On 11/30/22 around 10:00pm I ordered 2 cheeseburgers no pickles. I had to pull forward to spot #1 and waited for 10 to 15 minutes. When I received food it was very cold and tasted horrible considering having to wait. Waiting that long you would think they would be hot, I only live 2min away. I noticed when I got home. I would have taken back but i couldn’t my husband is a fireman and got called in to fire department for a call.

I made this complaint in year 2022 September to USA McDonald's location in Stanislaus county Modesto, CA. I went to the McDonald's career website, to apply for job which they said they had vacancy. I am looking for General Manage post and also Shift manager and crew. You sent and submitted the application, got invited to an interview, they acted very emergency and not care for the career opportunities for local like Stanislaus county residents. I live in Modesto, CA for over 20 years. They would rather let the vacancies for whole year, and they just do not take care of the applicants invited from the online website McDonald career. Sometimes, you went down to the store, the staffs act so private and they would even let you have a choice to introduce yourself to the manager there too.
I do not like the progress of this whole recruitment things. It degraded the McDonald positive spirit and and the dream that the youth had in mind to be part of McDonald's employee.
It looks like is not you to find this job, is this job to find you. Today evening, I received strange email and strange text message with no heading. And wanted to ask me if I am available for an interview tomorrow at 9am. I believed is from the same person emailed me and said is from the McDonald's career Olivia, and I response and no one has the second message anymore. I do not know what is his or her name, or which location of McDonald, or even I do not know what position that I have applied because the message did not mention. This is not very nice. A lot of broken line to get a job at McDonald. It pits me off.
Desired outcome: It makes you has a torture feel of the whole process.
Waiting
I’m in your drive through as we speak have been in there twice for my food and they forgot my nuggets.. I’m watching people pass me going thru getting their food and leaving! Finally 34 minutes later in a drive through I have food….. fast food restaurant.. [censored] happens I get it but 34 minutes and I had to get out of my car and go in TWICE and they still forgot the nuggets
Froppie
I have took my mother by the Osceola Arkansas location many time to get her a froppie but every time I get a different excuse. Such as " The machine is down." "We are out" and today they told us they don't have a Froppie machine" If they have it on their menu they should have it and not everytime having an excuse not to have it. This has been an ongoing...

I quit but they only gave me my first check that they held back when I started. I worked about three hours that I didn't get a check for! Also, Crystal, the general manager admitted that she threw away two important papers that I allowed her to complete.She admitted that in front of four employees including three managers. Qwanda, one of the managers was upset that she did that to me. I asked Crystal for Brooks, the owner's phone number and she refused to give it to me. I want Brooks to call me! No wonder they lose help! This is Ruth Ingram!
Desired outcome: Crystal should be fired! One day she will do that to the wrong person and they will use that owner. Again, I want Brooks to call me!!!
Service issues
This morning at 6:25 am, on 9/27/22 I walked into the McDonald’s in Wickenburg Az
I walked up to place an order
No one was there. I walked towards the kitchen
I saw a manager & a cook
They both saw me, but no acknowledgement. I looked towards the gal who was taking drive through orders
When she saw me, she spoke to either the manager or cook, and asked them if they had opened the front door
I asked her, are you not open . She said , sorry, but still wouldn’t take my order
It would have taken her 30 seconds, to take my order, but she wouldn’t
I have been a resident of Wickenburg, for 14 years. I try to give my business to every business in Wickenburg
I’m not happy at all. I told the gal, this is not good. She didn’t seem to care
There’s a good chance, that I will not visit this location, ever again

