McDonald's

3 times over the last 2 months I have placed and order and when I returned home I was missing items.

I have also ordered chicken deluxe sandwiches and the chicken is nasty, over cooked and looks like it was cooked in old oil.

Also, for my bday I got a code for 1 free item. I used it today and when I used the code it ended up charging me more than my original price. I complained at the window and they told me the manager can’t do anything about it.

This McDonalds used to be good up until this last 6 months. Management is crappy and doesn’t give a [censored]. Every time you try to speak to management they deny talking or say too bad. We are no longer coming here. Burger King, Culvers and other fast food places in Sparta, WI always provides great customer service.
