i was at teh Boston Market on Friday Feb 28 lunch time. i went through the drive through. the person working the drive through rushed me through my order to the point that i got the wrong item. i had 2 kids in my car and iwas not going back in the store to get the correct item. the person was rude and just kept asking me is that it. the mac and cheese was over cooked . i would like a partial refund for my food.

    You ate the food and should pay for it. IF you cannot afford all that food afford less. If you cannot afford to feed your kids don' t have kids.

Ordered 2 1/2 racks of ribs with 4 side dishes... The ribs were dry and the garlic potatoes were hard and the brussell sprouts had a funny taste... Made about a $23 purchase on 2, 14.20 at the east hanover, nj store... Been a 30 year customer and a long time customer at that store with no problem... missing points

I tried redeeming my points for a free rotisserie chicken using their app. The points were taken out of my Account but no confirmation about my order was given. Nothing! I called the local Boston Market to ask if they got my order. They said no and to contact Corporate about it. Their CS number is a joke! In fact, their entire CS is a joke! No help at all and lacks basic CS skills! I'm very disappointed with all this!


There is a an employee of Boston Market on Staten Island, NY at the Forest Avenue store who consistently harrases my wife and my daughter both are regular customers I am asking that this man be either transferred from this location or terminated he is making my family very uncomfortable something has to be done immediately about this his name is Rob

bad potato found in pot pie

On 12-1-19, we went to eat in the BOSTON MARKET restaurant on Hwy 100, in Milw. WI. I had a chicken pot pie that had only 3 pieces of potato in it, and one was completely black. I told the manager and he did nothing about it. I showed him, asked him if he would eat that, and he said 'No'. I asked for a refund and he denied me. The pie was overcooked as well. We will not be going back and I intend to put this complaint on the internet also, BECAUSE I was not allowed to speak to someone on the phone for my refund. This is a quality control issue and should never have happened.