Rude staff
I took my son here after he got off of work to pick up something to eat. We are not from here so we went inside to order because I didn't want him to eat in the car. The sign on the door states the lobby is open until midnight and this was 10 p.m. We went inside and was preparing to order from the kiosk when an employee informed us that the dining room was closed. When I asked why then was the door unlocked, the hours said they were open and other people were eating inside, I was told that that wasn't her problem but that if we wanted food we had to go through the drive thru. Her attitude was nasty so I asked for the manger and was told that "we ain't got no manager... we do what we want". So then I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked every one of the 10! people working what her name was and was told that nobody was going to tell me so I said that I would only leave after I got Miss Sassy pants' name and was just told Destiny. So we were pushed out the door by a pregnant employee, the door was locked behind us and the employees then proceeded to make fun of my son and I. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE who was working here at 10p. m on 9/26/2022 needs to be terminated. Just be thankful I haven't called a lawyer yet.
Desired outcome: I'd like for Destiny to be terminated at the very least. I've NEVER been treated so rudely in all my life and that's saying something. The whole group needs to find new jobs.
Fries
Approx 7:38pm I ordered food located in Wilmington Delaware. I ordered the crispy chicken deluxe meal with a coke soda. I live 6mins away from my home . As I pulled out my fries from the bad they were crunchy and felt extremely hard as if they set in the pan all day . I was completely unsatisfied. My coke soda tasted like seltzer’s water . My meal was not hot and enjoyable.
Customer service
Visited Mcdonalds on hwy 278 covington ga Saturday evening and received the worse service/people working were very rude. First of all the hamburger they made was so sloppy asked for a remake and was looked at like "what", then they did not give me my complete order, upon asking for the rest of my order I was confronted with let me see your bag. Hello I have 4 children and ordered 4 meals and we only received 3 No chips My order came to £29.60 and I can not believe that this is the kind of service that is being provided in Great Britain as one of my children had to go with out and the rest were all screaming because they had no fries I’m very upset and would expect to be refunded

I actually dreamed about the breakfast. Needless to say I got up because it says online and on the door that they open at 5 am. I stood freezing only to be told that they open at 7,and the wrong time was the owners fault. I am cold and very disappointed! I intend to make sure 3it is something that is heard by many people. I don't want to come back here.

My fifteen-year-old has been working at McDonalds for a couple of months now.
Every single time when her shift is over and she asks to leave the Manager says No and gives her a few extra shifts. The manager never asks if it's ok just says No. My daughter is starting to not want to go to work and i am quite frankly sick of waiting. Can the managers do this and if not who do i contact to help?
Desired outcome: i would like to know if Managers are allowed to do this and if not who would i contact to resolve? We live in Sydney Australia
What i meant was not extra shifs but extra duties so she will say can i leave the manager always says no and tells her to do a few extra jobs
Drive through services and manager.
Today was 3rd time in the past month the drive through got my order wrong. I just ate what they gave me the past 2 times but I wanted it fixed this time. I drove back and went inside and they did fix the order but not so much as an apology from anyone.
The manager came up front and asked what the problem was, I told her they needed to start getting the orders correct since it takes so long to go through the drive through. She didn't say a word, took the wrong order and walked off.
This will be the last time I give them my business.
Desired outcome: Someone needs disciplined and they need to provide better service.
The a.m. manager
I go to this McDonald's almost daily to get breakfast the staff there is great the male a.m. morning manager is a great efficient well mannered and customer driven Man as well as the taller female with the long hair and the rest of the staff as well but there's one manager the shorter female who works there that it seems every time she works there'...

I have been ordering from McDonald's through doordash for a few months now. Every time I order through door dash the food is extremely old with no warmth. I'm starting to think that ,at this particular location, they put old product in customers bags because there's no way to hold them accountable. Whenever I call this location about the cold food, they never try to correct the issue. They always tell me to contact doordash for a refund. I find this very unfair being that door dash is delivering the food quickly. Its the mcdonalds responsibility to make sure they are doing there jobs. This is a major service defect at this location.
Desired outcome: This is a major service defect, and these employees and managers need to be held accountable. Someone needs to visit this store more often and make sure the sop's are being followed.
Food service
The McDonalds in Newport News Virginia has a terrible general manager. She has an condescending attitude, a loud squeaky voice, she is rude and likes to argue. That combined with a Puerto Rican sounding accent is scary. She also discusses problems out loud with the employees so the customers can hear her yacking like an uncontrolled mad rooster.
I am sure she has had many complaints and i cannot understand why she is still working there. She reminds me of the female DMV examiners of years gone by with tall combat boots and a whip...
Service and food
After one drive thru being closed and waiting 15 minutes in line to get food they left a sandwich out of bag and gave me a small fry in a large box. When I ask for them to up my fries she put them in a separate bag and handed the same ones back. I told her to keep them if they wanted to be so tight. On 9/7/22 I went inside. Stood at register for over 5 min when one of them told me I had to use kiosk. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Toilet paper dispensers were broken off wall, no tp, walls and floors gross, trash all over. You would think after being closed for almost 2 years they would clean. Also, ice cream machine always broken. The drink area was sticky, lid dispenser stuck with crud. The franchise owner should be ashamed. Can someone speak to that person?
