Hello, My name is unimportant. I'm a retired US Navy Veteran. I am concerned about the people representing your multi-Billion-dollar company. The employee referred to as Rosie Rodriguez deliberately served this food to me. Please see the attachments. Please! be warned, it's disgusting.
I made a complaint to Anthony Hernandez, he introduced himself as the manager. Then he referred me to Juana Martinez. She was introduced as the General Manager. The general manager referred me to Rosie Rodriguez. Mr. Hernandez , said she was the Grill manager.
Rosie deliberately served rotten food. Please investigate the people representing you.

Store location Pilot Knob Missouri ordered on July 10th 2023 around 1:30 pm cst. I ordered a cheeseburger and a couple other items, but the cheeseburger was awful. The burger itself was so small and thin I couldn't even see with the top bun on. Management and operations of establishment
Curbside order placed at 8:20 a.m. & paid in full on 07/10/2023.The order was supposed to be brought out between 8:24-8:25. I waited in spot three until 8:42 then went thru the drive thru window to inquire, where I sat in line for ten minutes. After notifying the employees I waited another five minutes in spot three. In all I waited until 8:47 am, which is a total of 47 minutes after placing the order thru the app. I chose to order this way so I could take advantage of the less time waiting in line when orders are placed on line. The G.M brought the food and lectured me that they were looking for five minutes for me and I wasn't in my spot! I kindly informed her that was because I spent ten minutes in line. She proceeded to carry on in her condescending unprofessional unnecessary tone as if I was a incompetent child. However, it has become increasingly challenging due to the unwarranted mistreatment I have experienced from your staff. On several occasions, I have been subjected to derogatory comments and demeaning gestures that have left me feeling disrespected and humiliated.
Moreover, it is deeply concerning that your staff has been asking delivery riders not to visit your establishment. As delivery riders, we play an integral role in ensuring that your customers receive their orders promptly and enjoy your food in the comfort of their own homes. It is both disappointing and disheartening to be met with such discouragement from the very staff who represent your brand.
I believe that every customer, including delivery riders, should be treated with respect and courtesy. It is essential for the staff to understand that their behavior has a direct impact on the reputation of your establishment and the overall customer experience. As such, I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address this issue and rectify the conduct of your staff members.

I ordered chicken mayo burger amongst other items totalling £22.15p
When I picked my order up after paying I then discovered after pulling away from take away going home, I discovered I had a Chicken Sandwich instead of Chicken Burger. And much more expensive.

I was heading to an event in Apopka FL (3141 state rd 436) & I placed an app order to pick up when I arrived. I changed the location in the app & when I arrived the app told me I was at the wrong location & my order was waiting for me at my home location 20 miles away. This is highly inconvenient as the drive thru queue is extremely long (which I was trying to avoid by using the app) due to the event I am attending.
