CVS sometimes refuses to fill legitimate prescriptions that have not only filled previously from the same doctor but have done so at multiple stores. The prescription is usually out of stock and can only be obtained from the CVS stores which currently have it. The pharmacist at the La Porte, TX, Underwood Rd location claimed the doctor "wasn't local" (2.3 miles from this address), then I "wasn't local" (under 2 miles) and then "we don't have it".
All were obvious falsehoods or illegitimate excuses.
She was rude, abrupt, unprofessional and refused to identify herself.
She was mid 30s, long black hair.

She refused to make any effort to help and was arrogant and dismissive when her fake excuses were pointed out as wrong.
This is unacceptable behavior and indicative of a personal and/, or mental health or drug abuse problem.
Desired outcome: Professional and courteous. behavior toward customers or dismissal of this person.
