[protected] Wendy's in Abilene Texas at 1:00 Pm inside Front Counter. 4 people were in front of us after we got to the Counter. the Cashier a Young lady starting Bagging the Meals another Young lady came and Put a new cash Drawer in and then went on break. another Man asked us if we had been helped I stated no he said well someone will be with us shortly I am going on break. after 10 Mins had Elapsed I asked the Original Cashier are we getting another Cashier or What. she said I am Having to do two Jobs but then stopped to take our Order and the other 7 people in line. I counted 11 Employees walking around in the Back Area some Working some just walking around I did not see a Manager helping out giving any type of Direction to the Employees. especially while two Staff were on break the Food was Good I ordered a Taco Salad I did not know it came with a Runny bowl of Chili to pour on the Salad there needs to be Taco Meat of Chili Meat without the Juice offered.
Desired outcome: More on hand Manager to oversee the Front Counter better Training Employees do deserve a Break Be a Good manager and Help out where needed keep your Employees Active.
