Shaw's Norvy

I was in Weymouth mass at Shaw’s today 09/18/23 I went to deli to do my weekly shopping I have done for about 5 years. I was greeted by a store employee who was exceptional. He addressed me very professionally, very respectfully, I was floored. . His attitude is second to none and this includes anyone I have delt with at this meat counter in the time I have been going here. he noticed me and immediately stopped what he was doing and addressed me he really understands costumer service. I was so impressed with his personality and work ethics I had to flag down the store manager and share my experience. Norvy keep up the good work you are awesome.

Shaw's Online order credit not given

I placed an order on line, when it came, there were a couple of items substituted, and two cases of Poland Sprngs water at $5.00 a case that never came. When I called the girl told me I would be credited for the ten dollars witching 3 days. The order was placed on 1/03/2024, order #7929858. I just spoke to a girl who claimed I was not charged for these two items. My bill bill was for $105. You took $104 from my account. She would not give me anyone to talk to. I am owed $10.00 for these two cases of water. I will never order fromShaw’s again. There is no way you substituted for $10.00 worth of food. This is a total rip off. And I am disgusted. Shaw's Grocery delivery

On 10/21/23 I cancelled a grocery delivery for order [protected]. I was told I would be receiving a refund within 5-7 business days. I have made my third call today to the customer service number and have been told again that they are escalating the request and they case is still under review. I was told again to call back within 3-5 business days if I do not receive the refund. I find this totally unacceptable. I cancelled the order and never received my money back. It is a simple case and I want my refund. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General.

Claimed loss: 166.73

Shaw's Alex bagger at Belmont NH Shaw's worst customer service I ever received.

Shaw's order #00219000800472311031217 on 11.03.2023 at 12:17pm. Alex boy who bagged my $135 order today was talking under his breathe at me as bagged my complete order. Alex eventually refused to bag a 1/3 of my order. This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my 49 years on Earth. My cashier Emma was great. Alex actions seemed to make it harder on cashier Emma by refusing to bag portions of my order.

Desired outcome: It was such terrible customer service by Alex the management needs to know about this. Alex the bagger was so rude and unprofessional it's up to management to deal with Alex. The worst customer service I ever experienced.

As I do realize that "legally" pedestrians have the right of way in a parking, I was recently visiting Shaws in Randolph Vt and was hit by carts that a Shaws employee was pushing. Shaw's Rewards Program

I use to be able to, on my own, apply using my computer, our rewards value into dollars off our next order. I worked smooth and easy. Now I have to call in and depending on who you contacted they were able to accommodate my request. Today it took 15 min to accomplish the task. Please bring back the old method and provide the required steps.

Shaw's Shaws WI-FI

I came to canada in May intake as a student on 27th april 2023.Actually recently i made my equifax id and they shaw wifi collection on my account, which installed somewhere on 1 jan 2023 ,but i came on april.It means someone did fraud with me their wi-fi account no.is09901731606.Please help me to figure out this as it put bad impact on my cibil score.

Date 07-21-23. The ladies bathroom is always filthy when we shop this location. We shop there maybe 26 times a year. The floors look like they haven't been washed with any sort of cleaner for years. At check I used a snap card+ insurance flex card not realizing my snap had a lower balance than I thought bal. due: $5.96 we said fine paid the difference but an employee started to search thru my bags removing items telling me can t bay this/that on snap(false I researched on website) I was completely humiliated as she continued to remove items from my cart telling me i can t buy certain items totally rude and again unnecessary

My husband and myself and 13 year old daughter were grocery shopping in gilford Shaws like we do every week know everyone Amy the cashier asked for our drivers license we were buying alcohol we gave her our identification and then turned to my 13 year old and asked for her id I said she doesn’t have one she is 13 and Amy the cashier said I’m not joking give me her license again I said she is my 13 year old daughter Amy was very rude the rest of our check out I did go tell her supervisor who I know but my daughter left there upset and I don’t think it was right the way we were treated

Between 4/8-4/10 I had three grocery orders and paid $515 to Shaws. I am dissatisfied with two producers. 1) I purchased diced nut squash, and it turned bad in two days. Shaw's Management

Noticed a produce assistant manager on sales floor treating co worker poorly,yelling. Demanding things to be done while I noticed the man wasn’t doing anything. Also noticed poor food on the shelves. Need to check more. I did not like seeing the employee upset over how the man was treating the employee,Pay more attention to your management.title has nothing to do with work ethic.how they treat people. Shaw's Weekly ads

While shopping at Shaw's in Norwood, MA. it was difficult to use the weekly ad and digital coupon system. There were about 5 women trying to figure out the specials and navigating the cell phone and hope to complete the process. It was attending a class without a teacher.

We went to customer service to get help. Some items clipped onto the list and others did not. Customer service was very helpful. There must be a better way for people who are computer illiterate to navigate the system.

If it continues, we will have to shop at other neighborhood grocery stores. We have Stop&Shop, Wegmans, Aldi, Roache Brothers and smaller independents who will serve us better.

Please do something with your digital coupon system. Shaw's will loose and the others will gain.

Shaw's incorrect pricing at checkout on digital coupons

The last 2 visits, I have had to have digital coupon prices corrected . The very first time it happened, I figured my loss and did nothing about it. The 2nd time it happened was a month or so ago...it was about a $15 discrepancy. The latest was 3/1/2023. There was an $8.51 discrepancy. I did get a credit both times...but I should not have to check my receipts to be sure I am charged correct sale prices and have to waste my time getting it corrected.

Desired outcome: Correct your computers to recognize if a digital coupon has been "clipped".
