Walmart Complaining about the attitude of Cashier at Mississauga Square One Store # 3055

Sir/Madam,

Is it Walmart policy to disallow the physical separator between the Customer Items on the Cashier conveyor belt. St# 3055 Op#:007411

When I kept the separator after my items, the Cashier got upset and removed it angrily. When I ask the reason she replied rudely, she does not like it. The same could have said politely. Attached receipt

Years ago, I met Sam Walton. Sam told me his motto was "customer always right and for the customer to be happy and satisfied with Walmart service". This is the image he wanted to project. What happened to that image. Customer Service (CS) no longer cares about the customer. I ordered a Tek Pow Portable Power Station Solar Generator, and it stopped working after one time. The product would not hold a charge no matter different ways of charging would not hold the charge. I called Walmart CS and they said to contact the seller, I contacted the seller and no responses back. I called back Walmart CS and they said they cannot help me or do anything for me. I am a auditor doe vendors and I know the ultimate responsibility does not fall on the seller it falls on the company that put the seller on their website as the company should of did their homework and check out the seller's background, complaints, quality and qualifications as a seller. I trusted Walmart that they checked out this seller as they recommended them on their website.

Claimed loss: I pd over $200.00 for this generator, and CS says I cannot do anything for you. What would Sam say? I lost my faith in Walmart. I believed in your products when Sam was around because I held him to his words, and he delivered all the time.

Desired outcome: Some type of refund as inflation rises a refund would help.Help from Wal CS, Wal take responsibility for not doing due diligence on vendors as vendor is not on Wal website and no reachable. I asked Wal to fu with vendor, and they didn't.

Walmart Product delivery, customer support

Placed an order for delivery, was emailed by Wal-Mart that it would be delivered Monday - didn't show up.

Email from Wal-Mart would be delivered Tuesday - didn't show up.

Called customer service who told me to call the local store and gave me the number.

Call the store that does the deliverys and was told that the order didi not have a delivery person assigned but would manually assign one and call me back to verify - no call back and no delivery.

Called and asked if the order could be changed to pick-up at the store closest to me - was told "OK, done". When I checked the order it was changed to pick-up but at another store.

Called back and when questioned, was told that the order could not be picked up at another store.

I asked to reverse it back to delivery and was told that would be done.

Next day, Wednesday - still says "pick-up" at the other store.

Called the delivery people and was told it couldn't be changed to another store nor could it it be put back on delivery.

So now I'm out 3 days of waiting for the delivery and I must rent a car or something to go pick=up an order that could be set up at the store I can walk to.

REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Desired outcome: At the very least be honest about delivery windows(if it will take longer than usual, just say so) so the customer doesn't sit for three days waiting for an order that will never arrive.

Walmart Jacob, asset production associate

Today, 12/30/2023 my son and I went to walmart to pick up a few things. When my son was checking out, an item scanned 2x. He called a lady over to help take it off. Jacob, asset production associate stormed over to me son, with no name badge, dirty clothes, looked like a bum. My son thought at first this guy was going to jump him! Instead, this jacob, 6'4 hispanic fat with dirty clothes no name badge demands my son come with him accuses my son of stealing even tho he had receipts of what he just purchased in his hand! Then, jacob threatens to call the cops on my son.. For nothing! Jacob also said, my manager misty will be waiting on your call.

This is harrassment and needs to stop!

This is the second time this has happened in walmart in amarillo tx.

David craig district manager has been called before with this same type of comlaint. He, david craig needs to call me at [protected].

This is unacceptable and needs to stop immediately!

Claimed loss: MY SON needs an apology from the district manager David Craig and from Jacob. Jacob should represent walmart in CLEAN CLOTHES AND A NAME BADGE! What is HE hiding!

I guess if he is undercover he really wants to be undercover by dressing like a bum. But you should have let him call the police on your son, then have had him charged with grabbing your son.

Unfortunately, more so than not, as soon as people get leadership positions they all do the same and treat regular employees like dirt. And should these regular employees report to another manager, they get fired. Take Walmart in Norton, VA… horrible! The overnight shift leadership are a clique of clowns who don’t work and actually drag the company down...

