CVS Carepass program

I want to cancel the Carepass program. I have been unable to do so and on line advice states that this is a hoax. I do not want to pay for it and you do not have my permission to charge my credit card. My CVS Extra care number is [protected]. Please confirm that cancellation has been process by return email.

CVS No one answering the phone in your east palatka pharmacy

I waited the first time for anyone to answer the call for 28 mins. And then disconnected. The second time I waited 17 mins and hung up as I was so distraught. After 20 mins I called again and waited 38 mins. For the phone to be answered by someone in the pharmacy. When the lady answered she said can you hold and before I could say a word I was on hold. When she came back I told her she could just keep my prescriptions as if they had no more respect for their customers then not to answer the phone or ask me why I was upset then they could keep their prescriptions and put them back the bottle they took them out of andi hung up. I am leaving my subscriptions at your pharmacy and will not ever step foot in your store again. I am going to a pharmacy that can answer the phone and help people when they come in. This is a troubled store. I know one pharmacist quit that was of the most personable and helpful associates you ever had there. So I will not be back and will tell my friends and family not to go there as it is a troubled store where they'd do not care. I will go out of my way by 8 miles one way to visit another pharmacy. And hope that a new one will open in my area.

Desired outcome: I do not care what happens to your store as I have had to many bad visits there.

CVS CVS - G St in Philadelphia PA

Hi,

I filed a complaint like a month ago about a disrespectful phone call. I do not remember the date but the previous complaint had the date and time.

I never received any updated/apologized from your company.

Mr. Drew (pharmacist/assistance pharmacy) was in charge of the pharmacy that day. During the call he treated me disrespectful and racism telling me if I can speak English to him (twice) and the only 2 words in Spanish was my 2 last names. He was paying too much attention to my accent and not to the words. This is a racism behavior. He did not deserved to be in charge of a pharmacy if he is not able to "tolerate" accents. This is my observation.

This location is primary Spanish speakers consumers and I worked with disabled person that are not able make a phone or have to internet to file out a complaint. I am advocated for me and for my clients.

I really will appreciate a call from your company.

Desired outcome: I requested an apologized from Mr. Drew in my other complaint. It can be in writing or a phone call

CVS Cvs is closing early

I am getting quite Fed Up. On Saturday March 20th 20/20 I went to the pharmacy and they were closed 15 minutes early. I pulled up at 5:45 and all the windows were closed which means they probably close earlier than that because no one was in there and the windows were closed. Then on Sunday March 21st at 5 48 p.m. I pulled up again and they were closed I work and need my medication and they obviously are too busy trying to get off early that they could care less. Shame on you CVS

CVS Store

The Palmetto store is dirty, no wipes for carts, floors and counters dirty, shelving messy. You want to get out as quick as possible. The help does not care, carts out in the parking lot.. No wipes . Dirty entrance and floors thru out the store were nasty. I could not get out fast enough. Went across the street. Spent 140.00. I will never go to a CVS again..

CVS Medications

My sister is a senior in Tewksbury, MA. The CVS on Main Street has been very abrupt to her on many occasions. One clerk asked if she planned to camp out at the store. We are old, we need our medications, but we do not need grief picking them up. She went to pick up a prescription and was told that it was too soon and if she wanted it she would have to pay 26.00. Then when I called to complain I was told that it was a mistake, and she should come back for a refund. I sent her back, she had what was left of the prescription in a bottle and the clerk made her surrender the medication for a refund! When you call, the phone system is miserable, and you have to follow endless prompts to speak with a customer service rep... CVS sucks!

CVS Pharmacy manager Tammy

I have been a customer over 10 years or more and I have never been treated so disrespectful and have had the worst customer service ever Tammy, she gets complaints all the time from other customers their is a line of people Trying to Ask The manger of the store to do something, yes 2-3 people making COMPLAINTS at the same time, The manager at the store said that the pharmacy is separate from the store, and she can do nothing, Very Sad, I will be leaving if something is not done, 3-4 hours just to fill 88 pills, " This Is Ridiculous " and Very unprofessional

CVS Returns, pricing

I purchased Maybelline concealer about a week ago, using a coupon from the app. Realized the makeup was the wrong color I tried to exchange it at the CVS #2959 on Endicott St in Danvers MA. It was unopened, had the receipt, and was told it has to be a full return and the price would increase as I could not use the coupon. All I wanted to do was exchange it. The return policy for your company is horrendous! Had another incident last year trying to exchange a CVS brand product (women's protective pads) and the had the same experience. I will not be purchasing anything from CVS beside my prescriptions.
Also, you price gouge. Pricing on the same brand items, Dove body scrub, body wash, Premiere protein shakes are outrageous! $3-4 over the same items in Walmart!
Work hard for my money and wont be wasting at CVS!

CVS Bilingual directions

Hi,
I work at a doctors office in Boston, MA and we are constantly receiving prescription request with bilingual directions. This does not seem safe, due to the fact that not all employees are bilingual. Can this please be addressed?

CVS Discrimination

I was yelled at by a CVS pharmacy manager because my new primary doctor electronically sent over about 13 prescriptions. At first, they ignored that the Controlled medication prescriptions came in. Then I was told I needed A Narcon Prescription and she wanted all my medical history, I guess since 1991, which was when I started seeing doctors regularly.
On the next visit, my spouse went to pick up my HIV medication which had a $30 copay. Someone took their key and override the price to $90. I never got the money back. I had just come back from Being in San Diego for 3 months. I had come in touch with three different pharmacists from CVS while I was there. They were polite and nice and didn't hassle me about anything. Prior to leaving for San Diego, I lived in Wilton Manors Florida Some night pharmacist named Richard down out refused to serve me the HIV medications I was messaged to come to pick up, He then called the police on me for no reason but for sticking up for myself. Something wrong with the Florida CVS crew. Oh, the manager in the Boca Raton store I paid $90 on a $30 copay, her name was Alison. The prescription was for Symtuza. MY name is Seth Solomon [protected]

Desired outcome: I would like to see both Alison and Richard fired. One stole and the other called the cops when all I did was go pick up my meds including my HIV MEDS

CVS Covid !9 testing

My wife and I had appointment for Covid test
at CVS on West Esplanade and Chateau Blvd. Kenner, La.
Both of us arrived but I was not on list for test.
I showed my confirmation number and response from
CVS for that location and time.

Pharmacist refused to follow up to determine why
my name was not listed however my wife was scheduled.
Very poor service indeed. Transfer all of my prescriptions to Walgreens at Chateau Blvd. Kenner, Louisiana

I am going to file this complaint with the Louisiana Pharmacy Board.

CVS staff

My complaint is with the CVS, 423 West Broadway in South Boston MA 02127. Cannot reach Pharmacy by phone. Put on hold for hours. I missed my medication twice because of this. CVS Pharmacy structure

The Harrodsburg Kentucky location has to be the most unorganized pharmacy I've ever dealt with and unfortunately I have no other option or location to use. Any direction they are given like not to fill a prescription or that you no longer need that prescription must fall upon deaf ears because the directions they are given are never followed. If they are understaffed then get them help ! Please ! Prescriptions are never filled at the time they are supposed to be and I've never seen a pharmacist not on the phone . Pharmacists should be filling scripts not taking orders and working the drive thru !

CVS Pharmacy

The wait time for reaching the pharmacy by telephone is atrocious. I waited over 20 minutes on 3/12/21. This is a frequent problem with this store. It appears they are always understaffed. This appears to be an ongoing problem at this store location. When calling in one has to listen to the inane recordings about how important one's call is and telling me all my problems will go away if I visit CVS.com.
