Very rude employees claiming they are managers of the store. Appalling that you have women like them in the management position.
Purchased items were being scanned in your newly installed cash machine and I was having problems. I called for assistance and a woman came up and yelled "Insert, insert" standing next to me. Ii felt like she had come out looking for a fight. I tried to push my card into the slot from the front and she said "I asked you to insert". Then she grabbed my card and pushed it from bottom up into the slot and when I mentioned that her instructions were ambiguous and that 'insert' could me either way, she insisted her way was the right way and stood there about 1 foot apart. When I told her that COVID distance was 6 ft apart, she completely ignored me and stood there.
There was a third cashier and asked to speak to the manager. The woman I had issue with came out and said she was the manager and started arguing with me. I asked to see someone higher up and she pretended she did not understand. I told her that since she was at the bottom rung, I wanted to speak her supervisor. Her reply was she was not at the bottom! Another woman came out and before I could explain, she started defending the first woman and they both started smirking. It was one of the most humiliating experience I have ever had.

I am so tired of the pharmacy and many trips I make becuase they say we are under staffed. I went to get prescriptions last night and once again the lady lied to me number one and Ask me to come back in a hour. When I was texxt sevral times it was ready for pick up. Had to get my dr to call them and they still did not have it ready. I was exhaused from work and had no time to come back lasynight so I missed two dosage of my medicaitons. They never even gave it to me after being ther several times for other medications. I am so done with this store and so many othrer peopel say its the worst store ever! Something needs to be done about that store. It was a asian girl that waited on me last night. I dont know why they would ask a customer to come back . I have waited for hours for my sick sons medication becuase they say we are short staffed. Get them help then.

Illegal charge
I went online and scheduled a covid test at the 6550 union ave Pharmacy in bakersfield Ca and when I got to the window I was never administered a test kit I had questions for the pharmacist who came to the window and asked me to move my car. I left without getting any test done and made another appt for the same day for another location and was told I couldnt do the test there either and to call a Nurse Practitcioner by the name of Rajat Aouara who was very rude over the phone. He discouraged me from taking the test and told me to go somewhere else and hung up in my face. He later put notes in my mychart account and said that he tested me for covid 19 and charged my bank card $139. I have text messages from him and receipts for the charge also. This unethical and fraudulent and I am contacting the proper authorities about this situation. He should be held accontable for this.

Public restroom in an emergency situation
I had stopped in for a beverage and I had to desperately use the bathroom. I had a terrible stomach ache and it was an EMERGENCY. I asked one of the pharmacist if I could use the bathroom explaining that the situation was dyer. She quickly cut me off stating they did not have one. I think this is absolutely unacceptable & I am extremely upset by the rude attitude of the staff as well as the no access to the bathroom in an emergency situation as mine was. There is no reason a store like CVS should be able to deny someone of access to the restroom in an emergency.

Automated checkout
I am no longer shopping at CVS due to the corporate choice to automate. I urge others to stop as well. Not pleasurable anymore . Automation is highly polluting to the environment. Terrible for the shopping experience. I go to CVS once a week. I spend around fifty dollars each time but no more. Not doing it. Nasty experience. Automation is the work of greed pure and simple.

Pharmacy #3122 in Port Charlotte, FL has been terrible lately with having medications in stock. I was diagnosed with an infection so the ER sent in to CVS for an antibiotic and it's not in stock. I have been in a lot of pain due to this infection. I have other medications that have refills and I call to get it refilled and it's not in stock. With everything on computer they should know that on such and such a date someone will be picking up this med and make sure it's in stock in time. Antibiotics should always be in stock and pain meds. There have been times I have had to go to your competitors to get my pain meds after falling and hurting myself. They must have safes to keep them in to keep them away from potential robberies. I never had these problems when I lived in New England unless it was a unusual medication.

For the last 5 years I have had an individual knowingly and continuously using my phone number at CVS stores. This has gotten to the point where they revised my email address and name associated with my CVS card. I informed CVS and it was a nearly 2-hour wait to get this through to a real person. This issue re-occurred this past summer and I called CVS. I now changed the information back to mine and so now I am getting someones prescription information every time they pick it up because they are illegally using my phone number to gain access to CVS.
I called the pharmacy and asked informed then of the issue with the identifying person information and that the phone number associated with the prescription was being used illegally and was my personal number. The pharmacy refused to do anything. I called CVS corporate and they said they removed my number from the system, but they did not. I now cannot use my phone number at CVS however, apparently the person who is using it illegally can at the pharmacy.
Bottom line - CVS needs to implement a safeguard with a PIN and not any one using any old phone number.
Enough is enough - this is identity theft and CVS is facilitating it along with the sending out of personal medical information to a stranger.
I need to know how to contact the legal team at CVS and send my information and documents to them and the emails of this person's prescriptions I get because CVS refuses to address the identify theft of my phone number in their system. At this point the number should just be blocked so it cannot be used by anyone.
I do not want to attach the personal information of the person using my phone number. I can provide my phone number on request. CVS can have some one contact me and resolve it. for once and all. This is a serious security issue all the way around.

I purchased two batteries for $13.78 on March 24, 2021. I opted to have the receipt sent to me via e-mail. I returned the batteries on the next day, March 25th. I could not find the receipt in my e-mail but I thought the store would have a copy if I provided my phone number. The store did not have a copy and stated they could only give me store credit for $10.31 because the batteries had gone on sale. I accepted the store credit of $10.31.
My wife had a copy of the e-mailed receipt and forwarded a copy to my e-mail. I went back to the store but was told I could not get the difference ($3.47) because I had accepted the store credit. It does not make sense that I cannot get my money back given that I returned your merchandise. Moving forward, the lesson learned is to ALWAYS request e-mail AND a hard copy of your receipt. The outcome of this incident will be shared with Nextdoor Neighbors. Thanks in advance.
