1xBet Unnecessary disturbances

Greetings
I've playing in 1xbet
From almost one year five months or so,
With full verified account
Never caused an issue with withdrawals or deposit
Now fews suddenly when I emailed for some issue with social connect apps like google and telegram
They emailed saying I have two accounts !
Which I dont remember never logged in
I was active only on my present account
ID NUMBER [protected]
I m concerned disturbed and disappointed that after all these many days ,
Why they raised these issue !
And when tried to speak with app call , each and every advisor giving senselessly answers, saying previous advisor misguided you , you follow my suggestion!
And finally decided and emailed the security team and social team,
As always they didn't responded till now
This is SO DISTURBING AND DISAPPOINTING,
I Stopped playing and depositing,
as I m scarred these support team not being helpful

am a client of 1xbet, my account id [protected], my account have been locked for account verification, i have provided my id card and 2 banks statements that have been validated, l later did an accident , i was not online for 4months, i now constated that 1xbet deleted my account , i don’t have have access to it again, i chat them 3days ago and they asked another statement, but they kept rejecting it and repeating a robot message that i should provide an original file, but am 100% sure that the file provided is the file downloaded from my banking mobile app.

I read online that is their strategy to lock people account and balance, please help me.

I was a new user for this platform where I had signed up and started playing bets from May 2023 to Aug 2023.

When I deposited money it got vanished to zero value. Now I asked customer support help, they are not helping me. They are fraud and false answers saying I had played crash games and lost the money. 1xBet My account has Closed remain with my deposited money

I made deposit in the account Which is [protected].

Even i didn’t play with it or a single game. you can't close the account with my deposited money.

And Please understand that on that time while i created that account i was totally new then. I gave security Department My mother NID card as I havn't my own NID card. But sir now I have my own NID card.

I hope security Department understand the situation and re open my account verification process as there is my deposited money. Its not any wining money from 1xbet company.
