Walmart Fraudulent activities disputes, replacement card issues, false promises of delivery

There was fraud on our account at the end of June 2023, we have spent hours weekly speaking with the SAME walmart representative that has given expected delivery dates of card. The wrong card was ordered, when he received a card last wee we were told that card was ordered on-line we had to dispute that, we didn't order anything online! At that time they ordered a new card and didn't say that, we called back and that when we knew that was not the replacement but a online card ordered, then given another delivery date of AUGUST 28TH 2023. It didn't come, now it's FedEx delivery date of AUGUST 30th over 1 month for a replacement card that we still don't know if it will arrive, she never have a tracking number, just say call back if don't arrive. 2,200 we are still waiting.

My husband keeps getting the run around after ordering replacement card due to online fraud, since then he suffered a mini STROKE, has not been able to work and we are still waiting on his card ordered beginning of August! Since then we have called cs every week with some excuse, the wrong card was ordered, then a online card was ordered that HE DIDN'T ORDER, promises of delivery dates they can't track. He's last promise of delivery was today AUGUST 28th, it didn't come as promised again, another hour waiting on the SAME rep to tell us its is to be a I'm contacting BBB, then atty IN REGUARDS TO THEFTS of DEPOSITS, FRAUD AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ON THIS $2, 200 issue! Today is August 28th 2023 at 1230pm

Walmart Walmart+

The Walmart+ app itself was not the best experience for me. I could never get the discount gas because the app could never connect to a pump and it's only usable through the app which sucks because I actually AM a delivery driver (that app is also faulty, was forced to deliver for free for 3 hours). Now my vehicle is out of commission so getting items delivered would be my best option but that is also a bust. My delivery driver made it to my house, placed my order into my house, and after almost 10 minutes of trying, she had to take the order back to the store because again, the faulty apps, I still got charged for delivery. And the best part… I have to wait up to 10 days to even get the hold released from my bank, need that money readily since I now have no transportation. It was NOT worth it to me, I now see why spark drivers have so many complaints.

This human used to be able to pull up to the gas station, open the app, and scan a barcode. Never had any issue before these last few months, I walk into the gas station and the cashier tells me it’s all app work, app never stops telling me unable to connect to pump… is this human supposed to stick fingers inside of the screen?

Walmart Pharmacy pharmacist

I called in a refill on my prescription went to pick it up. The pharmacist embarrassed me in front of everyone and said we will no longer refill your narcotic prescriptions. You have too many of them. I may have a few, but I do not refill them every month nor do I take them every day. I have MS and I have certain medication‘s that are prescribed for my condition and I think they should’ve called me on the phone to discuss this or hold me aside and talk to me privately not announce it in front of all.

Desired outcome: I will not be filling any prescriptions at Walmart anymore

Walmart online order

I ordered a produced called L'Evate , flavor TART CHERRY, 3 boxes totaling in the amount of $69.87. The flavor that I received was CHOCOLATE. I ordered this healthy supplement for my husband and guess what? MY [censored]ING HUSBAND IS ALLERGIC TO CHOCOLATE. I called the 800 number spoke to a CSR only to be told they can only refund me $9.00 for their screw up. INFLATION IS REAL , SO IS THE STRUGGLE I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY ON A PRODUCT THAT HE CAN'T USE OR BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO FILLED THE ORDERED DECIDED TO PUT WHAT THEY WANTED INSTEAD OF WHAT I ORDERED THAT COULD HAVE POTENTALLY HARMED MY DAM HUSBAND.

Walmart Not enough cash registers to check out with

I went to white marsh and hunt valley today 8/22/23 at towson no registor's at all open, had to stand inline at self check, abount 20 people in front of in me. I'am so tired of spening my money than when it's time to leave I have wait in line because there's not enough registor's open, if somethink cain't be done soon i'll take my business. Thank you

Walmart eyeglasses

I got my glasses at walmart on carolina beach rd in wilmington in march. they were scratched so they fixed them, and they are scratched again. i know i didn't scratch them because i had my original glasses for 17 years and the only reason i got them is because the arm broke off and they didn't have a scratch on them. i need my glasses to read. please help me. my brother got his glasses from walmart and said his did the same thing, he didnt do anything about it and so he went somewhere else and got them.

Walmart Walmart plus

I orderd a cat fountain on 08/20/23 I tried the walmart plus on the free 30 day trial. The next time I check my bank online there was one hundred andfie dollars and ninty five cents taken out with out my permission. That is not a thirty day free trial! I want that moneyi buy back! I have been a good customer for a long time! I want that money back, my wife and are on ssa, we can't afford to have our money taken for no reason! If you expect to keep me as a cutomeryou will give it back! If not, I will not buy in store or online from you again. There is no reason to continue doing business with a company that defrauds you. I will take the actions needed to solve this and will not deal with walmart again!

