Wendy’s Poor service, insulting worker.

Friday THE 13TH. Stopped in at 9:00 am. Give a simple order (bacon, egg, and swiss. Told them just normal size. $7.32. At the window, they wanted to charge me $7. 85. Why I asked. Oh, we gave you a large coffee because we don't have small cups. Really? Told them I wouldn't pay for their problem.

They reduce the price to $6.76 (must have known I was a senior). Gave me my coffee. Then they asked me to pull forward and wait, which I did. As I waited, I watched 3 customers get their food at the window. Still no food.
This was a simple order. I pulled back to the window and asked what the problem was. "We will bring it out to you". 5 more minutes, I decided to go in and get my food. Asked why it took so long and was told it was cooking.

"You don't want under cooked food, do you?" she handed my food.
It is now 9:30! So unprofessional, and insulting! OK, now my coffee is cold,
The sandwich is cold, oh, but my potatoes were piping hot!
Won't be going there ever again! If I didn't have to give them a star, I wouldn't!

Desired outcome: fix the problem, tell the manager, refund my money

Wendy’s Product

For years I have been a loyal Wendy’s burger addict. Just ask my husband who cleans my vehicle.
Yesterday Jan 5 @4:30 pm we dined in @ your Landsdowne St location in Peterborough Ont. Can. with my grandsons to the tune of $42.

I need to inform you that your fries are just awful. I have been to the Chemong Rd. and Landsdowne St locations both in Peterborough, and have come to the conclusion I will no longer be frequenting your restaurant, after years of loyalty, as we like our fries. What a disappointment-four orders - and all barely edible.

You need to upgrade, as I am not a happy customer!

Desired outcome: Improve on your product quality. If I had shares it would be “sell” for sure.

Wendy’s Blacklisting a former employee

I would like to commend the employee, Halie Booth, aka Waffle House Wendy, for her exceptional conduct in defending herself and the other employees at her Waffle House restaurant. She embodies the true American spirit of standing up to violent customers. It is now reported that she is bared from employment at all Waffle House restaurants - Known as blacklisting. I have always considered Waffle House as a good place to eat at a fair price. Until I hear of this travesty of blacklisting an exceptional employee is reversed and that she is rewarded for her bravery and conduct against anarchy, I will reframe from patronizing Waffle House restaurants.

Desired outcome: Waffle House needs to reward Halie and extend a job offer and promotion to her and publicly commend her.

Wendy’s Garlic sauce could kill

On or around the last of Dec. I was approached by open close manager Lora Hercules Bowman she proceeded to tell me and few others Melissa, Jessica, Amber that if you put the Wendy's new Garlic sauce in the microwave you could KILL SOMEONE. SHE REPEATED THIS TWICE. I read your conduct for managers police it would be upsetting if this wasn't pushed to the top of the complaint list. Please take action accordingly. Wendy's garlic sauce could kill someone Lora explaied to her crew. Let's hope not and if it's that easy to spread bad karma about Wendy's food why is she a manager according to the conduct code? Lora could not hold that title of manager if the code was followed. Thank you for looking into this complaint it's very disturbing like closing the lobby on New Years day with customers trying to come in and eat, not enough help she says with 5 employees at that location and at that time. The lobby at this location is closed more than it's open due to lack of management.

Wendy’s incorrect order

I ordered a pub burger combo plus and extra drink thru the website to be delivered. Door dash was chosen by the restaurant as the delivery service. I received a medium ice tea and a small peppermint frosty and NO Food. I spoke with door dash and they stated since it was done on your website it would have to be handled by Wendys. I spoke with a very nice gentlemen who said that his manager is the person I would need to speak to. I then called back an hour later and was told that I would have to deal with doordash or could come in at another time to get food. I then explained I was working and that was why I was having it delivered and that I am diabetic and need to eat to balance my sugar. I was told that he could not do anything else. I do admit to getting a little heated and informed him that I would dispute the charge on my card. He said it won't work. I paid almost $23.00 for 2 drinks and I think that is outrageous.

