Just Answer had come up on my feed when I had googled a legal question, offering advice for 5 euro. I am usually quite savvy but saw nothing that suggested they were starting me on a monthly subscription. They took 45 euro from my account 3 days after i had paid the authorised 5 euro. I want a refund of my 45 euro as there had been nothing to suggest the 5 euro payment would bring me down this rabbit hole. I have now cancelled 'membership' and informed my bank. They have told me to lodge a request for refund. I have tried contacting customer service but it's all online and they request further payment to answer my question and not doing this again. How do I proceed?
