My groceries were not delivered and was charged immediately. Called within minutes of noticing that the picture provided was not my home. Customer support (more like "lack of customer support") advised that it would be 2-3 business days for the refund. I am on a limited fixed income and now I do not have my $ nor my groceries. How is this fair?

Desired outcome: My money back immediately- so I can get my groceries!

They do NOT have the customer in mind at all, yes agreed, their "customer service" serves only them, they are useless. When ordering online, every time I go to delete an order it say's "Were sorry, we are having technical difficulties, try again later" BUT, when adding items, they have zero "technical difficulties. What a fricken scam. NEVER again will I spend anything in this store other than prescriptions. They are losing a ton of money from me. Never liked that store from the git go so, back to where I was when I did not purchase from there. Can't even delete the order itself, and this is happening within the edit items time, well within.