Walmart Third customer jump into the line before me (3rd customer not to line up)

Around 9:05~9:15am on Dec15, 2023. At 610 6th St., New Westminster, BC store. I am a second customer waiting for the cashier. A third customer suddenly jump into the line looks like to ask a question with the cashier. In fact, he bought a Tim Horton gift card, your cashier just let him finish his deal. And I am still waiting. I start complain this cashier, then a supervisor came & talk to the cashier with their own language sound likes Spanish, then they told me never had a 3rd customer, just the 1st & the 2nd customer (me). They lied to me & not to apologize.

I think this is a case of racism, perhaps the same race customer jump into the line, the cashier help him to jump into the line (of course no need to line up). The supervisor covered up the whole thing & communicated with Spanish (their own language).

I need these cashier & supervisor to apologize to me in English, not with their own language. And promise not to allow anyone to jump into the line (everyone needs to line up). Do the job with equal & justice manner.

Check the CCTV video to find out this 3rd customer, can prove these cashier & supervisor dishonest.

Walmart Customer service/door

I understand that receipt checking this time of year is necessary at times but have to the door person (not sure how they identify) mouth off because I commented on the purchase in question does not fit in a bag... I understand it was doing its job but to keep "mouthing: at me as I walking away was totally unnecessary! I'm not so sure I wasn't called an impolite term on my way out. I get too tired on being checked every freaking time I haved a purchase that does not fit in a bag being door checked. I use an actual cashier for this express reason.

Several times now, I have gotten home to find spoiled juice, cracked eggs, uncooked rotisserie chicken. I always see the trucks just sitting in tthe Walmart lot and I wonder how long the food sits there, from the long time it takes to ship it to Walmart. This stuff is not cheap and it is not worth the gas to return it and to be stared at by associates, who says that this is not their problem.

Walmart Walmart grocery delivery service, Red Wing, MN Store

I ordered groceries online at the Red Wing, MN store. I was missing items ordered and paid for, plus a tip. The items were in stock. I contacted the delivery person, and she said that she had the items in her car, and if I wanted them, I would need to drive to another customer’s address to pick them up. One

of the items was for my families’ supper that night. When I expressed my disappointment over not getting the items, the response I received was, oof, that’s a bummer. What? I would have appreciated being told the next steps that would be taken to make my issue right. Very unprofessional.

Walmart Walmart lost all customer order data for 2019 back leaving me unable to have my warranty claim honored

com Customer Care Associates nor their Supervisors because this order was placed on 11/29/2019 and all orders prior to 2020 are no longer accessible to pull up and be viewed online or on the app.

Fourth, in view of the following information I have shared with you, I need help with a resolution where one of the following options can take place. (1.) Walmart needs to communicate with Allstate in my behalf to provide them with a reasonable price point of $1,500 for the tv that I purchased and (bought the Allstate 4 year Warranty) for so that Allstate can complete my warranty claim process for the claim I already started with them on 11/26/2023. You can reference this claim number: [protected] with Allstate under my husband’s name Christian Barton. Or (2.) Provide me with an in store credit for the $1,500 that I can use on a replacement tv for the one that I have that is malfunctioning under the total replacement warranty that I fairly purchased from you Walmart with my original order purchase on 11/29/2019.

It is not my fault that I have misplaced my original order confirmation email and that Walmart makes a technological system upgrade to it’s website/ordering system app now customers like myself are no longer able to access their orders from 2019. It clearly states at the top of my warranty confirmation email from Walmart Protection Plans powered by Allstate, that I do not have to register my order with my Allstate Protection Plan nor does it say that if I lose my order confirmation email from Walmart that my warranty is no longer valid because Walmart could possibly update or upgrade their website/online ordering system app and lose my purchase history. So now that Walmart did update their online ordering system and lose access to my Order Number and all of my purchases from 2019 back, this should not make my Allstate Protection Plan invalid should it? Especially when I have the Allstate Protection Plan confirmation email, Plan Number, my Walmart Order Number from the representatives I spoke to at Allstate, and I have a copy of my bank draft for full payment of my purchase on 12/07/2019 in the amount of $1,755.80 payable to Walmart.com? So not being able to find my original order confirmation email from Walmart should not invalidate my bought and fully paid for warranty should it? Please let me know how you can peacefully resolve this matter for me that doesn’t involve me taking Walmart to Small Claims Court to advocate for something I paid for to protect myself from normal usage malfunction of the tv that I clearly bought from Walmart and paid for.

Walmart Gift card - walmart store credit

Incident: Nov, 19, 2023.

Purchased a store credit - walmart.

