I was just fraudulently charged $60 for something that was advertised as a $5 refundable fee. I never authorized this payment! It was not written ANYWHERE. I immediately cancelled my "membership" as this is a total scam. I contacted customer support who said they couldn't do anything or refund my money as this was on the billing page when I signed up. Nowhere did it state that I would be charged $60 on top of the $5 REFUNDABLE fee. I formally request a refund of the $65 taken from me as this was unauthorized and fraudulent.

i paid $5.00 for a legal question in april. and have been charged for 3 month under ask a vet and ask a doctor. this is a scam
contacted the bot and they want 5.00 again to tell me how to unsubscribe or get my $$ back
I would NOT trust JUST ANSWER...confusing info is given throughout the loan process and when finalizing the process the figures are changed...they confuse the customer to no end

I ha e been scammed as well. Charged $55 for 18 months and when I try to cancel I end up being offered their $5.00 sign up scam again.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this fraud and get my money back?
I was scammed too, told me it will be only 5.00, and they took out 38.00, for nothing, scam for sure.
just went through many conversations to include the lead that is shown on the website. I am furious to how the website is misleading and a charge that I did not agree to. All I wanted was to try the service for the "5.00". I wasn't completely satisfied with the information from the expert but thought for $5 it was ok. I look at my account the next day/today and was charge approximately 24.00 but as i discussed this with support , the amount changed to $38.00. I cycled through many sorts with the cybot answering my questions but at now point that they could explain to me what the $5.00 was for. One did say that there was a join fee and a membership fee but no more details. This highly misleading and unprofessional.
How can i make this happen?