Wendy’s Extremely rude staff

I went to Wendy's located at 200 S Glencoe Rd New Smyrna Beach, FL yesterday evening 12/26/22. I sat in the drive thru waiting to place my order for over 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window, I had to regive my order because she deleted it and then I paid with a debit card and the girl in the window was black. After noticing I have a confederate flag in my truck I sat for another 10 minutes when my food was placed by the window and she refused to hand it out. She told the supposed manager to do it and completely ignored me. I sat another 5 minutes before pulling forward and going inside. I lost 3 drinks due to this as that was the only thing this rude employee handed me. I was given 2 large frostys and 1 strawberry lemonade. I asked for my receipt and was given the wrong one. The girl that was in the drive thru window should not be allowed to work there if her attitude is going to be like that. She was the only female working at that time and when the manager asked her why she wouldn't hand the food to me she said its my work area and I don't have to if I don't want to. It's my window and I don't have to open it until I feel like it. I find her extremely disrepectful and there was another guy in the back that was apologizing to me. Desired outcome: She shoule be fired. Her attitude sucks and is completely disrespectful to customers and I have told everyone I know not to go to this store. I think the manager should be reprimanded for not handling the situation better.

Wendy’s Customer service

December 20, 2022, 1 PM, the Wendy's located on Madson Ave. and County Line Road, Indianapolis, IN.

I entered the store with four people in front of me, now I'm on a cane because of a very painful back condition that makes standing very difficult and painful. The gentleman in the front of the line was having problems paying for his order and I do not know why, but that was finally resolved.

The second gentleman asked for two ten-dollar gift certificates and the gentleman at the register stated that he was not sure if he could do the transaction. The customer asked if there was someone else who could do the transaction and the person at the register replied that he was the manager and no other person in the store would be capable of performing this transaction. After many attempts by the Identified manager and the counter service line growing, the customer left the store without the gift certificates.

The identified manger then discovered that he had locked up the register computer and he did not know how to get it restarted. I asked him why he could not have someone some over and operate the second cash register to take the orders of those in line. He yelled that he could not do that because the drive thru was so crowded and they were so busy and I needed to leave the store. We did get into a shouting match which I should have controlled myself better but the pain of standing had taken control.

Desired outcome: The desired outcome is for all staff to be trained in how to handle problems that occur and how they can use other options by making a sharing of resources and capabilities to cover problems.

Hi, this is about the commercial seen by Everyone on TV, Frosty Peppermint Drink!

I saw a problem that some might try at their Wendy`s...sitting yourself on a Strangers Lap, because he might look like Santa! The Older man, might take Offence to that, shoot, stab, throw on floor !

In today`s World You are asking for trouble! My husband & I thought the same thing!

Maybe having a child in Wendy`s want to sit on lap on man who might look like Santa, but Not a grown man a Employee! Just a concerned person, thank you for your time!

Wendy’s Spicy chicken sandwich combo /customer service is aweful

This wendys location is on covington pike in memphis tn. It is located practically on the same parking lot as my job allstate insurance. Mcdonalds and this wendys location is my only option for luch in which i choose wendys. Well everyday that i walk over there in never fells i end up having to throw my lunch away because its either cold or my order is not what i asked for. I never receive my reciept for purchase. I have contiunously wasted my money each and every time at this point i am fed up with it. The manager on duty is aweful there have been several times that i have walked over during lunch hours and the door was locked for the lobby. I have so many complaints. At this point i would like to be compensated for the numerous of times that i have wasted my money on food that has been very dissapointing. When you spend $12 to 15$ a day and still be hungry because youve had to discard your food is not fair nor is it right for these employess to getaway with this type of service.

Desired outcome: I WISH THIS COMPANY WOULD DO MORE TRAINING WHEN IT COMES TO MANAGEMENT FOOD PREPARATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MUCH NEEDED FOR THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.

Wendy’s Employees/manager

Tired of rudeness employee's not washing hands on morning shift food orders always wrong employee's smoking marijuana on job very bad business not community safe at all and Ms.Krissy evanoff does not need to be employed at wendy's firing employees with rods and screws in their back because had asked for 10 min break do to health condition and manager tammy had made him leave do to this that's considered disability discrimination cause krissy was informed of those health condition before he started people like that doesn't need to work with the community do to lack of knowledge of how people with disabilities work this should be handled

Wendy’s the service at my local wendys

This is the second time in 2 days i have gone to 2041 justin road wendys. last night i was ignored by the general manager with a line in the drivethru, i was not the only one upset who had to pull out of line after 20 minutes with no contact. then i go back today to see what happened and the general manager" didnt care to fix anything and basically told me to just piss off... I NEED SOMETHING DONE. . online says closed at midnight... 11:20pm is not closing time!

