In the above Bet slip I has placed Bet on Top Wicket taker on Hundred men's cricket On Tymal Mills , But due to some other issue it is now Showing Chris Jordan. You can see the date of placing Bet 18/08/2024 , you can track the Odds on that day also. I place Bet Before this match Tymal Mills have 16 Wickets and Chris Jordan have 14 Wickets only, So the Odds in Favour of Tymal Mills -1.5 and on Chris Jordan- 3.5 , Because Tymal Mills is 2 Wickets a head of Chris Jordan so Odds on Tymal Mills is 1.5, In Next match Tymal Mills got 3 Wickets which comes to 19 Wickets and Chris Jordan got only 1 Wicket, which comes to 15 Wickets only, So the Odds are in Favour of Tymal Mills because he is 4 Wickets a head of Jordan, So I placed between on Tymal Mills to be the Top Wicket Taker as he has taken more wickets than Jordan that's the reason Odds also showed 1.5 on Tymal Mills and on Chris Jordan odds are 3.5 , But Due to some it is showing as Chris Jordan , Just think sir How is it Possible at odds 1.5 on Chris Jordan when is 2 Wickets behind than Tymal Mills , you can check the Odds also on the 18/07/2024 . so please correct the Issue and make the Bet slip as win.

After a week they asked for my bank statement and i submitted that too and even after that it not resolved yet.

I tried calling Customer support many times and the answer is same "The payment department is working on it".

I placed a bet on 1xbet football Nigeria community cup Diadem Stallion vs Royalty with the odds of 1.35 under 2 goals in 1st half
I was also watching the match on youtube and it was clearly 1-0 after complete the 1st half and i was winning this bet but suddenly the score change to 2-0 without any goal which is hilarious. 1xbet settled my bet as 2-0 and i win nothing which is wrong, the bet should be settled with the score of 1-0

I'm really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with 1xBet. Waiting 26 days for your deposit to reflect is like watching a snail race — it’s slow, painful, and not very entertaining!

It sounds like their customer support team has perfected the art of sending you in circles. It's infuriating to be caught in a loop of “processing” emails with no resolution in sight. At this point, it seems like their idea of support is to give you more reasons to complain!

Hopefully, they realize this is a "bet" they can’t afford to lose and finally resolve the issue. Here's hoping your deposit shows up soon, and you can get back to placing bets instead of sending endless emails.

It was requested for verify account. .Then they start their basic verification. I trust them and I do all the things what they ask. I send asking documents to Ukraine twice.
