1xBet Deposit rejected by the operator

I did a payment of 1000 LKR on 20th April 2023 but after some time I got a notification saying Deposit rejected in the amount of 1000.00 LKR via epayment (Rejected )

I tried to connect customer care by using the online chat and calling facilities, but every time when I call them ended up with giving fake promises saying that the problem will resolve within one hour, but which never happens during the last three days.

I’m contacting them and this is the worst customer service I ever had.

Kindly, someone help me to solve this problem

Hi, my name is Chibueze. Bet ID: [protected]. Normally Ixbet is reliable, but I've been pissed off over the events of the past few days. I've lost a lot of funds playing on this website especially with virtual league bets, but recently went on a winning streak. However, two winning tickets I won in a virtual game has not been paid out till date. Title of game - "England league" ticket IDs "[protected]" by 12:21pm GMT+1 and " [protected]" by 12:24pm GMT+1 both on 14/04/2024. The customer service agents I spoke to on website just tell to hold on their experts are working on it without giving a concrete time frame for resolution. This is not rocket science, the win is right there and not paid out, just pay it out already. I've heard negative reviews about people losing money which I have not experienced before, but this is shaking my confidence. Please do something fast.

@1xBetIndia I was using 1x since a year ago and loss around 50 k but never got any dalay or something in topup from the staff side but recently I got the nerves of odds and started earning from ix bet after withdraw such winning amount ,I made topup of RS 2900 on Monday but the amount isn't credited yet into my account I had made many attempts to approach the staff for my payment approval but all of them are saying [censored]s and don't have manners how to talk , I had already sent the screenshots and bank statement everything thing they asked about but still they are making chaos for me . 1xBet I was scammed by 1xbet cash agent and my complaint was ignored

Hello, I made a withdrawal from 1xbet cash agent on 29 Jan 2024 but I still didn't recive my withdrawal amount in my wallet. I did mail to support and talked with operators but I have to face very rudely. I am attaching transaction id and cash agent id here.

It's a scam, I didn't get withdrawal amount from 1XBET cash agent. Jan 29, 2024 I was trying to deposit fund through APP but it was exceed for many times, then I went through a telegram there is a agent with whom I was doing deposit before for approx. 5/6 times before. I deposited through him and ask for withdraw then he gave me same POS id as before. I transferred and give him a code then he told me to wait for a while and escaped. After while he didn't reply and blocked me.

Then i registered my complaint through live support, emails and here too but my complaint was totally ignored. This whole company is a fraud and scam.

Recommendation: Don't use this Betting company.

1xBet I am extremely disappointed with 1xbet

I am extremely disappointed with this 1xbet betting platform and their lack of integrity and transparency. I won a ticket, but in my bet history, it shows that I lost. Instead of admitting their mistake, they are using automated customer support chats to brush off my concerns and make me believe that my issue is being addressed.

When I asked for the official sources that their specialists used to calculate my supposed loss, they refused to provide them and the answers I get was do you have further questions. I contacted over five customer support and I kept receiving the same answers as word by word as if it is a robot having different names replying me. It is clear that they are trying to cover up their error and avoid taking responsibility for their incompetence.

This is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust betting platforms to be fair and honest in their dealings. I will not be using this platform again and I will be warning others to steer clear of their shady practices. It is time for them to fix their mistake and provide me with the winnings that I rightfully earned.

Want you guys to be aware 1XBET.

They have now started to stole user's money and doing fraud with people.

I have placed two bets on Penalty shooutout total under 9.5.

Total goals of both teams are 5-3 which makes the total 8.

And according to all the rules and regulations of betting, i won this bet.

I have previously won and lost a lot of bets of penalty shootout.

But they have showed loss to my these two bets two days ago.

And i have tried everything to reach out to local customer service and international customer service.

Locals are just not answering me properly and international representatives are not even answering.

I have attached proof with screenshots look at it yourself.

