Ashley Richards Pharmacist at this location shouldn't be dealing with any customers. She isn't pleasant, wasn't helping to solve an issue with a prescription that they've been out of and claim they can't order it. Unprofessional, lacks customer services, isn't motivated to help when asked. I work at a provider's office and every other CVS pharmacist I've even spoken with was nice, pleasant and offered assistance.

CVS Parking

At your Plant City store by the hospital. The store manager monitoring your parking lot on Monday 3/8/2021 is a jerk. He doesn't have any logical sense. I will encourage people to steer clear of that store. My daughter and I dropped off mom at a clinic for some minor surgery. Nervous and anxious my wife kept her key fob, which we need to start the car (it's a push-button starter). Arriving at the CVS we realized she had the keys. It was a short walk to the clinic but your manager warned us we might be towed before we got back. I explained our situation and intentions and he repeated his threat. He was obviously the only one concerned about our car who would call a tow truck. I told him I would stay and wait for the truck and give that guy my sob story. Then the jerky manager says "Well, if it's close you can walk there and come back." I explained (loudly) that's what I just told him. As we were walking away he repeated his threat to have my wife's car towed. He is a terrible representative of your store. He was being a jerk for the sake of being a jerk. You are crazy to have that kind of nitwit managing your store. My daughter got a very distant shot of him.

Incompetent woman wouldn't let me change my email on my account I answered all of her security questions and so she had to transfer me to somebody else and then that person has asked me the same stupid questions Which I answered correctly and next thing you know because I reminded her this is not a bank this is for CVS she hung up on me God you guys to have the bottom of the barrel working for you. CVS Communication customer service

Communication customer service this is for CVS pharmacy store number 0447

I get all my prescriptions at the CVS located at 366 King St. N., Hampton mass store number 0447 store telephone [protected] it seems like every time I go to have my prescription filled I have to wait for hours I've even had the pharmacist hang up on me and most of the time it's on a weekend the pharmacist is very rude I don't know what her name is and I just waited on hold for 15 minutes and nobody answered the average wait time might hold because of no staff to answer the phone I've even had a pharmacist yell at me like I'm inconveniencing them! I've even had some of the text give me wrong information I am on medication that I cannot skip a day where I would be in the emergency room I insisted on talking to the pharmacist he come to find out I was able to fill my script this is very dangerous and it's very upsetting I am going to be changing pharmacies they have too many customers and not enough staff when you don't answer the phone and you're a business

CVS Advanced blood pressure monitor

This complaint is about a order I placed through counter. I have aetna medicare. I placed a order on Jan 4th 2012 for the monitor which was in stock and have not gotten to this day. I talked to three different supervisors and get no Help just a run around. If this is how CVS treats the elderly I will not do business with CVS. CVS Bathroom restrictions

My wife and I were waiting in line for our covid vaccines at you agoura hills location yesterday, feb 28. We were in the group of 65 and older and people at our ages, we often need to us bathroom right away. They made my wife walk 7 store away to vons market to find a bathroom and (it was to late)!
This needs to be looked into and corrected. Very upset and looking for your response.

CVS Covid Vaccine Notification

I receive emails about products you "suggest" for me after you've tracked my every move and sneeze. You sent me an email months ago saying that when you received Covid Vaccine, you would let me know. You didn't.
