They charged me and customer service apparently never works . This is is ridiculous.

They charged my $60 when is was suppose to cost $5. I am rasing 2 kids on my own and can't spend that kind of money without problems by bills afterwards

I was chatting with your computer expert assistant Jhoanne, who told me she couldn't help me with my inquiry, then I noticed the charge on my bank statement.

I was told to join for a $1. My bank processed a payment of $46. What the heck. Never got help. I want my money back into my account credit card

I was charged for services not received. Company never reviewed my documents or asked me appropriate questions and fraudulently set me up with a subscription. I will be noting fraud on my bank account and receive funds back but also will deny any future attempts at stealing my money. 6/26/23

I have been trying to cancel my membership for about six months and no one is helping me. I do not have sign-on details to help with the process and I am not signing up for the legal side of the questioning.

I was under the impression my membership was cancelled. Services only used one day. Charged a 2nd month in a row and they refused to refund my money.

In October 2022 I asked for help from JustAnswer to get a new printer interfacing with my computer. I paid $1.00 + $55.00 fee for that service. Then I was charged $55.00/month up until I closed my credit card acct in June 2023. JustAnswer did not refund the $385.00 they stole. Be warned - do not use this company. It is a thief in sheep's clothing.

I asked a question on the website on May 4th, 2023 and was told I would be charged a $2 refundable fee. A month later I noticed a $66 membership fee on my credit card that I did not agree to. I will also be charged another $66 for June. No receipt or invoice was ever provided and no email confirmation on the membership was provided.

Total scam.

I was charged a $49 "membership" to attempt to find my phone (for $1 per their representation). When they sent me a membership I hadn't requested I cancelled the account. I was taken to this site by VERIZON WIRELESS.

They advertise the ability to ask a question of a pro for $5. After the fact, they charge $40 extra to post the $5 question. Seems like a scam to get credit card number.

I was charged $40 on 5/27, in addition to the $5 to ask the question.

Deceptive billing practices. They advertise $5 to answer each question. Then they sneak in a $40 per month membership fee. I asked a question on 5/15/23 expecting to be charged $5. I was charged $45. I contacted their service dept. and stated I wad not aware of this. They told me to pound sand.

I don’t know how Just Answer got my credit card number, or just what it is they even sell/service, but they have been charging me for 2 years at $66/month.

I have notified my bank about their practice, and have also read various product reviews of people who have also been scammed

I opened a chat on Just Answer on 5/3/2023, and the quote to receive and answer was $5. When I clicked on the link provided in the chat, it took me to a page to pay. I didn't see anything about a membership, but was charged $79 for one. When I try to click on their link for customer service, I get a bad request error.

I went o line April 27, 2023 with Just Answer. I wanted the one time fee of $5 to ask a question but later discovered they charged me a recurring monthly fee of $39 that I didn't ask for. They refused to reimburse.

I used you service and i didn’t how much it cost. I was directed to the payment page which stated that i will pay 20 egp and that it will be refunded. After i put my credit card information, you charged me for the 20 egp and an extra 450 egp that i clearly didn’t know about. Date 10th of April 2023

They promote $2 and charge $66. I asked for a cancellation after receiving the email that it was $66 instead of $2 and they refuse to refund. This happened April 9th 2023. On Trust Pilot many people repost the same issue. The customer service is not useful at all. They end the chat and say they have other clients to address.

I was trying to contact adobe however, just answer showed up. I thought it was adobe’s service. I paid $2. But I checked my bill, I was charged $66 on March 27.by just answer. I was trying to solve a technical problem, they charge me $100 and the answer was to contact support. The service was slow and I couldn't solve my problem. Thy told me the charge was for $10.

On 17th March 2023 my credit card was debitted with a fee of AUD$53, but I didn't even know that I was connected to the website. I believe that I was connected to the JustAnswer website without my knowledge or understanding. I am located in Australia.

When i asked my question Just Answer said that there is a $1 charge to join (refundable).

After asking my question I see something about a $40 membership fee, I immediately cancelled.

I have reached out to Just Answer and Just Answer does not want to refund me.

They advertised 5$ membership service but as soon you set up and sign up they send you a email saying your 5$ fee was waived and you are charged 30$ completely a rip off and false advertising

I paid a small fee to have a question answered and later a $65 membership fee was charged to my card. I did not ask for a membership nor did i authorize autopay from my account. This is fraud and I demand a refund

They told me that they would charge R15 which is refundable. I entered my card details and they deducted R599 from my account. I want my full refund. I even said that i dont want any answer for any question. I just want my refund. Please help.

I was charged $29 by just answer after signing up to post for only $1. This monthly charged was not authorized by me nor was there any disclaimer stating that I would be charged. I would like a refund as Dawson from their customer support team is refusing to make this right. Total scam.

I asked a question to Justanswer today, on 2-13-23 between 7, and 9 o'clock. and have yet to get any response. I also was charged 69 dollars for this lack of an answer, instead of the advertised 5 dollars. I simply want a refund, and do not care for the answer anymore.
