On January 19, 2021, I placed an order with www.spartanarmorsystems.com after seeing their advertisement stating a lead time of 3-4 weeks. However, on February 16, 2021, when I tried to contact their customer service at [protected], the phone line transferred me to a dead line with a beeping tone. In response, I filled out the "Contact us" form and received a reply two days later, stating that they had checked the status of my order and it would be shipped in the next 1-2 weeks.

As the deadline passed, on March 1, 2021, I sent a message through their website asking for an update, since we had already gone beyond the second advertised deadline. Unfortunately, they never responded to my inquiry.

Outstanding company and help with all questions I had when making my purchase. Also, delivered my items as pomised on time. Really great quality product as well.

I am super happy with the quality of the plates and my vest. They arrived in about a week to a week and a half. I am a larger man and I bought the XL and it fits perfect

I purchased the Spartan Armor Systems Level 3+ AR550 plate carrier package. Excellent product and Highest quality steel. Will definitely be ordering more from Spartan Armor Systems.

Purchased the Elaphros plates. Obviously lead time due to variables outside their control. I bought the basic plate carrier and condor med pouch. The plate carrier and Med pouch came quickly. Enjoying the products.

I ordered a kit from Spartan armor and was very happy with my purchase. This isn't a great place to make up your mind about the company considering this is a place you go to when youre really upset, not when youre happy. I did a bunch of research before buying my plates and Spartan armor had the best value and was the only company that could handle the order volume.

The Flex Fused Core soft armor and Concealment Plate Carrier are really light, comfortable and high quality! The soft armor panels are made in the USA, unlike many other companies that have their soft armor made in China. Obviously, I hope that I never have to actually use it, but I feel very confident that it'll do its job if it comes down to it. I ordered the larger panels (11"X14") for a bit of extra coverage.

Wow. I cannot believe these other reviews. IMHO it must be some form of tARgeting/trolling by Another personal-defense vendoR. I had the pleasure of finding SAS after a very, very lumpy and deceitful experience with AnotheR company selling [similAR] products. I invested almost $ 500 to a thousand dollars and compared them side-by-side. Do not be fooled by these sheepish reviews; they are obviously a smear job on a quality company. I trust my life to Spartan Armor.

My experience with this company is completely opposite of many others. I messed up my own order (ordered the wrong size plates), and they cheerfully corrected it, They got the right items on the way the next day and didn’t charge me any additional shipping. The product was perfectly manufactured and fit my plate carrier perfectly. I can’t attest to its efficiency because I have yet to be shot at, but the way the communists/democrats are running this country into the ground I don’t expect I will remain unscathed much longer. And they’re an Arizona company, and I always support local businesses whenever I can.
