Shutting down breakfast before10:30 when that's what is advertised!
I pulled up to the McDonald's on WS Young and Hwy 190 in Killeen Texas to order breakfast this morning at 10:26. I was informed that the manager instructed the employee to shut down breakfast early. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem at this location and am tired of it. I don't know if it's the same manager, and I don't really expect you to do anything about it in all honesty, because it keeps happening at this location. If you advertise that your breakfast is until 10:30, then even shutting it down one minute early is false advertising. I have arrived at this McDonald's at 10:23 and been told that I couldn't order breakfast. Is breakfast supposed to be until 10:30, or until the manager decides to shut it down. I just finished fussing at the person on the other side of the intercom, and had to apologize, because it wasn't their fault. This is terrible management, and McDonald's is going to lose my business permanently, even for lunch, and dinner. I have had this happen to me too many times. With all of the other options available, I will begin using them.
Desired outcome: I would like for the standard to be honored.I would like for the manager to at least be reprimanded, and the dark side of me wants them fired....but what I expect, honestly, nothing to be done, or this wouldn't keep happening.

Order was made in app on 1 august. Order : 204 (placed with festival walk McDonald’s). Order was placed at 7:49am while order was not ready at counter in 15 minutes. Since I am in hurry and have no choice but abandon the order and leave.
This service standard is not acceptable and out of expectation where expedite service is expected with app order during peak hours.

Today is 7/31/23 & this is the third time this month I have ordered 2 mcgriddle but they only give me one & I don't notice til I get home so it's almost every time that I go they forget one thing or another & yes I can go back to McDonald's but who's gonna pay for my gas everytime I gotta go back since it's a good distance from where I live all I'm asking is please help

So I came up to the drive thru just told me if I would be using my app today then didnt answer me so I went to the window ordered 20 doublecheeseburgers and was charged for the wrong order then parked and when the manager gave me the order I told her can I get sauces she said the first one is free so I was waiting another 5 minutes didnt get nothing so I went inside and got 4 pakets of ketchup and 2 sauces no napkins at all not enough for the whole 20 burgers are you serious who freaking does that [censored] the hispanic manager with the glasses.

I go to McDonald's a lot and the way my family and I and the other elderly customers were treated is unacceptable not only from the crew but also from management. I ordered on the inside kiosk and day at a table waited 10 min and had to go all for my drinks that had already been sitting there for a long time the manager looked at me like she was offended when I said can I have my drinks sorry to interrupt your conversation. Then went back to my table and waited again exactly ,27 min from time of ordering I asked for my food and they were ride and demanded proud I bought it so I handed her my receipt and then they give me a bad of cold food not even the way I ordered it and we're just ride to is ama the lady before is make that elderly women cry. Napkins were tossed at the lady because she asked a few member to wipe her table and get a few napkins. I spent forty bucks that night as I usually do when my family eats out but I will not be returning to McDonald's. We've never seen such bad customer service or
Desired outcome: For the next person to not have to go through what me and my family did. For that crew to be retrained on customer service skills for sure. And either a replacement meal or money back

On Monday, July 24 at around 8:45 AM I went to the McDonald’s on Western Avenue in Peoria Illinois and I ordered two big breakfasts one with sausage and one with bacon. The big breakfast that was supposed to have bacon and it did not have bacon, so I went inside to correct the order. The manager who was a white lady, looked at me very angry, and turned around and said something to another worker, and then they proceeded to give me a Mc chicken box with four pieces of broken up, hard, petrifed, looking bacon in it, and that was their solution and turned around and walked off. Desired outcome: I would like my money back for the big breakfast with bacon. You charge a lot of money for bacon and I expect to get fresh bacon not some old bacon that they found in the corner.
