On Dec15, 2025, I placed an order for shipping. On Dec 16, as soon as I saw that they were using the courier OnTrac, formerly Lasership, I called Walmart to cancel the order because it has been confirmed many times by many reps that OnTrac is on block due to non-delivery. Despite the fact that I put them on block and it was confirmed by the reps that they can see this, they used them again. Walmart would not cancel my order.
On Dec 17, I got a notification that OnTrac delivered the package, but there was no package. Upon checking the photos left, none of them matched my house or anything in my shipping label, which even includes the color of my door and says no steps. I called Walmart and asked for a refund and was told to wait 4 days because the billing dept was very busy due to the holidays.
On Dec 21. I received an e-mail from Walmart saying they closed my account due to a violation of their return policy. I called Walmart on Dec 22 and spoke to a rep and her supervisor and was given an IR number and told that it was all a mistake and my account would be reinstated by Dec 31. Upon checking back in on the 24th, 27th, and 29th and speaking with each rep and the supervisor, I was guaranteed the same thing, that my account would be reinstated by tge 31st. Of course, today, Dec 31, 2025 there was no email with any link from Walmart to reactivate my account so I called again and spoke to the rep and told him the story but also told him that I had been told that only a supervisor would be able to see all the details of the case. His supervisor was actually the first abrupt and unfeeling one that I ever had spoken to throughout this entire ordeal. He said that it's over and that my account will never be reinstated and that my gift cards and Walmart cash are gone along with the account. He refused to escalate the case again.
Desired outcome: I want my Walmart. com account reinstated along with all of my gift cards and Walmart cash that was stolen when they closed it, and I still want my $7.81 plus $14.74 refund 2 separate gift cards from the order itself of 12/15/25.
