Garlic Aloi wrap meal
The chicken on the wrap was burnt & the mcspicy burger was the same size as a cheeseburger
The chips were horrible & that rubbery that my dog even turned her nose up at them & didn’t eat them.
The medium sprite that was ordered with the wrap was more ice then drink & the big Mac looked like it was thrown together
Very very disappointing & expected more for the $70.00 that it cost me

I placed an order for over 30 worth of food from the lunch menu which was all that was available on the app. We ordered 40 nuggets, a spicy McChicken with Easy mayo add mustard extra pickle (photo included) we were given our food with the same disgusted attitude from the same rude aggressive little boy at the window who AS USUAL refuses to give us our sauces we paid for, napkins or pretty much anything. We got our food and the nuggets were DISGUSTING. Stale rock hard, ALL 40 of them. My friends boyfriend took them inside and was told to come back to get fresh ones TOMORROW stating they had changed the oil. I drove back around to the window where that disgustingly rude little boy told us his manager said she will not come to the window, that I would not be getting a refund, and proceeded to shut the window and lean his back on it away from us. I honked my horn 5 times before the manager would come to the window. She also told us to come back for our dinner tomorrow. I asked her what were supposed to eat now? She replied she didn't know or care. I asked her for a refund and she told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins for it. So I waited and it was 24 mins before she came to the window tossed the refund for THE NUGGETS only into my car shut and locked the window. This is ALWAYS my experience at this location with this shift. If there were somewhere else in town open for food At that time I would NEVER waste my money at this establishment EVER again.
Desired outcome: I would like the crew on that shift to be held accountable for their poor attitudes, extremely poor food quality, 0⃣professionalism, and to be compensated for all the money that is wasted when buying food there.

I ordered a quarter pounder plain and dry with a dr. Pepper and med Fri. When I got to window they told me the Dr Pepper was out so I ordered a sprite: when I finally got my food and got where I was going the burger wasn’t correct. It had everything on it. I turned around, went back to the store. Complained at drive thru window then waited for them to complete the order. Got back to my job and sat down to eat. I was walking out with my drinks in both hands as I was heading out an employee. She looked to be an older lady real slim. Turned around and looked at me and continued to walk out as well. I believe she was leaving she had in her car after words. As we were both talking out she knew I was behind her and as I said I had to drinks in my hands. She didn’t hold the door open for me. As she went out the first door she shut it on me even thought she saw me. The second door she looked at me aging before going out while I was behind her she didn’t bother to hold the door for me she shut it on me again. It was rude! And embarrassing as a family coming in to the McDonald’s saw as well. The dad in the family I’m assuming had a socked look on his face i quickly had the door for them. But yet again I do not appreciate her shutting the door on me. She was wearing a side purse on her side right of her body. She had her McDonald’s hat on as well. I didn’t get her name or her name tag. Her hair was in a ponytail she has brown hair not to dark and she looked to have gray and white hairs

I ordered through DoorDash a Big Mac Meal Large with a Orange Fanta , 6 piece nuggets , a spicy McChicken & 7 M&M Mcflurries these ice creams where for my kids I worked for McDonalds before & I know how the process works when it comes to ice cream or smoothies or frappes , shakes it normally happens when the driver arrives & when she got there it was melted I asked the driver before she arrived to pick up my order to please make sure they made the mcflurries when she arrived she said okay , again when she got there they were melted . She asked politely to the worker if they can please remake it because I asked for them to be made once she got there & they laughed at her & refused to make it. It is just sad how these employees denied to remake items that they knew were suppose to be made once the dasher arrives at the store … not to mention the blamed her the workers got upset grabbed the mcflurries & never remade a new one my order got cancelled after that. I want the person or persons who refused to make the mcflurries held accountable & fired this is ridiculous & poor service never again am I ordering from here again. After arriving at McDonald's parking lot I let them know I was in slot one 35 minutes later No one had brought my order out. I went inside asked for a refund food wad cold. The acting manager (a Latina) then started telling the employees to call the police if I threw the food at them. Unfortunately that location has gone down the tube. I live right behind it. And I will be going to town neeti gs to get something done about your location.

Shutting down breakfast before10:30 when that's what is advertised!
I pulled up to the McDonald's on WS Young and Hwy 190 in Killeen Texas to order breakfast this morning at 10:26. I was informed that the manager instructed the employee to shut down breakfast early. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem at this location and am tired of it. I don't know if it's the same manager, and I don't really expect you to do anything about it in all honesty, because it keeps happening at this location. If you advertise that your breakfast is until 10:30, then even shutting it down one minute early is false advertising. I have arrived at this McDonald's at 10:23 and been told that I couldn't order breakfast. Is breakfast supposed to be until 10:30, or until the manager decides to shut it down. I just finished fussing at the person on the other side of the intercom, and had to apologize, because it wasn't their fault. This is terrible management, and McDonald's is going to lose my business permanently, even for lunch, and dinner. I have had this happen to me too many times. With all of the other options available, I will begin using them.
Desired outcome: I would like for the standard to be honored.I would like for the manager to at least be reprimanded, and the dark side of me wants them fired....but what I expect, honestly, nothing to be done, or this wouldn't keep happening.

Order was made in app on 1 august. Order : 204 (placed with festival walk McDonald’s). Order was placed at 7:49am while order was not ready at counter in 15 minutes. Since I am in hurry and have no choice but abandon the order and leave.
This service standard is not acceptable and out of expectation where expedite service is expected with app order during peak hours.
