Walmart The pharmacy department concerning the lack of communication concerning medication

I have been having problems with a medication that is well needed for my health and each month is something new and different concerning this particular medication ive sought the help of my insurance company who has covered it for years now and there confused as to why its a problem with keeping it on the selves and why they dont keep the customer informed of the changes, giving the customer enough time to seek another route to keeping there medication properly coming on time.Today marks the 2 day without my medication and no one from the pharmacy has called nor alerted me on what else to do im truly disappointed at the way there beginning to treat there customers today!

Walmart Product I did not receive.

Hello My name is Shelly Fehringer

I have been a customer of Walmart for many years and typically I have no issues with getting items I recieved. Recently I ordered three- 7 piece patio set for my sitting area. I was under the understanding that they were end of the year clearance items. The 7 Studio piece patio set would be here in 2 days and perfect for the planned gathering. Not only did I not get the patio sets after calling to see what was going on with the order the customer service person told me there was some type of error in the product I ordered and it was lost. She would send it onto a team to try to locate it. I received 3 boxes each with 2 chairseach. Now I have received 6 chairs of the 18 chairs I was waiting on and none of the three tables. I went on my account on Walmart and found that someone had switched the order to say I had only ordered chairs and that they had been delivered. made another phone call -after explaining again what the order originally said the customer service worker actually found the original order and verified that it did indeed say that I ordered 3- 7 piece patio sets. (7 peice Studio Outdoor Patio Set). Customer servive personal said she would send it a team to decide what to do since I did not get the 12 chairs 3 tables. I waited again and called 2 seperate times asking when I will get the ordered for and paid for patio sets. (customer service names I have spoken to- Tashyra,Nicole, Deb, & Grace ) I did paid for the order using Affirm - where it shows that my order was indeed 3-7 piece patio sets. I also received a request from walmart asking me to rate the 7 piece patio set I ordered. The fact that the company employee's are unethical in changing the order online is upsetting. It is frustrating that they are not willing to tell me they may have messed up and that they will honor the order. Instead they are untruthful and tell me the order is lost and they will send it to a team to figure it out- it never gets resolved. I will attach pictures showing my original order. Clearly someone has tried to make it seem as if I ordered something else and are tyring not to fullfill the original order. I would appreciate your help in getting the rest of the items.

Walmart I am complaining about rotten salmon stale cookies and closing my account

I am complaining about Walmart i have had several problems with my orders .I made a order at the nd of this September receive rotten fish and stale cookies. I tried to get my refund back from the Walmart in Fredrick Maryland and they wouldn't give my refund telling me to bring rotten smelly fish in a store. And i wasn't doing that smelling up everything. And said they wouldn't giving my refund back on my card because i get to many refunds. I was supposed to get my refund no many how many times it was. Because every delivery driver I had from the Walmart has screwed up my order most of the time. And i definitely got my refund back each time. And i have corporate office several times and had most customer unskilled un knowledgeable not a good communicator that don't know how to do their job at all need to fire and hire all new people at that corporate office. And they have also closed my account and i can't get in it.

Desired outcome: I want my refund returned for that rotten salmon fish and stale cookies and new worker in customer service in coporate office and my account open

Walmart Great value cranberry black cherry juice

I recently purchased the above product and no sooner did I open it, and it tasted like the juice was fermenting. The juice looked cloudy in appearance, and the expiration date is not until next year.

I have never had a problem with a grocery product before and mostly shop at the Walmart in West Haven, CT. I am including a picture of the product label for your reference.

I would appreciate being reimbursed as grocery items are too expensive these days for me to waste my money.

Walmart Online shopping, delivery of groceries. Order never received and charged in full.

My name is Beatriz Estrada and my husband's name is Dante Perez, the order number is [protected], our home and billing address is 600 22nd Street West, Basement, North Vancouver, BC, V7M 2A7

I never received the order, I had to leave for work and it turns out the delivery person dropped the order at the neighbors porch but my neighbor had left already so he didn't notice the box with merchandise until he came back that afternoon and had no clue why it was there.. so when I went out knocking doors he realized there was a box with merchandise there but it had been sitting outside since 8am and it was almost 7pm already..

