I purchased a $45 card from Walmart. When I tried to add it to my phone using 611611 texting it would only give me the option to add the previous months $35 plan OR it gave me the option to go to the website to add a different plan. So I went to the website & the website was down. I then tried to call straight talk but they said they were closed due to an update to their system. I then tried adding it from another phone and it said it was already redeemed. So I called the next day & spoke with a woman who kept me on hold for quite some time, she told me the card was already redeemed & asked me to tell her the number it had been redeemed to, I gave her both my numbers & she said they were both wrong then we got cut off. I called back & spoke with another person who said the card didn’t get activated properly & told me to go back to Walmart with my receipt to get it scanned properly but I showed the receipt to the front desk person & he said it showed on the receipt that it did get activated & that if he tried to scan it again I would get charged again! I came back home & tried to add the pin to a different phone & it still says it’s been redeemed! It’s never been redeemed! It never went through!
Desired outcome: I would like my money back or next month free as I have already bought a new service plan fii ohr this month using my credit card. I would appreciate that or some other resolution
