CVS - Pharmacy

3 months in a row my spouse has had difficulty getting his pain medications filled--triplicates. Can't call as we were told they aren't answering phones due to filling prescriptions but you go in to pick up and you have to wait, though it was due a day or 2 prior, because they haven't filled it.
I called today and learned the pharmacy manager has quit. The store manager showed little patience and informed me a phone wait is typically up to 45 minutes. There is nothing he can do because the district or regional manager (sorry I am unsure but I do have a first name) is fine with how the pharmacy is run.
I will be taking off from work to go wait today for my husband's medication as I do not have time to wait on a phone that likely will never be picked up. Shameful, , , would they do the same to someone needing their diabetic or heart medicine?

Desired outcome: Able to call and get a pharmacy rep in a reasonable time period and to have medications filled timely.

Yesterday I had taken my scripts to my local cvs pharmacy like I have for the last 4 years, I noticed immediately there was not one employee that I recognized from a month prior.I gave the scripts to the pharmacy and they informed me that one of my scripts wouldn’t be in till the next day.Ok that was fine, I’d be back the next day same time, they said great see you then.Went back the next day, and had a extremely rude pharmacy associate that informed me my script was not in and tried to push me on.I said no, they told me it would be in-I’m going out of town so could you please recheck.That about made her eyes roll out of her head!She came back with no not here, I then asked for the paper script back due to the fact I’m going out of town and I need that filled!She hands me the paper back that says FILLED, um no it’s not filled you don’t even have it .now how will I get it filled?She comes back with there’s a note on the back that states, They couldn’t get it ordered!So on first day you say it will be in tomorrow to you couldn’t order it!This is a huge inconvenience to me-I could of taken it to another drug store 2 days ago, Now I have to start my weekend in search for a pharmacy that carry’s this brand, Thanks for screwing up!I won’t be back!

CVS - Pharmacy drive thru pickup

My complaint is regarding the use of the drive-thru for RX pick up. The pharmacy staff will not allow drive-thru pick up of prescriptions because the drive-thru is being used for covid testing. It is a hardship for me to go inside the pharmacy. I began using this Pharmacy because it has a drive-thru for pickup. The CVS I use is located at 1120 Forest Ave Chico CA 95928. The resolution I want is to be able to use the drive-thru for its intended purpose. If this is the policy for the foreseeable future I plan to use Walgreens Pharmacy drive-thru.

Desired outcome: Be able to use drive thru without being admonished.
