Bad service
So I came up to the drive thru just told me if I would be using my app today then didnt answer me so I went to the window ordered 20 doublecheeseburgers and was charged for the wrong order then parked and when the manager gave me the order I told her can I get sauces she said the first one is free so I was waiting another 5 minutes didnt get nothing so I went inside and got 4 pakets of ketchup and 2 sauces no napkins at all not enough for the whole 20 burgers are you serious who freaking does that [censored] the hispanic manager with the glasses.

I go to McDonald's a lot and the way my family and I and the other elderly customers were treated is unacceptable not only from the crew but also from management. I ordered on the inside kiosk and day at a table waited 10 min and had to go all for my drinks that had already been sitting there for a long time the manager looked at me like she was offended when I said can I have my drinks sorry to interrupt your conversation. Then went back to my table and waited again exactly ,27 min from time of ordering I asked for my food and they were ride and demanded proud I bought it so I handed her my receipt and then they give me a bad of cold food not even the way I ordered it and we're just ride to is ama the lady before is make that elderly women cry. Napkins were tossed at the lady because she asked a few member to wipe her table and get a few napkins. I spent forty bucks that night as I usually do when my family eats out but I will not be returning to McDonald's. We've never seen such bad customer service or
Desired outcome: For the next person to not have to go through what me and my family did. For that crew to be retrained on customer service skills for sure. And either a replacement meal or money back

On Monday, July 24 at around 8:45 AM I went to the McDonald’s on Western Avenue in Peoria Illinois and I ordered two big breakfasts one with sausage and one with bacon. The big breakfast that was supposed to have bacon and it did not have bacon, so I went inside to correct the order. The manager who was a white lady, looked at me very angry, and turned around and said something to another worker, and then they proceeded to give me a Mc chicken box with four pieces of broken up, hard, petrifed, looking bacon in it, and that was their solution and turned around and walked off. No apology or nothing.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back for the big breakfast with bacon. You charge a lot of money for bacon and I expect to get fresh bacon not some old bacon that they found in the corner.