Walmart Walmar Money Card

I have been a 7 year customer and now for the past week I am getting declines on certain charges that I do MONTHLY. Verizon and a local restaurant AND an ATM. I can not ACCESS my $$$$. I have been declined from paying my cell phone bill with VERIZON 10 times with money in the account. AI you need to fix this. Declined access $200 from an ATM two times. I have been on hold a total of 13 hours in three days. I can not access my money.

Walmart Customer service promo codes

Because of ongoing problems related to orders I placed on walmart.com during April of this year I was sent multiple promo codes over several days that totaled $115.00.

I was in and out of the hospital a few times between the end of April through July this year and forgot that these promo codes needed to be used before July 25 2023.

I contacted customer service to request that they be re-issued so I could use them now, but was offered $25.00 instead. ?

I feel that as a longtime LOYAL Walmart customer and.Sams club member I am not asking anything out of line, since I wasn't able to use them before they expired. I am only a few weeks past the expiration, NOT 6 months or more!

PLEASE restore my faith in Walmart and help me with this.

Desired outcome: Issue new codes or combine into one code and I promise it will be used in time.

Walmart Card fraud

A few transactions were made on my card that I didn't authorize also money from my job didn't even post to the transaction history so I cancelled my card and waiting for a new one to arrive...i need to be reimbursed immediately... There was a $200 purchase made in L.A, there was a purchase for $140 twice in a food lion...I had $131.40 sent from my job and that never made it to the history...this is a big problem...i cancelled my card immediately after finding all this out on 8/15/23 the scams happened on 8/3/23 and 8/4/23 I'm very upset because now i have to make other accommodations for my family...this needs to be resolved quickly.

No it's the prepaid visa cards, owned by GREEN DOT BANK in Ohio...I'm fully aware of my card type and who the company is I just need my funds restored because I have 3 kids and nooooo money...I work to provide for me and my family, not CROOKS THIEVES and SCAMMERS!

I was scammed to the fullest between 8/3-4/2023. I have purchases that I did not authorize on my account...I had to cancel my card after realizing this on 8/15/2023. Unauthorized purchased are as follows: $200 in L.A, $140 x2 in a food lion, $131.40 from my job that never even posted to the transaction history...there may be a couple more but these I'm very certain of... I'd like to remain with Walmart services, I've had my card for years now and I just need to have this resolved quickly please.

Walmart Automotive department store #2929

On 08/16/2023 T 4:15 m my husband went to this store locate at 3030 N Main T Hope Mills NC 28348 to get a tire fixed (nail) and oil changed. He told there was no one waiting, and he would be next, after the car that was having its oil changed at that time. One gentleman did go ahead and plug the tire. After over an hour of waiting they finally finished up with the car in the bay, in the meantime a lady had come in for an oil change as well. The manger to the department tells her she is next; my husband explains he has been waiting over an hour. He said Well, she came earlier, 3 hours ago but couldn't wait her so she is next, my husband said that is not my fault, I stayed and waited. The manager threw his arms up and said oh well I am doing her car too bad. What kind of customer service is this! How absolutely wrong! I am beyond angry! He paid the $18.00 for the tire and was leaving. When he started my Jeep the PSI on the tire, they fixed was at 49! 49! What in the world! It could have blown. He went back in for them to correct it, they do NOT have an air gauge... Seriously what kind of establishment are you running. I know it's Walmart but do better. I want a refund on my tire work for the horrid customer service that was received. and an apology PERIOD.

Walmart Automotive oil change turned into a nightmare

I took my car in for a simple oil change and they drained my transmission fluid it was a sealed unit no one can check it accept the dealership then failed to tell me and put the wrong transmission fluid and now my car has been at the dealership for a month and since you all did that it broke my life time warranty I have a rental car I can't afford and a 10000.00 bill I can't pay. I sent it all over to your claims adjuster which ghosted me and all I came into do was an oil change.

Desired outcome: to pay for my transmission to get fixed .pay my rental cost and my car off I do not have a life time warranty anymore because the lack of knowledge and skills from your company. Keep Sam Walton promised.

Walmart Online Ordering

I often shop walmart online but will seriously try NOT TO again!

One hundred percent of the time they give a false delivery date to make you feel that they will be faster than Amazon and 100% of the time the send me multiple notices on the date of delivery that they are delayed! In my mind this is FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR as it is to late to complain!

Walmart This complaint concerns online orders [protected] and 200011194202609.

