was a large Turky entree with mash and creamed spinach
the other meal was 3 pc dark chicken with cream spinach and dill potatotoes no gravies were included with the meal
i am not sure what made us sick but i personally had 6-7 diarrhea several immodiums later and still had an upset stomach the next day.
this is not the first time one of our employees get food poison from this store.
we have in the past order for the whole office large order and found that the chicken is not fully cooked this can cause food poisoning .
i am just letting you know that store needs to be investigated.
i have spoken to several friends that have experienced the same from this store.