And i have lost my 1000$ like this.

Recommendation: I just recommend to play under 100$ and not more than that. Once they see you playing with good money they will get you.

I messaged the customer support and email but you did not give a satisfactory reply and later ignored my email and did not reply.

I made an accumulator that includes Eintracht Frankfurt VS POAK.

I bet on Under 9.5 saves but after the game ended and showed 10 saves and a loss.

I disagree with this result because you may also know Google, Sofascore, Livescore, Flashscore, and Futmob are official websites/apps for Live Score and Stats.

They showed 9 saves in total, 3 from Eintracht Frankfurt and 6 from POAK.

After all, there is no reason to trust only 1xbet without trusting these 4-5 official sites & and I also have a video of all the balls saved by the goalkeeper (Where the goalkeeper has saved only 9) even though the full match is not available yet.

You can also check and research these websites/apps.

Hope you guys will pay attention to it and follow up and solve this case.

I would be grateful if you could solve it.

1xBet is clearly having misleading behavior for 3rd World Countries because their strategy is clear and not hidden.

1st - They want to abuse lack of jurisdiction in African/SE Asian countries by clearly scamming their customers

2nd - Their Support Services are clearly made to be as slow and painful as possible, this is a known strategy that tries to introduce lack of patience in the customers and push them to abandon the pursuit of a solution with their money

3rd - They need to get investigated asap.

The money was not credited to the bank card
My account is [protected]. On October 27, I withdrew money from the bookmaker's office for a total amount of 12105 rubles. The bookmaker approved the withdrawal of funds, but the money was not transferred to a bank card. I can confirm this with a bank statement, a screenshot. The support service is not responding. Issue happened almost a month ago. I have submitted bank statement. Called and emailed over 15 times. Still I have not received 5000rs withdrawal I made. 1xbet website shows the withdrawal as completed but I have not received this amount in my bank account.

They have not been helping me and just providing copy paste responses. I hope someone can help me with getting my 5000rs money from 1xbet scammers.

1xBet Deposit not credited even after 21 days.

On 6/09/2024 i was trying to deposit 3700 Indian rupees using UPI fast method.
However i made a mistake of entering the amount as 3500 on the website form but transferred 3700 rupees. I contacted the support team and provided them the screenshot of the transaction informed them about the issue. At first they told me to wait for a couple of hours. Every time contacted they told to contact back after 6 hours for 2 days. Then on 3rd day they asked me to wait for 14 days and that the bank will refund the amount to me for a transaction which was successful on phonepe which was sent 1xbet merchant. Its been 21 days now i have not still received either the deposit on the gaming account or the refund which the customer representative told me. I have been using 1x for so many years but never expected them to deal with this like this.

It sounds like 1XBet really left you hanging, especially with the deposit issue through Vodafone. Being told your payment isn't accepted after it’s already sent, and then getting the runaround with automated responses, feels like a serious scam. It’s even worse when the company doesn't hold their own employees accountable and instead makes you jump through hoops. No one should have to deal with this kind of hassle or feel like their money has been stolen. Definitely sounds like a company to avoid, given your experience.

1xBet Very bad customer support

I am writing this review as a warning to others after having a terrible experience with 1xbet. I have been a loyal customer, but their customer support team has been completely useless.

I made a deposit on August 2nd, 2024 (Account: [protected], UTR: [protected]), but the money never showed up in my account. And to make matters worse, I didn't even get a refund!

When I tried to get help, the support team just gave me generic responses that didn't make sense. They asked me to wait 14 banking days, which I did. Then, they asked for my bank statement, which I provided multiple times. But even after receiving my statement, they couldn't resolve the issue.

To add insult to injury, they asked me to wait another 14 banking days! When I asked what would happen after that, they couldn't give me a straight answer - either on the phone or through chat support. Their responses were vague and unhelpful.

The support team's behavior was appalling - rude and clueless. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing or how to help me. It's clear they're not equipped to handle customer complaints.

