I was fraudulently charged $60 months for something that was advertised as a $5 refundable fee. I never authorized this payment! It was not written ANYWHERE. My "membership" was charged to my credit card for months and this is a total scam. I contacted customer support who said cancelled my membership and refunded 1 month, I continued to complain they refunded 3 months but they can't go back. My phone number is now blocked. I was told someone would contact me, they sent an email. Nowhere did it state that I would be charged $60 a month on top of the $5 REFUNDABLE fee. I formally request a refund for EVERY monthly charge taken from me as this was unauthorized and fraudulent.

I agree with Ann who was charged for NEVER USING THIS SITE OR FOR NEVER APPLYING TO THIS SITE.
I have written via mail, and have emailed Mr. Andy Kurtzig and I have gotten the letter returned stating that it was not a legitimate address. Further, my email to Mr. Kurtzig was NOT answered.
I have been charged $46.00 per month for the past 15 months and I have disputed it with my Discover Card; recently, YOUR company sent them some ridiculous form stating that I JOINED JustAnswer. NOT TRUE! In fact, when I checked, someone used an email that has been inactive for about 12 years or more.
Additionally, when I initially realized that the company is fraudulently charging my card (my husband pays the bills and never checks my purchases - I finally did), I spoke to a woman who could barely speak English. I asked her what I requested from this site and she answered, "Nadija - art" or at least that is what I understood her to mean.
Nadija is my beloved granddaughter who does wonderful award winning artwork that she also sells. I told Mr. Kurtzig in my letters and email that I would NEVER HAVE THE NEED TO ASK THIS COMPANY ANYTHING ABOUT MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S ARTWORK AS I SPEAK TO HER ON A REGULAR BASIS AND, OF COURSE, WE DISCUSS HER WORK. REALLY?
FURTHER, I WOULD NEVER NEED THIS SITE TO ASK ABOUT AN ATTORNEY AS MY SON IS ONE AND I AM A PARALEGAL AND A TEACHER AS WELL.
I expect some sort of explanation and response and I also expect that you will STOP CHARGING MY DISCOVER CARD as you have given me a great deal of angst over your fraudulent charges and for the work I have had to do to try to rectify your error.
Why don't you have a legitimate address so that I can put this in writing?
Sincerely,
Mary J. Lampman (email me: maryj@lampmanlaw.com)
