Every morning I come into the drive thru to order breakfast. The lady taking my order and money is always nice and polite! But when I get to the second window there's always this manager that is rude and does not have good costumer service! She always has a attitude, she has laughed at My face and wants to start a argument with me about my order I ordered a orange juice and she said it's not on the order and I should say it back when I order at the menu I told her I did! And it showed up on the order screen where you place your order. Ever since then she gives me a attitude,mean looks and when I say thank you she will ignore me and walk away like if I'm not a paying costumer! This has been going on for 4 weeks now! If she is a manager she needs to have better respect and good costumer service!
