I have been a Walmart+ member for 5 years. I made a $1744 (Computer) purchase using the same card they charge my membership through online every month. This purchase automatically puts a hold on those funds at my bank while they process the charge. I did not change my mailing address, my card number or my name. Walmart canceled my order on a report of fraud, then asked me to order again. This would now be a $3,488 if the second order goes through, while my money for the first order is being held for 10 days before release. I could get no answer what to do if they were to flag me again for a fraud charge. I asked to be put through to the fraud department, so they could verify it is me and process my order, and was told no. Now I am stuck waiting for my funds to be released in 10 days, so I can order a computer.
No ONE I talked to could afford the $3,488 purchase they are asking me to do, yet this was their solution. Amazon, here I come.

It was for the 2steel storage stool set and what I received was a rred knit scarf weighting 0.5 lbs as the drums would have been over 15 lbs. and someone should have caught the error before shipping.

Gotthe shipping details and it is the same mistake an item weighting 0.5 lbs has been shippied instead of the 2 piece set which weighs over 15 lbs. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow,. Thhis must be a problem with the item number since the exact same wrong item has been sent.
I have sent numerous emails and got nothing but someone will contact you in 48 hrs.
I am tired to wasing my time trying to get my CO"RRECT order. This is the biggest waste of time on both our part. I must say I hate you guys using other companies for orders.
Someone should have caught this error.
I will start another refund request or you can start it for me on this 2nd oreer! Tooo bad you don't include something for all my time and distress. All I want is the 2 piece drum set I ordered and paid for!

It’s an Indian woman and she follows me from one store to another and she stocks me, or she could be Pakistani I don’t know she’s rich she says. I’ve over heard her talking to her other employees in the store. Has she two mansion’s 12 employees something like that. When she came to me. I asked her. I heard you talking why are you working, taking a job from Americans. When you’re a rich woman and you’re from another country. She didn’t answer.
Today she stalked me to another walmart store an hour away half across town.
When she saw me she ran away she wears one of those scarves over her head like a hijab.
Whenever I check out at the self check out she stands behind me to see what I’m doing. The machines are so stupid I press the numbers and they don’t print right something different. Every time I try to use the scanner to scan the barcode it doesn’t print correctly either.
Desired outcome: Stop the woman from stocking me and people looking over my shoulder.It really creeps me out makes me feel as if she’s like a mother hen looking at her child or someone who’s I don’t know.
Self check customer service
Today I was checking out my own groceries at Sedalia Walmart and asked for cash back in the amount of 100. That is an option given on the register. The machine had a malfunction and showed it was not able to give me cash back along with a receipt showing this . The lady that came over ( older lady with very short hair and I have seen her there for years)was extremely rude and acted entitled thinking she was a cashier and above everyone else which is typical for this particular store . I tried showing her that she held the receipt showing the amount and she questioned me as if I was trying to get over on Walmart? Why would you treat a customer this way? I also held my own receipt for which she never asked for but I did produce to a subsequent employee showing I should have gotten 100 dollars I asked for a manager and another Cashier came. Very sweet natured lady and she took care of everything . She was SO NICE : this store has some very rude employees . Very rude! Enough to notify the main location about it. The very rude cashier came over to me after I asked to not deal with her again and said the machine I was on was out of 20 dollar bills . She was a horrible example of an even mediocre customer service representative. She thought as a Walmart employee she was not held to the standard we all are when dealing with the public. She was an embarrassment for Walmart in Sedalia .
Desired outcome: This is ongoing in Sedalia and needs to be dealt with. Management cannot handle their employees

Desired outcome: I would want the same brand put on as the rest of my tires that was ruined by Walmart and some kind of a discount on second back tire so tread matches. Tires were in good shape.

I have been using the card for years, but suddenly my account was closed for suspicious activity. I was not made aware of this until I tried to make a purchase and was declined. I was told I can only get my money by them sending me a refund check, and it will take 3 weeks to get said check. There was not even any attempt to rush the matter. I spent 7 hours getting through to someone who could even give me that much, then another 4 hours trying to get the address updated on the account to be sure I even get the check. One agent even hung up on me.
Desired outcome: I would like my $517 immediately so I can pay my bills and put food on my table. Possibly an extra hundred for punitive damages due to the stress and time spent trying to get this resolved, and my $75 cash back reward

Horrible customer service. Hung up on several times, no resolution. Jason, Ashley, April were the rudest people I have ever interacted with. I am never shopping with Walmart again. I am going to cancel my online order and I will be posting the horrible customer service interaction on social media all platforms. Two hours of my day and no resolution for missing items. Statements suddenly stopped coming to my email
I received my credit card MasterCard from Walmart rewards last summer every month like clockwork I received the statement via email last month I did not receive one and because I’m very busy I didn’t notice that I owed money to them without the prompting of the email with attached statement July to see the details and the due date - I don’t receive the text message that I was alarmed about on September 9 saying that I’m late paying my credit card bill so I therefore contacted customer service and said I’m used to getting these emails with attached statement to remind me to pay I’ve never been late ever and then I receive something but this month I got nothing again and I sent a text back saying that I will contact the ombudsman of Ontario regarding this issue should I not receive my statement via email as I always did by today and I will still pursue this ombudsman issue should you not deal with this ASAP. I have better things to do than contact your outsourced customer service office in a different country who typically has limited training and essentially nothing is done. Thank you

Delivery
My grocery delivery was placed outside of someone else’s home. I was issued a refund that should return within 5-7 business days. That’s not acceptable when I have no grocery in my house, and spent my last few dollars NOW I have to wait. The driver should pay attention to addresses or be held responsible to replace the entire order.

