McDonald's Customer service

I’m a dasher went to restaurant manager was rude and offensive when I went to Check in for order she stated it would be a minute so I waited for 25 minutes and I asked again about the status of my order and then tells me I have no order and I asked her why she didn’t tell me that to begin with she says I’m being rude and not to come back to the store anymore

McDonald's Incorrect order

5/10/23 around 9.15pm. Te Rapa hamilton store. Ordered a double quarter pounder combo, with a filet o fish combo. Was given a cheeseburger instead of the double quarter pounder. I paid for the double quarter pounder and expected to get that and instead a burger a quarter of the size. It was very disappointing. I wondered how they could have got that so wrong…was it done one purpose? There is no word the same in that burger so don’t know how they saw double quarter pounder and gave a cheeseburger. But managed to get the rest of the order correct?

McDonald's Mobil Receipt

I have been having a problem for about theist month in receiving receipts for online orders.

Today, for the 4th time since problem started, I again ate at the McDonalds on 7661 Warren Abernathy Highway, Spartanburg, SC.

I was hoping that the problem was rectified, but same results.

I went inside restaurant to discuss with a representative, but they could not help me.

I've been ordering online for well over a year and all was fine until recently.

Please help rectify this problem and also tell me how to get copies of missing receipts.

McDonald's Food and customer service

Had to wait 5 minutes at the front counter for service
Staff laughing and screaming in the food prep area
The store is out of ice for the drinks,
Get our meals and goto the park to find out there is no meat patty in the kids cheese burger.
Ring the store to complain and the store Manager Natasha is not there. There is no store manager on duty.
The fries taste like crap and the lovely quarter was slapped together- disgraceful
This store is a joke and so is the food.
Never going to a McDonald’s again.

McDonald's Service

I stood in line at the register for over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there or even came out of the kitchen. Left there and went through the drive through and the girl couldn't understand the work special "sauce" she kept saying salt. When it was time to pay I thought I was getting a buy one get one on the big mac but was charged for both. At the payment window the girl explained I order the meal so it didn't apply. I had her fix it and the total was over $2 less. Why didn't they explain this when I placed my order. The most frustrating part was standing at the register and not being acknowledge as even being there. Will think twice before going again since the quality of the food also sucked.

So we ordered food from the Chapman Highway location in Knoxville TN the food wasn't good so we went inside to have it remade and the manager Jennifer had a very nasty attitude. The food was remade but it was still disgusting something needs to be done about it. I'm in restaurant management myself and you do not treat customers like that it's completely unacceptable!