I lost whatever needed refrigeration and recovered the dried items but just because I went out knocking doors to look for the order, I confirm, I never received it at home

Items lost: Milk, Orange Juice, Eggs, Tapioca pudding, fresh basil..I recovered the rest, I have not received any follow up or willingness to resolve this from part of Walmart, just evasives and absurds requests like having my husband call them instead of me when I´m the account holder and the person who orders every single item from their store, am I being discriminated for being a woman?

Desired outcome: I would have settled with the refund of the lost items but now I really think they should refund the entire order and the shipping charge

I am disabled man that has to wear prescription sun glasses do to an eye problem related to liver failure.

I purchased a pair of Oakley Prescription glasses in Feb. 2023.I paid for all the extra protection on the glasses. Soon after purchase I noticed the center of the glasses becoming foggy I took them to Walmart in Goshen Indiana to let them know my dissatisfaction. The bottom of the glasses were good to see through but the middle was cloudy. The solution was to clean them so the store did. No help.

Being disappointed with my purchase I bought a pair of Panama Jacks for $15 . They work great.!

Today October 19 while cleaning for fall I came across my expensive Walmart Oakley glasses and was going to throw them away in disgust but instead decided to go back to Walmart Goshen to see again what could be done.

They looked at the glasses said yep they’re cloudy but it all your fault. I’m like what I haven’t been able to wear these becof the issue.I explained the middle of the glasses were cloudy but the top and bottom were clear so in my mind we have a glass issue. I was then scolded on the scratches on the glasses( you can not see a scratch till they magnified the lens!) I and another lady still could not see anything but the fog.

I can’t use these glasses. I asked to have them sent in for defects. I was told no! So here I am with a pair of glasses that will be thrown away.

Is this a normal practice of Walmart. I send you the glasses on my dime for you to inspect then you can toss them.!

Walmart 2 liter soda shelves

Walmart has moved the two liters soft drinks shelves very high much too high for a person who is having to use a handicapped cart to get around.

I witnessed a woman on one who was needing to get a two liter but no way to reach them and no Walmart workers around to help her get what she needed. I offered my help but I couldn't even reach them and I am five feet six inches tall. Walmart has the liquor and beer at accessible heights for anyone to get even little kids are able to reach the alcoholic drinks so why can't you people put the two liters lower for customers to be able to get to either that or make sure there are Walmart workers on the aisle all the time when people need help?!

Desired outcome: Lower the damn shelves with two liters so handicapped and other people are able to reach them.

Walmart Refused return missing pieces

I bought a rock polisher on 10-09-23 for $50.00 the box was missing the charger, and we took it back on 10-14-23 to Walmart in Kerman CA and they refused to take it back because it was over $25.00 and we didn't have a receipt, the manager Alex said to donate it and to lose my money. What kind of customer service is that? All we wanted is what we paid for, and Walmart in Kerman CA is very unprofessional, and I work hard for my money and don't what to throw it away.

Walmart Advertising

Two erotic art paintings ("Fine Art") being advertised to Wal-Mart customers who shop online at Wal-Mart. Com.

Graphic full color erect penis on a seated male and [presumably a companion piece] a nude woman recumbent.

I am 73 years old and I am shown this among other merchandise every few minutes when I play Solitaire!

It is offensive. Please fix it!

Desired outcome: Take this out of your routine advertising algorythm!Just because I am a customer does not mean I want to be shown that every few minutes!

We have always bought great value thin crust pizza. We have it every Friday night. The box had changed but thought that was all, not. The pizza itself has changed, wheat crust, loads of spices on top and pepperoni has no taste. It is one of the worst pizzas we have ever eaten and still have 2 more in freezer. Please go back to original! It is (was) the best pizza out there.

Walmart Online Purchase

I have been a Walmart+ member for 5 years. I made a $1744 (Computer) purchase using the same card they charge my membership through online every month. This purchase automatically puts a hold on those funds at my bank while they process the charge. I did not change my mailing address, my card number or my name. Walmart canceled my order on a report of fraud, then asked me to order again. This would now be a $3,488 if the second order goes through, while my money for the first order is being held for 10 days before release. I could get no answer what to do if they were to flag me again for a fraud charge. I asked to be put through to the fraud department, so they could verify it is me and process my order, and was told no. Now I am stuck waiting for my funds to be released in 10 days, so I can order a computer.

No ONE I talked to could afford the $3,488 purchase they are asking me to do, yet this was their solution. Amazon, here I come.

