I ordered 8 sausage Busquits (received 7) and 2 sausage McGriddles (received 0). When I sent an email requesting help corporate directed my email to the franchise. The franchise never followed up. When I contacted corporate again they ignored the complaint. When I used Facebook to ask and engage them, the McDonald’s “customer service” proceeded to make fun of my occurrence and then proceeded to make fun of me for complaining. They left a feeling of enjoying when their customers are ripped off.

I visited this McDonald’s today after sitting in line 20 minutes I pulled up and was told the drive thru was closed. Had to go inside stood in line for another 15 minutes waited for food went to get my sweet tea it was empty, went back to counter to get food wasn’t ready. They got my tea for me and brought my bag of food out we preceded to drive and eat our fish sandwich’s were burnt fries were cold. I’d like to have my $14.38 back. I also advised them inside they would have people less aggravated if they would put signs on both drive throughs CLOSED.

After a wait in the line , I pulled up at the coffee window to be treated like a problem because I paid for a large x shot and received a medium no x shot and asked if it could be changed or refunded and she through a baby tantrum, so I asked to speck to a manger to clear up what the problem was to be told iam wrong and I ordered a medium, finally actually gave me what I ordered with aditude, no sorry no nothing , but you were wrong! Ok

Poor customer service and management can't teach if they are children as well...

The last 3-4 times we was in their the food was cold and spicificly told them we wanted it hot.. 8-27-23- this past sunday - we put order in and we told them we wanted hot a the girl put special and talked to another cook that we wanted ithot and when we got the orderit was cold? I’ve just had a drive through of Big Mac meal and extra filet of fish. Everything was cold. In addition I got some form of cheese burger instead of what I wanted. If I hadn’t driven away I would have taken it all back

It is Thursday August 23 or 24th I came in to McDonald's nearly avenue I put in order in for a total of $18 2i ce cream cones 10 nuggets and a pop I asked them to split tender the girl working behind the counter haf no idea what I was talking about so the manager came over and did so and That Being done I was still sure a little bit I asked him if he could take an item off the bill he said no I asked him if he could void 0 order and start over he said no I asked if he could refund my debit card he said no Therefore I feel I am being strong from And if it's a man doesn't know how to do his job maybe he needs to be trained better than that or maybe somewhere else25 years I work to customer service and I have never spoken to a customer like that refuse to refund something that should have been refunded or Tell them or I will not change the order

Came through at 10:56 and the young man that's taking orders always got something to say asking for phone numbers and stuff with his shirt up pulled us to 3rd window and I have my children in the car...

I asked him where was the young lady that normally works he said they fired her [censored] hus exact words I said oh my she was very polite and made sure our food was fresh and fries hot.

He goes on to ask and say things put the way which I ask do I need my husband to come up her that's when he shut the window in my face very un professional

I like to take my kids and I for vanilla cones on a regular basis. It seems like we get ripped off more and more each time. Almost $3 for a simple vanilla cone and it's thismini size cone. Like 3 to 5 bites of ice cream. I remember going to get cones for 99 cents and the cones were 3x the ice cream they do now. My son got a hot fudge sundae and ice cream was almost totally melted like it had been sitting and one little plop of chocolate that was mostly on the inside of the plastic cup. So it looked like a decent amount of chocolate but was not. My other son got a Mcflurry and only had one little scoop of oreos on the top. When I tried to nicely say something about it the guy just stood there and stared at me. Then continues to hand me the rest of my order and never addresses my complaint. The next time we went and I complained the lady shrugs shoulders and mumbles Spanish to other employee then shrugs and tells me to have nice day, thank you. WTH?! I will go to Braums or Sonic from now on. It's not the Spanish as that's not my problem or complaint so don't misunderstand. My problem is paying for crap service and crap order that cost twice what it should. And being blown off when I complained that it wasn't up to standard. I didn't push it because nobody wants to piss off people who are making your food. PLAIN SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM DOESNT COST $3 FLIPPIN DOLLARS FOR 3 BITES/LICKS OF ICE CREAM MCDONALDS! IF the damn ice cream machine is even ON or not OUT OF ORDER that day. Which sometimes just sounds like an excuse because they didn't want to clean machine or deal with serving it etc that day. This McDonalds is pretty busy in a nice area. It's too bad, it's not worth going there anymore after today.

(Big Mac, double cheeseburger & mcspicy)

Garlic Aloi wrap meal

The chicken on the wrap was burnt & the mcspicy burger was the same size as a cheeseburger

The chips were horrible & that rubbery that my dog even turned her nose up at them & didn’t eat them.

The medium sprite that was ordered with the wrap was more ice then drink & the big Mac looked like it was thrown together

Very very disappointing & expected more for the $70.00 that it cost me

The only decent things were the shakes & the nuggets

Clean ya act up

I placed an order for over 30 worth of food from the lunch menu which was all that was available on the app. We ordered 40 nuggets, a spicy McChicken with Easy mayo add mustard extra pickle (photo included) we were given our food with the same disgusted attitude from the same rude aggressive little boy at the window who AS USUAL refuses to give us our sauces we paid for, napkins or pretty much anything. We got our food and the nuggets were DISGUSTING. Stale rock hard, ALL 40 of them. My friends boyfriend took them inside and was told to come back to get fresh ones TOMORROW stating they had changed the oil. I drove back around to the window where that disgustingly rude little boy told us his manager said she will not come to the window, that I would not be getting a refund, and proceeded to shut the window and lean his back on it away from us. I honked my horn 5 times before the manager would come to the window. She also told us to come back for our dinner tomorrow. I asked her what were supposed to eat now? She replied she didn't know or care. I asked her for a refund and she told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins for it. So I waited and it was 24 mins before she came to the window tossed the refund for THE NUGGETS only into my car shut and locked the window. This is ALWAYS my experience at this location with this shift. If there were somewhere else in town open for food At that time I would NEVER waste my money at this establishment EVER again.