Intent: online shopping

Problem: Walmart/US does not ship to Canada, the desired good is not sold by walmart.ca. Walmart employee didn't indicate that US could not be purchased from.

So he never clarified online purchasing, I thought any Walmart could be used.

Went to return STore Credit (card) and get money back, or purchase a credit card to buy from the supplier directly in the US.

Went to return it and they stated the policy of Walmart doesn't allow the return of Store credit. I said I have the receipt I paid cash (debit card). I want it back the service you stated to me when purchasing this doesn't work. I would of gotten a credit card and ordered it elsewhere. You failed to indicate this. The person that pointed at all the signs stating it was my fault (no return policy). I was like well if I can read, you are assuming a lot of things and what about blind people? Don't you think you would indicate that to person purchasing and ensure its intended use, I mean he double checked the value on the card.

Store denied my return of monies with with receipt. There reason is its policy. I indicated that you failed to provide a service you indicated you could and a policy doesn't make the laws that govern finances.

I indicated that its not fraud I can wait weeks for the money to return if that's your worry as I ahve worked younger and policy is to stop fraud.

It is possible to return moneys' I have worked in many storehouses, that returned store credit before. It works like this. You use teh default item blank, and input any denomination, you zero off teh balance on the debit card, if its answer machine your item custom price can be named. (store credit return). The card is zero'd (store credit). Then a separate transaction returns the money to the persons way of purchase. Cash, Debit, visa, etc. Just like any good. Then you staple the receipts together and put it in a separate pile to be transacted differently. That is how ever corporation I have worked at returned a store credit, that was purchased with money and then had to be returned for some reason.

My friend works at another Walmart and said thats kind of bogus. They can return it and clearly you not committing fraud. That intended policy is a deterrent and wouldn't hold up legally. You paid for something nad unfortunately that something doesn't/ isn't working out and wasn't indicated and should be rendered back to you. Its not like you waited a long time, and the money is on the card still.

Failure to refund monies of a failed service transaction of a business. Then continually marginalized me and insulted me by stating teh same thing until I went away. THis would in turn force me to lawyer up or file a lawsuit at a Walmart. A gift card purchased taht can't be used... I am not into a charity.. in the last decades, I ahve only spent around 1000 dollars in Walmart. I don't like the entire human trafficking of Walmart and that is a separate issue.

Claimed loss: Current loss is 400 dollars to be able to spend elsewhere.

Desired outcome: Apology. Allowing of the return of my money that is holdings of Walmart. Store Credit.

I purchased this online with one of your third party companies. The item did not work from the moment it arrived. The display screen did not come on, no matter what I tried, even with plugging it into my TV. I contacted the seller, who first wanted a video of the issue, which I thought was weird, but sent one anyway, here is their response

Over a month of the seller not responding to Papal I was finally told a few days ago I have to return the item at my expense with tracking. Cost of postage is ridiculous and it will be over $50 to ship the item back, and even then it didn't sound like I was going to for sure get a refund.

You have a third rate horrible company selling under your brand name, and I want a resolution. I can bring the item to a store. But I will not spend MORE money on postage to lose again.

I do not deserve to have a non working sub standard item sent to me when I paid good money for it.

Walmart Walmart digital photo center/ kodak

Nov.24 I had been online looking/shopping for specials and was on the Walmart website when I saw an offer for 2 free 4X6 photo magnets, and I placed an order (Order #7605395)

On Nov. 25 or 26 I received an email alerting me that both magnets were “ready for pick-up”.

This afternoon, Friday, Dec.1, I drove over to Walmart in Kirkland, store #3044 specifically to pick up these items from the photo center.

I went to the back of the store when I arrived and was very upset when I learned from Victoria, the employee working in the photo centre that I am just one of 200- 300 people who have received an email stating that my magnets are ready for pick up when in fact they are not.

I learned that only my pictures are available for pick up. I kindly explained to her that I didn’t want/need the pictures but that I needed/wanted the magnets I had ordered as they were being given as a gift. I was told there was nothing that could be done.

I cannot understand how hundreds of us receive emails from Kodak stating that we should go pick up our magnets as they are ready for pick up. Is it not just as easy to send emails to all of us that state unfortunately your order could not be completed at this time? How is this OK?

To offer free items and then send messages that they’re ready and have people take time out of their day, drive over in traffic… it’s not okay. Not from a huge corporation like Walmart and another like Kodak.
