9:50am @ Yarbrough, your GM marisela Orozco was super rude and unhelpful in assisting a former employee and disabled veteran with a form needed to be signed for the VA about my employment information.. asked for corporate # she rudely said look it up or it's on the window. Didn't seem in any way of assisting with my service. Is this how Wendy's honors theirs disabled veteran ex-employees.
She went on to say I never worked with her so she couldn't write anything down
I am working on getting my disability benefits in order but I am now at a stop because of this one GM who would not even try to lift a finger to helping me out. Can even pull the video of my interaction with said GM to show I did go ask in person.
I only needed basic employee information that's available in your database. She didn't try once to see if she could access that info for me just plainly said nope, no, I will not sign
So now my focus is on this rude GM instead of my personal issue, which is not what I need for my current conditions
Desired outcome: Just need help in a manager signing a VA form 21-4192; request for employment information, would like an apology from this GM Marisela Orozco. Fyi I do not work at all so I have all the time in the day and week to keep sending these emails
