Went through the drive through and ordered a coffee and when the cashier passed it to me the cover came off and coffee went all over me and my car. The female at the window handed me a bunch of napkins and told me that I wasn't holding the cup right that is why the lid came off, didn't ask me if I was alright or even give me an other cup of coffee, I just looked at her in disbelief, my hand and leg is burning not to mention the coffee is all over my car and me.

Around 9:00-9:30 approximately I observed a a management outside aurging loud and cussing and shortly after I heard one of them mention a gun and went to a black car and got the gun and entered the building. As I pulled around to the drive through window I heard loud threatening conversations. This is my neighbor and I would like to see a clean safe McDonald's like everywhere else. Ive been seeing this same manger cussing and screaming for years. I really wish my neighborhood McDonald's wasnt so ratchet and dangerous. Its like y'all welcome that violent culture. We drive through the drive through and ordered a large chicken nugget meal - paid and got to lady who gave us food rudely then we asked for the drink that came with the meal and she said show me your receipt - but we weren’t given one she then found the drink next to her and gave us that staring at me rudely the whole time I then had to ask for a straw which she gave me again staring at me and then told me not to snatch

Every day the trash is overflowing and there must be 20 cigarette butts under and around each parking bumper. This place is the worst ive ever seen. Trash everywhere. The big rocks have not been fluffed up and maintained in 4 years. Semis roll over them and smash them dowm every day but no maintenance to keep them looking nice. Back in 2015 the same gal doing maintenance was also doing the landscape and powerwashing. She was on the roof, changing filters, she had the shed out back spotless.. she did toilets, oil vats, put truck away and all the windows, plus painted the bathrooms and so much more. Get some good help out in that area! Im so sick and tired of going to your restroom and nooo toilet paper... come on staff! Get on the ball!

When my order was ready, I again asked for my glass of water. I was refused! I could only have a cup to self-serve a glass of water if I paid for a soft drink, or bought a bottle of water. I ordered 8 sausage Busquits (received 7) and 2 sausage McGriddles (received 0). When I sent an email requesting help corporate directed my email to the franchise. The franchise never followed up. When I contacted corporate again they ignored the complaint. When I used Facebook to ask and engage them, the McDonald’s “customer service” proceeded to make fun of my occurrence and then proceeded to make fun of me for complaining. They left a feeling of enjoying when their customers are ripped off.

I visited this McDonald’s today after sitting in line 20 minutes I pulled up and was told the drive thru was closed. Had to go inside stood in line for another 15 minutes waited for food went to get my sweet tea it was empty, went back to counter to get food wasn’t ready.
