I ordered thru my app john Hyland and i wanted a mocha frappe and clicked own the mocha frappe and a chicken sandwich this morning around 2;30-245am and i went to the window to pickup and the lady in charge was arguing with me about what i purchased and would not let me talk and alls i wanted was my order right mistake own app or what not she wouldnt help me to get what i really wanted and kept say this is what u ordered and refused to help me so i drove off with no frappe or no chicken sandwich and my name is john hyland and sometimes i go their and pay cash in morning and she refuses to understand what i am trying to tell her so i would like my money back i spent this morning own the 19th and i refuse to go back to your establishment until u change your leader their i dont know if its because i am white [protected]

Icecream cone. When we get off the afternoon shift me and my friend like to get a cone and wind down before we go home. We usually get a large cone. A regular cone is $5.18 (for 2 cones) and a large cone is $5.78. I ordered 2 large cones. When we went to the drive up window and saw they were 2 regular cones I told her we ordered 2 large she informed me they only had one size. Not tire because all summer we were getting large cones. The McDonalds here has wooden tables and bench seats for customers .They are so dirty , very dirty. They are all written on with black felt pen . Not very nice , in fact , the filth and writing is horrible. They have liquid spills on every single table and chairs ! This is very discussting. These seats and tables are outside of the building for customers who want the privilege of drinking or eating outside of the MaDonald building. I have nothing further to say so if this is not enough to complain about then use it as you prefer.
Desired outcome: Get rid of these tables and seats.
Parking for drive through
On 10/07/2023 around 6:30 pm or a little after I went through the drive through and it was a little busy and all the vehicles in front of me had to go and park in the drive through parking spaces so when I got up to pick up my order the guy had me to go and park also but when I did there was no where to park so I pulled into the family dollar parking lot and waited there for quite awhile and finally all the car had left the parking lot I pulled over into one of the spaces and no one came out with my order so I went in and asked about my order and the girl that was working the front asked me were was I parked at so I told her and she stated that I wasn't allowed to park there so I told her she didn't have a place for me to park and that I wasn't going to park in the road and get my car hit and she was not a very nice person she wasn't listening to what I was trying to tell her because there wasn't anywhere to park
Desired outcome: Stop having so many people parking in the drive through parking lot at one time and have staff be a little kinder and listen to what you're telling them

5/10/23 around 9.15pm. Te Rapa hamilton store. Ordered a double quarter pounder combo, with a filet o fish combo. Was given a cheeseburger instead of the double quarter pounder. I paid for the double quarter pounder and expected to get that and instead a burger a quarter of the size. It was very disappointing. I wondered how they could have got that so wrong…was it done one purpose? There is no word the same in that burger so don’t know how they saw double quarter pounder and gave a cheeseburger. But managed to get the rest of the order correct?

I have been having a problem for about theist month in receiving receipts for online orders.
Today, for the 4th time since problem started, I again ate at the McDonalds on 7661 Warren Abernathy Highway, Spartanburg, SC.
I was hoping that the problem was rectified, but same results.
I went inside restaurant to discuss with a representative, but they could not help me.
I've been ordering online for well over a year and all was fine until recently.
Please help rectify this problem and also tell me how to get copies of missing receipts.

I stood in line at the register for over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there or even came out of the kitchen. Left there and went through the drive through and the girl couldn't understand the work special "sauce" she kept saying salt. When it was time to pay I thought I was getting a buy one get one on the big mac but was charged for both. At the payment window the girl explained I order the meal so it didn't apply. I had her fix it and the total was over $2 less. Why didn't they explain this when I placed my order. The most frustrating part was standing at the register and not being acknowledge as even being there. Will think twice before going again since the quality of the food also sucked.
