It took 20 minutes from the moment I got in the drive-thru lane until I received my food, and when I mentioned this to the cashier, he told me they were short-staffed. That is not my problem.

I ordered my breakfast and 3 large iced coffees. The attendant placed all 3 coffees in a cardboard tray and then tried to hand it to me through the drive-thru window, only to have 2 of the coffees topple over on me and into my car—flooding my floor mat and soaking my shirt, slacks, and jacket.

I was left with large brown stains on my work dress clothes, and now my car smells like hazelnut.

I went to speak with the manager [redacted], and all they said was “sorry” and offered 2 free meals. That doesn’t come close to covering the cost to detail my car and remove the stains and smell. What’s worse, this isn’t the first time this has happened. The last time, 2 hot coffees were spilled on me and my car through the same drive-thru window.

At the very least, the cost of detailing my car should be covered. I am extremely upset about this incident. My Friday was ruined, I was soaking wet, and my coworkers laughed at me when I arrived at the office, joking that I needed a sippy cup to drink coffee.

Hi, in the past I’ve been a regular customer at Dannevirke Mcdonalds, but I’ve consistently been asked to park around the corner from the pick up window, and been forced to wait for up to 15 minutes for my burger (emphasis on burger, as that’s usually all I get). Today I went through the drive through for the first time in a while and was asked to park around the corner and wait for my single burger. I then asked why Dannevirke McDonalds is the only McDonalds I’ve been to that consistently makes me park up and wait. I received a very rude response for a team member who rolled their eyes, ‘there are other customers we need to serve inside and in the drive through’. I then parked around the corner, looked in the store, and not a single person was waiting on a meal or waiting to be served. I looked behind me, and I was the only on in the drive through. This, for me, is unacceptable. McDonalds is supposed to be a ‘Fast Food’ restaurant, and there is nothing Fast about Dannevirke McDonalds. I can’t order a burger without being told to wait around the corner. Dannevirke McDonalds has lost a customer until this has been sorted. I’d much rather wait at the local fish and chip shop, than wait on a burger that costs twice as much.

I was enjoying my nuggets when I took a bite and notice my chicken was not cooked.

A female answered the phone when I called and hung up on me in mid sentence. I was trying to ask her a question and she didn't even let me finish my sentence before she hung up and wouldn't answer the phone after I called back twice. I have the screen shot to prove it. I was trying to ask if my daughter could use the free meal/sandwich cards I sent her in the mail. I live in Tennessee and I received a couple of free meal/sandwich cards. She was out of school for a couple of days so I sent them to her for her to use. She used them once before there during Christmas time when I went down there to see her. Her father wanted me to call and double check to see if they could be used there again if not he was going to send them back to me and I would get her a gift card. I didn't even get the question out of my mouth before the woman hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone again. All the woman had to do was just listen to me and say yes or no. I'm extremely upset because she cut me off and wouldn't answer the phone again.

I placed my order for 2 plain cheeseburgers, small fries and large coke. I get my drink it’s over full it’s spilling out the top when the employee gave it to me so it spilled on me and inside my car so I had to wait for him to turn back around to ask for napkins to clean it up. Then wait a few minutes more he came to the window and asked if I wanted something else I said yes my food he asked what I ordered I said 2 plain cheeseburgers and a small fry and then he came back with the food and I asked him if the cheeseburgers were plain he said were they supposed to be plain? I said I ordered them plain then some girl came to the window and asked if I ordered them plain? Then looked at the food they gave me they were not plain they had me pull up. This guy gets out starts cussing me out calling me names then goes inside then the same girl brings me out my food with the same French fries from before because they were cold! Worst treatment ever! I go to this MCDONDALD’s a lot it’s right down the road BUT NEVER AGAIN I WILL DRIVE INTO TOWN OR GO TO BURGER KING!

Went through the drive through and ordered a coffee and when the cashier passed it to me the cover came off and coffee went all over me and my car. The female at the window handed me a bunch of napkins and told me that I wasn't holding the cup right that is why the lid came off, didn't ask me if I was alright or even give me an other cup of coffee, I just looked at her in disbelief, my hand and leg is burning not to mention the coffee is all over my car and me.

Around 9:00-9:30 approximately I observed a a management outside aurging loud and cussing and shortly after I heard one of them mention a gun and went to a black car and got the gun and entered the building. As I pulled around to the drive through window I heard loud threatening conversations. This is my neighbor and I would like to see a clean safe McDonald's like everywhere else. Ive been seeing this same manger cussing and screaming for years. I really wish my neighborhood McDonald's wasnt so ratchet and dangerous. Its like y'all welcome that violent culture. Thanks in advance for your time and considerations regarding this issue. Ps. bring that Mcrib back asap

We drive through the drive through and ordered a large chicken nugget meal - paid and got to lady who gave us food rudely then we asked for the drink that came with the meal and she said show me your receipt - but we weren’t given one she then found the drink next to her and gave us that staring at me rudely the whole time I then had to ask for a straw which she gave me again staring at me and then told me not to snatch

Ordered a double filet o fish…got single. My kid ate it. I was going back to get cookies so told them about the mess up on the filet o fish. They asked the manager and he said they couldn’t do anything about it since the single had already been eaten. None of it was a big deal til she said they couldn’t do anything about it. I figured they hand me 3 chocolate chip cook and we call it even. They didn’t wanna give me the dollar worth of cookies for their $2 mistake. I said they could do a refund for the difference betas single and a double. The weird girl said they couldn’t. I said…fine…I’ll just take the fish patty that was left out. Was I being petty and annoying? Definitely! Still..what the hell has happened to customer service? Anyway.., The young manager comes to the window and in his stoned, super quiet voice said “I got you”. I asked what he meant. He said he was giving me a $5 filet of fish sandwich instead of the $1 cookies. I say ok and thank you. When I pull up to the pickup window I said I still want to buy 3 cookies. They said I would have to drive around and get back in line. I couldn’t get the cookies like that. Am I the only one who forgets things sometimes and adds on a drink or a cookie? They always do it at the McDonald’s on roan st. The one in west market st in Johnson city is the one I’m talking about. Anywho…an old fart manager said we can’t do that we have people waiting. The [censored]y teenager said “bye” in a sing songy voice and closed the window in my face. I just sat at the window with cars behind me. I motioned for her to come back to the window. She came to the window and LOCKED IT. Lmao! Game on. I just sat there til she finally came back to the window and opened it. Being the immature person that I am, I said BYE! loudly and in a sing songy voice. I swear I think I heard the idiot say “you can’t come back “ as I was driving away. Lmao

Good story. Of course now I have to review them everywhere possible online. Do they care? No. Will it matter? No. Am I gonna do it anyway? Yes

Every day the trash is overflowing and there must be 20 cigarette butts under and around each parking bumper. This place is the worst ive ever seen. Trash everywhere. The big rocks have not been fluffed up and maintained in 4 years. Semis roll over them and smash them dowm every day but no maintenance to keep them looking nice. Back in 2015 the same gal doing maintenance was also doing the landscape and powerwashing. She was on the roof, changing filters, she had the shed out back spotless.. she did toilets, oil vats, put truck away and all the windows, plus painted the bathrooms and so much more. Get some good help out in that area! Im so sick and tired of going to your restroom and nooo toilet paper... come on staff! Get on the ball!
