Wendy’s The wait and food

It was Friday July 21, 2023 at 9:40 I ordered 2. $5 meal with one of the sandwiches to be plain, I ordered a bacon and cheese baked potato. I sat out in the parking lot because they asked me to pull up as I did and waited 20 mins and then had to go in and see where my food was. I get it after waiting another 5 minutes. My sandwich was full of condiments and the other sandwich had bacon on it which the bacon tasted awful like it had been sitting all day. My baked potato had a big chunk missing out of and my bacon was supposed to be pieces of bacon it was whole bacon and horrible and to top it off the lady at the speaker was rude and wouldn't even let me finish she just kept asking is that all is that it every time I ordered something

Wendy’s Formula change / expensive

So, Wendy's was always expensive and the burgers were alright (I always preferred McDonald's in general). And despite that, three things still brought me there. Those three things which differentiated them from their competition? The frosty, their salads, and the French fries that could be dipped in the frosty. Notice two out of three things deal with the frosty.

Those three things made me go there once out of every 3 times for fast food.

Now, however, the frosty tastes like crap and the frosty has been tasting like crap for the past few years. I kept thinking, "oh it's a one off or my taste is off." But after my last meal there, which I had when I was starving... (Everything is supposed to taste better when you are starving) ... I decided to not go back unless there is no other restaurant in the city. Why? Because the frosty tastes like crap. It tastes like a water slushy with chocolate sprinkled in it. I now rank Taco Bell higher than Wendy's. Why? Because they at least still have the same Chalupa and cinnamon twists that I remember from my teenage years over twenty years ago...

Moral of the story? Don't mess with perfection.

Desired outcome: If you can't bring Dave's good old frosty back to life, then at least tell the public what you changed, and please tell us why you changed it to give us closure on this tragedy... We need time to morn and we need closure.

Wendy’s Money

My wife lost her purse and theyfound it and everthing was init what they told us they counted the money was there 400.00 cash so they aid they put it in the safe for us but by the time we got thereonly 100.00 was there so they should have too pay us the rest of the money since it was in there safe the date was 5/12/23 andwe came back on05/16/23 to wendys

Wendy’s at 177 Northshore Blvd Slidell, LA 70460 terrible experience. Wendy's located at 5011 Millerton pike, Knoxville, tn 37917. I must bring this to your attention. the drive thru at this location is a joke, it takes up to 30 minutes at any given time of day. Wendy’s Disappointing Customer Service at Wendy's: A Review of Food and Service

I went to Wendy's (wendys.com) and ordered some food. I was excited to try their breakfast items, so I ordered five of them. I went to the counter and paid for my food. I thought I had everything, but when I got home, I realized that I only had four of my orders. I was disappointed and frustrated.

I decided to call the restaurant to let them know about my missing order. I spoke to two young ladies on the phone, but they kept telling me that the manager was busy and couldn't speak to me. I was annoyed because I wanted to speak to someone who could help me. I told them that I was going to call corporate, but they didn't seem to care. They rudely hung up on me.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this Wendy's location. The two young ladies on the phone were unprofessional and rude. They didn't seem to care about my missing order or my frustration. I hope that this location can improve their customer service ethics in the future.

Overall, I enjoyed the food at Wendy's, but the customer service at this location was lacking. I would recommend this restaurant for their tasty food, but be aware that the customer service may not be up to par.

Wendy’s Poor Management and Attention to Detail at Wendy's on Bonny Oaks Drive in Chattanooga, TN

Wendy's is a fast food restaurant that is known for their burgers, fries, and frostys. I recently visited the location on Bonny Oaks Drive in Chattanooga, TN and was disappointed with my experience. The managers at this location seem to have a low IQ and the employees all appear to have special needs. It was quite confusing as there were three workers all claiming to be the "manager" on the same shift.

The biggest issue with this location is that they do not pay attention to filling orders correctly. I received a bag with a surprise order in it and had to drive away, only to come back and wait in line again to get what I actually ordered. It was frustrating to say the least.

It seems like this location has no manager that does their job properly. I would recommend staying away from this location if you want to avoid any issues with your order. Overall, my experience at Wendy's was not great due to the poor management and lack of attention to detail.