Ok here's the story.
The doctor at this location has absolutely no customer care ability. He's reserved and rushes you...
I got my lenses, they were horrible! Vision was way worse then my last pair atvabother retailer.
So they sent them back. Came back still off. But they shuffled me out.
I have been struggling with the. Well, I went back 5mrhs after said my visions still off. He claimed there's nothing wrong. And looked at me like a hypochondriac.
He DID NOT CHECK MY LENSES.
I left and as my primary to get me seen for blurry vision in one eye.
Ok.
Few days later cheap Wal-Mart lenses fell out.
I had a spare pair of off the shelf 1.00 and OMG I SEE BETTER IN THOSE.
my ability to complain and ge5 my pair fixed has pasted the date.
So I wasted all that money. And will bet my progressives at Costco. Heard they have better lens quality.
Never again going to Walmart.

Re: Walmart Unauthorized Debits To Loyal Customer for $113.49 Refuses to Refund Back to Customer, Walmart stated "Sue Us"...
This factual complaint is being produced by America's Pro Se LLC on behalf of the victim customer in question. On August 9th and 10th at 8:49 pm on both dates Walmart illegally and unauthorized debits totaling $113.49 from the loyal customers debit card checking, not the customers credit card. The customer was alerted of this fraud transaction and to cancel the debit card used by Walmart, it was cancelled immediately to prevent any more fraud debits to the loyal customers checking. The customer emailed Walmart's so-called Exec Offices to alert them of this unauthorized debits, they refused to communicate. Twice after the loyal customer requested why this happened again Walmart deaf ears which is their norm.
Loyal customer then received an email after the customer filed a BBB complaint which Walmart demanded by closed, which was the case. Customer received an email from a Megan no last name stating Walmart has closed this issue, never produced a case or file number after it was requested. Customer filed a complaint to the FTC and received an email stating "sue us". Customer the received an email from a law firm they hired in SC to defend Walmart. Custoner retained America;s Pro Se LLC to assist as a Pro Se to sue Walmart as they requested happen. Plaintiff customer now alerted their lawyer in SC that Plaintiff has requested the three year online purchases so Plaintiff can prepare the law suit, lawyer in SC never responded nor produced it which violates the Rules of Federal Civil Procedure. Plaintiff customer as a legal courtesy as requested to do offer to their lawyer in SC and to Walmart the following settlement to prevent litigation and save Walmart of lawyer costs etc.
1. Walmart immediately refund the $113.49 back to the Plaintiff's customer checking they used to make the three unauthorized debits with written confirmation from their lawyer in SC.
2. Because of the major inconvenience caused by Walmart, for having the long use debit card cancelled because of the fraud debits and for the emotional distress of Plaintiff's account having this happen to a online gift card for $500.00 with written confirmation form their lawyer in SC.
3. Plaintiff customer would sign a release prepared by their SC lawyer so Plaintiff customer would not proceed on any legal action etc.
This was for Sept 19, 2023 by 5pm est for Walmart to accept via their lawyer in SC, again deaf ears from Walmart and their lawyer in SC. Thusly, the settlement offer was immediately terminated on 9/20/2023 as was alerted to Walmart and their lawyer in SC.
Walmart does not care for customers that have been harmed by Walmart, they stated "sue us" Plaintiff customer has done what they stated compensatory damages $75,000, with other violations imposed in the proper venue and jurisdiction, Walmart and their lawyer in SC have been served.
Stay clear of Walmart, if Founder Sam Walton was the CEO of his company this would never happen to customers, Costco is the best way to protect your customer rights from any illegal actions to a customer of their bank accounts.

I enrolled in walmart + in December 2022 and the rewards that walmart offered are now changed. NO cash back on purchases, I go to some walmart gas stations and they may show they offer 5 cents off, but the buttons don't work. Your a ripoff from the offers that you had stated when I signed up for walmart +. I won't be renewing my walmart + in December. You have false advertising.

On the Walmart policy
We are in Bathurst, NB and according to Wal-Mart in Bathurst they have the policy to make young student from the school in front wait outside before than can go in and eat at McDonald. The McDonald is inside Wal-Mart and we talk to the manager owner of McDonald in Bathurst and he's not the one doing this and Wal-Mart said it them both. I talk to the manager and they have a the excuse you can imagine and they are making them wait outside. One day my husband happen to go to Wal mart and he said he was the father and they said you're really the father and they followed him almost to McDonald and we are not impress with the service and the policy.
