A TOTAL OF 10,000/- RUPEES (LOSS)

I deposited 10000 Rupees into my account using my ( PHONEPE UPI-maheshwararao.[protected]@ibl )and the transaction was successful as well as the bank already notifies that it was already deducted in my saving account, but it was not reflected in my Gaming account.

My Gaming ID - [protected]. This my First deposit in the 1xBet Account

I have already contacted the support team so many times in 2 days but no proper response from the team and they are completely avoiding my calls, messages, and even emails.

I thought of 1Xbet as a trusted platform now based on this incident I can give bad feedback to my friends who are interested in Gaming.

I have attached a payment Screenshot for reference and I hope the company will consider my complaint and do the needful as early as possible.

Please I realize I made a mistake by not paying attention to the rules and regulations of 1xBet.I didn’t know it would lead to the blockade of my account even though it shows that the age permitted to play is 18 above.Its only after that I have gone through all the policies which shows that it depends on your country rules, but I never knew about all that .This is the first time I’m seeing that 1xBet has blocked an account because of under age meanwhile I can see many people on 1xbet who are not up to age but their accounts are safe. 1xBet Deposit hasn't been topped up for 36 hours

Hi, my id is [protected]. I made a deposit of 500 000 VND using MoMo Ewallet in 4:00 AM (GMT+7) and after 36 hours, i haven't received my money. I tried contacting the regional support staff but all they said is please wait while we process your order.

They asked me two times to log out of my account and then made an order again and they'd top up the account but still, nothing happend. Every time now that i asked have you guys resolved my problem, they just auto respond "We will get back to you when we have detail, please wait"

It's really frustrating right now. Not only that i don't receive my deposit, support staff refused to help and there's no compensation after 36 hours

Am really sorry I didn’t know anything about your terms and conditions which made you block the account. My elder brother was the one using the account but unfortunately his phone was stolen so he use my phone to open the account so I used the account to bet because I needed money to pay my mum hospital bills. As you can see till now I haven’t paid the bill because the account was blocked. If really I have known about all this rules and regulations I wouldn’t have use the account just that it was an emergency and I needed money. So please am begging you in gods name to help me unblock the account so that I can just withdraw the money settle my mum debts then after you can block it back. After I have gone through the terms and conditions I see that bet should be for 18 years above and in my country is 21years above and you see if am to till am of age it will september of next year which is too far. Really you guys aren’t helping at all, I came to you because I knew you were going to assist me unblock the account but I see it’s not the case.Firstly you take two days before replying me an again you keep on sending me feedback which are not helping in anyway.Upon telling you guys that it was an error you still don’t want to listen instead you you ignore me .Please try and understand me it was a mistake.Do something and unblock my account than sending me messages that don’t help in anyway.

I didn’t know that in some countries the age permitted to use your platform is 21 years above, i thought 18 years was for all the countries. Been using 1xbet for long and spent alot of money. Its been 18 days I am reaching 1xbet for support but no help I added money arpund 2300 in three parts but not added. No cuwtomer support available. When I am logining inno agent available and sent 20 emails for help but no help. When account not logged in agent is availble but not helping asking to login to account and once logining in agent againnot available. They are just stealing money and doing a scam for sure. I have been contacting your support for very long been 20 days for one transaction share n numbers of proof but your support on email dont evenbother to reply and chat support is pathetic.

I have one pending addtion since 28th mwrch 2024 for 1300 I will attach all available proof. Made total two 1300 of deposite one was added one not so you guys need to check which one was not added and add and samw happened yesterday. Please give my money it has been 1 week 🙏.
