To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally report an unpleasant experience at the McDonald's location on Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville 32218 on 05/29/25 at 9:30am . I entered the drive-thru and was initially greeted by a cashier. When I asked for the price of the coffee, I was told to hold on. While waiting, I noticed that another customer in the adjacent lane was served, leading me to believe I had been forgotten. I then proceeded to the window to follow up.
At the window, I again asked for the price of the coffee. The cashier provided a price but did not specify the size. When I asked for clarification, she started taking another order through the speaker. At this point, she began using offensive language, saying phrases such as "these f***ing people." Shocked by her behavior, I drove ahead to the final window to request a supervisor.
Upon arriving at the last window, I was met with further unprofessional behavior. Several employees appeared to be discouraging each other from taking my order. The cashier from the first window then approached and repeatedly said "bye" in a dismissive manner. When I asked if she was the supervisor, she claimed to be, but continued the dismissive behavior by repeatedly saying "bye" before closing the window.
I was deeply disappointed by the level of customer service I received. No customer should be subjected to such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. I hope that management will take the necessary steps to address this behavior to ensure better service for future customers.
Sincerely
Ms Thompson
Claimed loss: No service given
Desired outcome: Gift cert for terrible, and I mean foul taking supervisor