I purchased a grill with a defect and returned it the following day. also, that same day I ordered another one and 2 propane tanks. A couple of days later I looked at my bank account. I had a charge for $129, $153, $160.16 and a credit for $129. I had not purchased anything for $160.16. I called customer service and was told it was a hold and would be put back in my account in a few days. Few days past nothing. I called back and was told to check with my bank, my bank stated I needed to contact Walmart. I called again and explained the situation is I was placed on hold while rep stated he would talk to his supervisor. He came back to the phone and said he was told to tell me it should be there by Friday if not call back. Friday came nothing. I waited til Monday to call, and the first rep stated that she sees what I am talking about then proceeded to place me on hold with telling me. she never came back to phone. I called back this rep was completely clueless she said I had to follow up with my bank. I informed her what the bank said she insisted I call the bank. I asked if I could speak with her boss she placed me on hold then came back and said it wasn't possible and to contact my bank kind of rude. Not only am frustrated about the money I'm also frustrated about all the different answers I got. They clearly weren't on the same page. Very, very frustrating.

Walmart Service at the customer service center on returns

I bought a couple of items yesterday and I changed my mind on the purchase. I brought two items which I paid for using my Debit card. The items were not opened they were in perfect condition, I just changed my mind.

It was close to closing time, when I got to the counter. I gave the items with my proof of purchase. She processed the transaction as a credit. She told me that it will take 3 days for me to get the credit back. I walked away puzzled and turned back around to show her that I paid with my Debit card, and I really needed the cash back but she never offered a choice to apply it to my Debit card or if I wanted cash back. I have returned items before using my debit and was always given cash back when I used my Debit card. This person never offered me a choice, she just put it back to my card as a credit.

This was wrong since I was expecting my cash back. So I asked for the manager. Of course he said there is nothing that they can do about it since it was processed already.

I explained to him that that was her error, He then told me I should have requested cash back from the beginning. How do I know that I should have made a cash request at the start of the transaction? I never had this problem when I returned items I bought using my debit card. It is unethical practice. They never apologized to me, just kept telling me that it was done and there was no way to reverse the situation.

Walmart Independent store operator/iso watch repair

our merchandisecabo. As an american you think walmart cares... They do not. My $6k us cartier watch along with many other american customers watches went missing. The man working the died of covid and location closed for 8 weeks. Than all the sudden it was gone.

Walmart let people come in and take all the customers watches knowing we were visiting store to try to collect. They did nothing

man dies of covid and the owner family of the watch repair store walk out with all our expensive watches and there response

Walmart Walmart Employee, Raeford Rd Superstore/Gillis Hill. Fayetteville, NC 28314

August 5,2023, about 3:00 PM. There is a Walmart employee who is stealing customers food items right at the checkout. He stole a bag containing gluten free flour (2), one can of baking powder, and a box of mashed potatoes. He picked these items from the other items I put on the counter. This was the 20 items or less check out. He put the items in a bag and sat them under the counter and would not allow me to turn the turntable but rang the other items I was purchasing and handed them to me (two bags - when there should have been three). No, I did not accidently leave then at the store. I did not know what to do, I was in shock that anyone would do that, and right in front of me too! There should be a video of the crook in action. It is a matter of time before said employee does it to someone else, if they haven't already.

Nothing was left in my JEEP. The [censored] put my items on the floor AFTER I tried to get them off the turntable. NO, I am not a very young child. When people who are supposed to be checking you out treat you like dirt and steal your goods, this is what you do: YOU NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, NOT EVER, AND YOU WARN ALL THE PEOPLE YOU KNOW AS WELL...That particular store is slated to be closed down soon anyway - because there is too much crime. You are crazy and one of the many reasons why I did not report this theft sooner. I caught ahold of the turntable to try to take my items off, but he was stronger than me and would not allow me to turn it. Congratulations of being the jerk of the day - you win the grand prize.

Walmart They treat everybody like they are stealing.

The Port Orange Supercenter Walmart on Dunlawton is a ridiculous store. First of all they never have anything stocked on the shelves even though they are constantly in the way of shoppers. The employees that are shopping for people are rude blocking lanes from the customers or nearly running you down with the carts. But worst of all they treat everyone like they are a thief. They are constantly harassing people to check their slips. Today I went to pick up a few things and was stopped on my way out to let me know that from now on they are going to be checking peoples receipts and scanning a few items in order to prevent theft. If they are so scared of people stealing why don't they hire people to check customers out instead of having shelf service open. They pay people to stand at a door and greet you or check peoples receipts but they don't have the money to have people check customers out. I'm tired of going in this store and other Walmart's to be harassed on the way out. When the woman at the door told me about checking receipts I told her maybe they should hire more people to do checkout and she got nasty. This is the only store that harasses people for receipts. I am going to limit my time in this store and all Walmart stores in the future.