This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and now I am placing very less bets on 1X bet. If they don't get their act together, they'll lose all their customers.

I am planning to use all the screenshots and call recordings against them if I don't get my money ASAP.

Claimed loss: Rs 2500

Desired outcome: I would have surely won that day. I couldn't bet due to amount not being credited. Also I was insulted badly.

When I won around $4000, it asked my verification, well it wasn't an issue.

1xBet Rs. 18000 deposited through imps new method successfully but amount not credited to my 1xbet account.

Rs. 18000 deposited through IMPS method on 25th July'24 and on the same day it was credited to Beneficiaries account which was provided by 1xbet India. It was an technical error where transaction was failed and that's the reason I was not having transaction successful screenshot but as I checked with my bank it was successfully credited to Beneficiaries account.

Since then I'm keeping follow up but 1xbet India did not deposited the amount in my 1xbet account.
This is Second incident which is happened with me. Last year also Rs. 10000 was not deposited by 1xbet India.
I even shared Beneficiaries bank details to them where this particular transaction was clearly visible.
Now I come to an conclusion that This is an Fraud site where if you do not have successful transaction proof u would not be getting amount deposited.
I have informed them several time it is an technical issue hence I would not be able provide then transaction successfull details but this guys never listen to me.
I have given them all the proofs like IMPS details printscewn on which I have transferred the amount, as on date my bank statement from which transaction was done, Confirmation mail from my bank stating beneficiary have received the amount, Beneficiaries bank details where this amount clearly visible.

You guys always ask for successful transaction screenshot where as this transaction had technical error and due to which i was unable to provide them successful transaction screenshot. For your kind information I have used all the platforms. Now you guys have came with an reply stating that my amount has been credited to some other Gaming ID.

Why I have I'll share my deposit details any other person. I'm using this platform since more than 2 years. It was never happened.

Someone from 1xbet team staff have deposited my amount to some other Gaming account and to save themselves they are giving me reply stating that it has been credited in other Gaming account.

I have given them all evidence but they demand successful transaction receipt only. If your transaction gets failed due to technical issue and amount debited you are in big trouble. They are doing fraud if u failed to provide. I totally stopped using this fraudulent site since they didn't deposited my amount.

I have given them there account Holder details as well and amount clearly visible but still they not depositing it.

Very soon I would be circulating it to all platforms so that people should get aware and stop using this site.

Employees who are working with 1xbet India are illiterate, unprofessional, pathetic. They speak like they are the kings.

It has been three months now, I had gone through everything and clearly they are putting the blame on your with scenarios saying you are the culprit while you are clearly the victim of fraud here.

I am wondering if they have given you back the money or have they done anything as a gesture of goodwill?

I have deposited 10000 Rs on 31/07/2024 and it is not still credited.

After a week they asked for my bank statement and i submitted that too and even after that it not resolved yet.

I tried calling Customer support many times and the answer is same "The payment department is working on it".

I was also watching the match on youtube and it was clearly 1-0 after complete the 1st half and i was winning this bet but suddenly the score change to 2-0 without any goal which is hilarious. 1xbet settled my bet as 2-0 and i win nothing which is wrong, the bet should be settled with the score of 1-0

Since 25 July 2024, approximately 9 days have passed. I have been in contact with the 1xBet chats department and email department several times through the chat portal, but they have been saying the same thing repeatedly since 25 July, that you should wait for 2 hours. It's been 26 days my deposit didn't reflected in my account
The email people just say processing after 22 email on 5 days later again 17 days
We are sorry for the delay, it's been processing
And I complained to the complaints team
They didn't even respond till today (26 days)

It was requested for verify account. .Then they start their basic verification. I trust them and I do all the things what they ask. I send asking documents to Ukraine twice. They received and they asked to join again video conference. I passed successfully. They ask for birth certificate and utility bill I uploaded.
