I contacted the above (info@justanswer.com) to find if if there was anything on the market that would unclog a stopped-up kitchen sink other than the standard Drano, Liquid Plumber, etc. because I tried everything I could purchase over-the-counter and nothing worked. I waited and waited for a reply to my question and nothing happened. I finally sent them an e-mail asking them to remove my question from their service and to refund the $9 they charged against my VISA card. Instead, they charged an additional $15 for my asking them to remove my question and refund my money! I couldn't believe it! They do not post a phone number or mailing address where I could contact them. Now I am stuck with no answer and a $24 charge against my VISA card. I must be a fool to trust a company like this on the internet.

This service was supposed to be a $2 fee, onetime for first answer.

Just discovered I have been billed $86/month for 3 months on my credit cared and when I went to the site to cancel there is no where to to do so.

There is and only a very limited bot chat that cannot redirect billing questions.

Filing a Dispute with CC company.

They guys Show $2 as registration FEE, then silently deduct $66 from my card ! and contact with next day ie. Dec 15 2022 , they simply refuse to refund anything !

There was a $1 sign up to ask questions for a month and then you get billed in at $29 a month. I got charged the $1 and then $29. Why did I have to pay $30 when it was only supposed to be the $1. I ended up cancelling because of how cheap of a blow that was.

I used my mastercard to use this service in July - used it once. $86 is being deducted every month and I am not able to get an answer from anyone. At this point Just Answer owes me $344.00. So yes, I truly believe Just Answer is a scam.

I have written previously to report this and have not gotten an answer back.

I tried using "Just Answer.com" one time (never did get an answer from them). I am being charged $55.00 per month and want to cancel this company but every time I try to cancel I get the run around. I do not want this at all! Please cancel this.

I noticed on my credit card that two payments were charged on the same day. One charge in the amount of $46.00 and the other is in the amount of $39.00.

I did not receive an answer to my question in my contact with Just Answer.

I asked the question, got an answer, and have since found out I'm being charged 28.00 a month for a membership I knew nothing about. This is unacceptable. Looks as though I'm not the only one you are fleecing. I'm on "hold" with your 800 number provided on my credit card statement. I will be filing a grievance with my credit card company also.

My card was charged On November 3rd 2022 for unauthorized charges for a membership fee I was not aware of. I did not accept or see any terms or conditions. Customer service on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Speaking to a supervisor was not available, Want a full refund awful practices.

I have used just a couple of times. Did not request membership, but I being billed $66.00. I have cancelled but they are billed again. I don't recommend them.

I asked a question on Google and the pop up for Just Answer showed up and it said that I could get an expert answer for $5 and then $46 a month after that. Instead the took out the $5 + $46 at once, which was immediate. I chatted with a customer service agent and he rudely just disregarded everything I said. He had no regard for their deceit.

I was notified of only R15 for asking some questions. Only later to be charged extra R599 which I was not even told about. I then canceled membership and still waiting for the refund.

I was charged £ 38.07 for a question I asked sometime in about July 2022 about a computer question. Nothing to my recollection stated that I was signing up for a monthly membership. I called to get a refund, which I noticed hit my low balance checking account on 28 /8/2022 for £38.07 Garrythornton@gmail.com

i did not know that i was a member of just answer. on august 24/22, my credit card was billed 53.00 for no reason. i tried to have this and my membership canceled. they will not tell me how to cancel. i cannot get anybody to talk to me .i have tried to contact these people by phone and computer and donot get anything.

Beware of this company. They don't make it clear this is a “membership” and the doctor I chatted with was less than helpful. My card was charged $46 on 08/27/2022 for nothing. No wonder Americans are struggling. Companies like this scam hard working people trying to get help. A simple “subscription payment” reminder would do. SCAM.

I signed up for $1, then $31 for the month. A few minutes went by and said they could not help me the email or online correspondense. Then sent me a message I could talk to a Dr. if I paid $26 to talk with him.

I was charged for a phone call (mine [protected]) to help deal with a malfunctioning dishwasher and was charged to my credit card feb.26/20. I was further charged march 26 and april 26 for the same amount $40. I did not agree to any further communication nor charges.

Please remove them.

I have notified my credit card company.

I approached Just answer and they charged me a $1.00 feel to be followed by a $50/day fee. Then I was left hanging. I cancelled my account with them and I sent my bank printout of my communication with them and to not accept any payments from them.

told I wouldnt be charged unless I agreed to charge Well I called after checking my account $39 I called and asked for refund because I didnt receive anything from this company and I never agreed to $39 I am disabled and I need my money ASAP

I used this site in 2015 and after a short while cancelled my membership.
I just discovered that they continued billing me even to this date, nearly 3 years after I cancelled.
I have tried to reach out to them but get no answer.
I want a full refund.

I asked for assistance with my computer operating system and was only expecting an introductory nominal charge. The help was no good. it did not resolve any of my problems and at no time did I agree to a membership charge of £30
