McDonald's

This morning 09/02/2023 at 9:45 a.m. my husband went to McDonald's on Pimlico Parkway in Lexington KY to order breakfast. He ordered himself a hot cake and sausage platter, hot cake for our daughter and a #4 for me with a decaf coffee. When go got to the second window to pay, he noticed my order wasn't in the bag. He was told it was too late to change the order and that he should have told the person at the front window. I thought McDonald's pride themselves on customer service, but at this location, this is not the case. I understand the job pool is low and there are not a lot of folks out there looking for a job, but for the ones that have a job, treating the customer like you want to be treated should be your goal everyday when you clock in to work. We are paying you for a service. If this is the way you want to treat your customers, then you just lost one with my family.