Walmart Wrong item sent 2 times

Order#2000113-[protected] for $46.63

I received a refund finally for this order .

It was for the 2steel storage stool set and what I received was a rred knit scarf weighting 0.5 lbs as the drums would have been over 15 lbs. and someone should have caught the error before shipping.

Order# 2000112-[protected] for 39.64

the set had decreased in price by 6.37

Gotthe shipping details and it is the same mistake an item weighting 0.5 lbs has been shippied instead of the 2 piece set which weighs over 15 lbs. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow,. Thhis must be a problem with the item number since the exact same wrong item has been sent.

I have sent numerous emails and got nothing but someone will contact you in 48 hrs.

I am tired to wasing my time trying to get my CO"RRECT order. This is the biggest waste of time on both our part. I must say I hate you guys using other companies for orders.

Someone should have caught this error.

I will start another refund request or you can start it for me on this 2nd oreer! Tooo bad you don't include something for all my time and distress. All I want is the 2 piece drum set I ordered and paid for!

PLEASE SOMEBHODY ANSWER ME AND WHEN I CAN EXPECT TO RECE3IVE MY CORRECT ORDER1111 A knit stupid scarf is not what I expected for my money.

Walmart I work as a Secret Shopper I’m being stalked by their staff for doing comparison Prices!

It’s an Indian woman and she follows me from one store to another and she stocks me, or she could be Pakistani I don’t know she’s rich she says. I’ve over heard her talking to her other employees in the store. Has she two mansion’s 12 employees something like that. When she came to me. I asked her. I heard you talking why are you working, taking a job from Americans. When you’re a rich woman and you’re from another country. She didn’t answer.

Today she stalked me to another walmart store an hour away half across town.

When she saw me she ran away she wears one of those scarves over her head like a hijab.

Whenever I check out at the self check out she stands behind me to see what I’m doing. The machines are so stupid I press the numbers and they don’t print right something different. Every time I try to use the scanner to scan the barcode it doesn’t print correctly either.

Desired outcome: Stop the woman from stocking me and people looking over my shoulder.It really creeps me out makes me feel as if she’s like a mother hen looking at her child or someone who’s I don’t know.

Walmart Self check customer service

Today I was checking out my own groceries at Sedalia Walmart and asked for cash back in the amount of 100. That is an option given on the register. The machine had a malfunction and showed it was not able to give me cash back along with a receipt showing this . The lady that came over ( older lady with very short hair and I have seen her there for years)was extremely rude and acted entitled thinking she was a cashier and above everyone else which is typical for this particular store . I tried showing her that she held the receipt showing the amount and she questioned me as if I was trying to get over on Walmart? Why would you treat a customer this way? I also held my own receipt for which she never asked for but I did produce to a subsequent employee showing I should have gotten 100 dollars I asked for a manager and another Cashier came. Very sweet natured lady and she took care of everything . She was SO NICE : this store has some very rude employees . Very rude! Enough to notify the main location about it. The very rude cashier came over to me after I asked to not deal with her again and said the machine I was on was out of 20 dollar bills . She was a horrible example of an even mediocre customer service representative. She thought as a Walmart employee she was not held to the standard we all are when dealing with the public. She was an embarrassment for Walmart in Sedalia .

Desired outcome: This is ongoing in Sedalia and needs to be dealt with. Management cannot handle their employees

Walmart Small screw in tire was not leaking air but took in to have removed they destroyed my tire put a big slash in the side wall of tire.

I called explained for support reference # [protected]. My tires are all Perelli Scorpion All Season 245 50R20 102 V. I was told by Yankton, SD store # 1483 they could not get those so ordered one Nexen N5000 Platinum [protected] V tire. The ride is now terrible. Found out can damage my Drive train, Transfer case which controls front and rear axles differential or viscous couplings can cause serious mechanical damage for AWD and 4WD vehicles. The tread is not the same and looked on line after replaced so I could drive home 15 miles. I looked on line and you do sale the Perelli Scorpion All Season 245 50R20 102 V. I called them back and they said I would have to pay for that and they would give me a store credit back they ruined my passenger back tire. I waited 2 hours first time and 4 hours second time went in to have tire put on.

Desired outcome: I would want the same brand put on as the rest of my tires that was ruined by Walmart and some kind of a discount on second back tire so tread matches. Tires were in good shape.
