I went to Wendy's on 8/6/24 and was rudely treated laughed at and when asked for managers they started talking in Spanish and laughing. Finally someone can over and identified himself as a manager his name is Oscar H. and he gave me a wrong phone number to his supervisor and the wrong receipt. The girls who were laughing and talking in Spanish were Jannet Angela and Danica very rude and disrespectful individuals. I was a manager in retail for years and could not believe how these girls and your manager acted. I would have fired them on the spot.
Claimed loss: I want to be refunded my order it total 50.00 but it was cash and they gave me a receipt that belonged to someone else
Desired outcome: to be refunded and I will never go to that restaurant again

You definitely held your ground—could've been worse if you hadn't demanded to speak with a manager. Dealing with that kind of unprofessional behavior is never fun, especially when you know what good service should look like. It’s clear they could learn a thing or two from your experience in management. Hopefully, someone higher up takes notice and addresses the situation properly.
