The Wendy’s in Louisburg NC is stunningly filthy starting from the from door, lobby, hall and bathroom was disgusting. The crew was friendly and helpful. A stark contrast to the filth that should be brought to the franchise owners (I’m not sure how to do that but will keep looking). I would want to know if it were my franchise. It might explain a drop in customers.

I receive a coupon from Wendy's this week so I decided to use the coupon and buy one Dave's single and get one free. After paying at the drive thru window, $5.41 within 20 seconds I was handed my order. I told the person that handed it to me, a woman who I believe was the manager that I thought Wendy's cooked your food fresh to order, she then told me it was fresh. When I asked how could you cook burgers fresh in under 20 seconds she said fine and told me to pull forward.
I pulled forward and waited 14 minutes which was fine but after handing me the food they said here's you food hot off the grill, I removed the burgers from their wrapper and they were both cold. I believe they had me wait that long and just handed me the original bag.
Wendy's was the last fast food restaurant that I could count on for quality which makes this all the more disappointing.
This occurred may 25 at 4:00pm
Desired outcome: Talk to the manager at that store and try to convince them of the importance of customer service, then contact me with the results of the outcome. I wait to hear from you that the issue has been corrected before I return.
Customer service
I walked into a Wendy's and they refused to take my order. An employee said the Manager placed a note on the door that said mobile orders pickup only. There was a sloppy hand-written note on the door. You could use the drive thru but that's all. One employee said it was because they were short staffed. Not my problem, I guess whatever makes the employees job easier and the heck with customer service. So the family went to Burger King where we got better burgers, better Fries, and better milkshakes at a better price, from folks that were glad to see us come in. All ended well as We Had It Our Way!
Used to be that businesses put customer service above ease of operation. They were very willing to turn away patrons. What a lousy operation!
Desired outcome: In addition to getting your act together I'd appreciate a response but I'd probably get it only when it was covenant for the staff to get to it.
Cold food, rude employees, and rude managers
