Ordered (2) combo's, dine in. Had to ask for my drink cups twice, cashier standing at counter opening bags, finally grabed (2) cups behind her and shoved them at me and said, she had other orders to work on.

No ketchup or napkins at drink station.

Called up for my dine in order. There were (3) bags on counter (no big deal) just didn't know which was my order. Cashier finally pointed at a bag. I asked for ketchup, she threw it in the bag and walked off. I asked for napkins, she said they were out (paper towels were behind her at sink, not offered) I asked for some chile sauce, she threw (2) packets on counter and said you had to ask for it and walked away. Obviously I did ask for some or else she wouldn't have given me any to start with. I asked for some more, please - and she called me a [censored], threw a handful in my face and told me to [censored] off.

A family getting ready to order turned around and walked out of store. Worst experience ever, I will not be going back to that Durango Wendy's ever again!

You really should do a secret shopper inspection on this particular branch.
