i have made three payments until now and only they deposited into my account only once using my e-wallet (orange money)

my account no. [protected]

*i paid 15 Jordanian dinars on the 25th of November 2023 at 1:45 am (jordan time) no deposit has been credited to my account

*i paid 15 Jordanian dinars on the 9th of december 2023 at 9:59 pm (Jordan time) also no deposit has been credited to my account

i sent multiple emails with info and proof of payment to the technical support but to no avail

Claimed loss: 30 jordanian dinars equivalent to 42.29 USD

Desired outcome: i would like the money to be deposited to my account

This is not good for the company of 1xbet still they didn't solve my issue .

1xBet My gaming balance was stolen from 1xbet.

I have been using 1xbet for long now and never I had such shady experience with the bookmaker till today. I withdrawn 550 dirhams from my gaming account at 5:16 am today 10th December 2023 leaving behind the balance of 10524 Dirhams before I went to sleep, when I woke up and opened my application I was shocked to see my balance standing at 24 Dirhams and 2 transactions of worth 5000,5000 each were made without my consent. I reached out to the customer support to convery my reservations regarding the unusual activity but they refused to budge and claimed that that I took the money myself, I ask them to share with me the crypto wallet address in which the payment was sent to but they refused hence I had no choice but to lodge a complain at your platform. I as a customer have a right to know who took my money from 1xbet and if it is that easy that customers can lose their balance through so much ease then I advice whoever is reading this to avoid using this bookmaker.

Just saw 1xbet reply here,

I would like every 1xbet user to read this how their funds are at highest risk with1xbet.

So after my constant pressure they provided me with the txid's of the transactions which were done on my account without my knowledge,

The policy of 1xbet or any other bookmaker is very strict regarding the withdrawals, once you made a deposit using a particular methods the withdrawal will also be done using same, in my case I deposited the funds of 14611 aed using crypto shib inu on bsc dated 9th December 2023,

The transactions that I am contesting were allowed by 1xbet security team were done using ERC20 network, my money is still available in that crypto wallet I'll share the wallet address for anyone to see, check the transactions all of them are there using Eth network,

I have been using 1xbet for a long to know how difficult it is to use any other method for withdrawals, it's clearly mentioned in their withdrawal space that withdrawing through other network you may lose your funds, so i am not an idiot who will do such thing to jeopardise my money. Either they are scamming me or some technical error have occured I don't know, what I want from 1xbet is to release my funds. Please users of 1xbet see the proofs yourselves.

I have more proofs that my balance was wrongly shifted to some other crypto wallet after scanning the txid of the transactions which were not initiated by me.

1xbet can check my deposit and withdrawal history to see I only used Bep20 network for transactions and in recent case also I made the deposit on 14611 dirhams on 9th December 2023 using shib inu on bsc network but the withdrawals in question were allowed to use ERC20 network hence proving my stated position that an error has occured which should be rectified and I must receive my funds back. Sharing the screenshots of all the proofs here for further investigation.

I made deposit in the account. Even i didn’t play with it or a single game. You can close the account but you can't close the account with my deposited money.

And Please understand that on that time while i created that account i was totally new then. I gave security Department My mother NID card as I havn't my own NID card. But sir now I have my own NID card.

I didn’t create any multiple account. its totally wrong. Ok thats fine. But What about my first deposit money which i deposited in my player account? There is no right to block my account with my deposited money. even i didn’t place any bet with it.

1xBet Wrong bet settlement

I placed a bet for a Portugal 1st Division women game -3.5 points for 1st quarter. The Aiscore app shows the result after 1st quarter was 11-16 in favor of my team. But 1xbet settled my bet with the score of 11-14 which resulted to a "lost" bet.

I contacted their Customer Support but they are asking me to provide a screenshot of the result from the official website of the game. The game does not have an official website and I asked the support if he can tell me where they got the score from, but he can't tell.

Claimed loss: PHP 2000.00

Desired outcome: I need them to settle the correct result and pay my PHP 2000.00 bet

I have created account on 30 November in 1xbet app. First filled all information and deposit 5000 INR.then after 1 min. They blocked my account. I raised complain on email but they haven't replied yet my all mails. When I have reached in call they said that I have multiple accounts that's why they have blocked me.
