On april 8 2021 my husband doctor called in a prescripiton for cough meds, early in the morning, I waited until the afternoon to see if it was in they said they never got it, called the dr they sent it again, this went on three times from thursday April 8 to monday 12 th then CvS called to say they did not have the medication in stock, when I asked if they could get it from somewhere else they said no, and it was my problem to figure out what to do. Then I get a robo call from them saying they filled it through express scrip and would be here in 7 to 14 days. I have never given CVS my express scrip info I am not sure how they got it.
When I call the pharmancy no one picks up 30 plus minutes on the phone waiting for an answer. CVS has spread itself to thin with vaccines of all kinds and other non pharmancy things they do. You need to get back to basic. Helping people get well with meds and help about what to take to feel better. My husband is fighting stage 3 cancer, a CVS that can not do its job is the last thing I want to deal with.
