I went and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes repeatedly asking for help and no one answered. Then when I asked for the manager to help identify why that was he and the worker both laughed at me and the manager told me it wasn’t his problem. They tried to quickly ask what I wanted but I drove off with anger instead. He was visibly rude and laughing at me in the window. The right thing to do was de-escalate instead of angering and laughing at a customer like he did. I didn’t even get my food. I would like to know l was respected but felt completely ignored and disrespected and I have never felt so much anger but instead of arguing I chose to drive away before I said anything i regret. Those two people the manager and worker viably laughed at me and told me it’s not their problem. I would like to go back but probably won’t be back for a long while after that experience. I’m discussed
Claimed loss: Emotional I didn’t get my food and I was still hungry
Desired outcome: I would like atleast one free meal or to know that the manager who laughed at me to know that’s not ok to do to anyone. I mean I’m so angry I don’t even know what the right thing to do is.

His excuse was there was two lines but if you replay the video no one was in the other line for a while and I’m sure that’s the excuse he will use. His attitude is what upset me the most and the visual laughter through the window.