Wendy’s Attempting to place mobile order

At Pontiac il just spend over an hour trying to use Wendy's Mobile app. Wanted 2 hamburgers drinks and fries. Kept getting error messages. Deleted card reenter it. Still error messages. Gave up and placed 25 dollars on digital pay. Still receiving error messages. Now you have 25 dollars of mine on the digital Wendy's and still no hamburgers. Gave up and went elsewhere this is not the 1st time the app screwed us up.

Desired outcome: Return the 25 dollars you took from credit card without delivering and food. Figure out why constantly receiving errors. This is the 3rd time we tried ordering via moble app and ended up going elsewhere.

Wendy’s Unsatisfactory food

12/7/22 visited Wendy's Pueblo, CO location at the corner of Bonforte and HWY 50 East. zip 81001.

Time of visit was 10:45 am. Lunch menu was just starting. Ordered 2 burgers and 1 fry. Burgers were barely warm, dry and burnt. Tasted like they were yesterdays leftovers. Same for the fried. Cold and old tasting. I can't register a complaint on the online survey because you insist on information from the receipt. Well they didn't give me a receipt. I have tried this location several times and have always had a problem. I am now done and will never visit it or any Wendy's again.

Desired outcome: I don't want any "free" food because I am not going back.

I arrived at Wendy’s Dec 7h 2022, 400pm

Mitchell, Indiana

Ordered

Baconator, pub burger fries and sprite

They were out of sprite and coke so I got lemonade

I paid over 20$

Asked to pull forward no one else in line

Order arrived

Fries cold

Hamburger had obviously been prepared for hours very dark and dry

I could not eat it

The only good thing was lemonade

No receipt reczzeived

Wendy’s Wendys app ordering errors

Installed APP

November 9, 2022: Free sandwhich was added to my order and charged me for it anyway

November 15, 2022: Fries not added to order

November 23, 2022 Free item if I used the indoor counter. The door was locked and I could not enter. The manager said he new of no such thing

December 7th 2022: Free chili popped up and said added to order: NOT included, Again, the manager said he new of no such thing.

The APP has issues and the manager is unable or unwilling to help in any way.

Desired outcome: Repair the APP. I have no trouble with your competitors APP'sPlease provide a refund or Coupons for $12 or more.

Wendy’s Wendy’s very very dirty

I stopped at the location for Wendy’s at 335 W. Grande boulevard at Ormond Beach, FL 32174. The place should be closed down it’s so filthy I did not go to the bathroom till after I ordered my food it was terrible terrible terrible the toilet had not been cleaned. I went back to my seat to eat my food I threw the food away. We asked for a napkin she gave us paper off of a roll that you wash your hands within the bathroom there was no diet drinks at all.In the area where the sodas was there was no lids there was no spoons there was no napkins and it was very dirty I wouldn’t recommend anybody eating there.

Wendy’s Service, customer service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant

My wife and I decided to have dinner at Wendy's on 765 Foxcroft Ave. in Martinsburg, WV 25401 on Saturday December 3rd 2022 at 6:30pm. We both wanted to try Wendy's new Peppermint frosty and the "New" Italian Mozzarella sandwich combo. There were 5 others in front of use waiting for the associate(s) to take there order. As we were waiting in line I scanned the interior of the store and saw the floors had various types of food on the floor, tables were disarranged and haven't been cleaned off, janitors wash bucked with mop setting just out side of a room where customers stand in line. 15 minutes had passed when a gentleman that works for DoorDash waiting for his customer's order told my wife and I this is one of the worst Wendy's for the same problems I mention. 20 minutes had passed when my wife and I finally made it to the counter, we put our order in and was promptly told they are out of Mozzarella cheese and Peppermint frosty. My wife and I left the store and we said to each other, "We will never go to Wendy's again"

1- We were never greeted when we entered the store (Like other stores do)

2- Employee's were BS in the back room

3- There was only 1 car in the drive-up window during our time we were at the store where the employee manning the window could have helped at the counter.

4- People in line after us were leaving

5- The employees never acknowledged any of the waiting customers

6- No signs posted stating the store was out of the following...

7- Very dirty store inside

Note: If I remember correctly your commercials always took pride on food, customer service and Cleanliness. WHAT HAPPENED WENDY'S?
