Order on July 21,2025. Received E-Mail on July 24th advising delivered. Tracking for delivered was showing California and I leave in Florida. Contact Walmart and customer service advise it was a mistake from vendor as they do not have the item. Total order was 200.00 gift card and $52.41 credit card. I requested the $200.00 to be refunded via check as this was the second purchased with Walmart with issues. Was advised to send an email, I did and waited until October with no response/help. Requested refund via credit card and gift card as it was purchased and now is December, multiple call and no refund.
Claimed loss: $200.00 gift card, $52.41 Visa, multiple calls, frustration, time loss.
Desired outcome: Get my money back.
