McDonald's

I was at the McDonald's at 22 W. Girard Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19123 last night. The ordering window was out of order so everyone in the drive thru had to order when we paid. It took 45 minutes waiting in line to place my order and then I was told to pull in the parking lot and someone would bring my food out, after waiting that long to order. I would not have paid if I knew I had to pull over and wait again. I would have left, but once in line there was no where to exit. This is totally an unacceptable way for Mcdonald's to operate at dinner time. My previous visi, the milkshake machine was down. I just don't think they wanted to bother to make one. Seems like this place is going downhill very fast. It's a shame.
