Walmart Order that was delivered to wrong house

I placed an order on 2/19/2024 and was supposed to receive it on 2/20/2024. Walmart took a picture of that order being delivered BUT THAT HOUSE WASNT MY HOUSE. I have called more than 10 to Walmart.com but they have failed to correct their mistake. I checked with all of my neighbors on my street and no one has seen my package. This is extremely stressful

Claimed loss: $529.34

Desired outcome: Give me a full refund because the picture I looked at wheee the item was delivered WAS NOT MY HOME.

Walmart Grocery + online order

So earlier today I put in an online order for a few items. Then I get a message stating that one item on my list was unavailable and they were substituting another item in its place An item I didn't want. So I phoned Walmart and told them this. An item on my original order was being substituted with something I didn't want. In the meantime I'm looking at my purchase history and now they've created yet a second order that I didn't authorize. And to add insult to injury they have now taken two payments our of my bank account even though I never authorized the second one. So now they've withdrawn $82.52 for my original order and now another $65.70 for a second purchase that I didn't authorize. The two purchase orders are [protected] & [protected]. And now I'm told that I'll have to wait 7 to 10 days to have my money refunded. If you can take my money in just a few seconds then you should be able to refund it to me immediately, today. Walmart Walmart dot com

I purchased a !0x10 Outsunny Gazebo order#2000110-[protected]

The merchandise showed delayed for the longest and I had to contact the seller concerning the merchandise.

After delivery I assembled the Gazebo in September, in December I had to take it down since it fell apart on top of me.

I contacted Walmart.com in January and received a return authorization valid until Feb7th when I called Fed-EX for a pickup on 2/6/24 I was informed that the authorization was not more valid.

I contacted Walmart. Com again and was assured that I will get a new return slip within 24 hours.

I called again on 2/12/24 and was told I would get a Return authorization.

within 24 to 36 hours

So here we are and I didn't receive a return authorization again

Claimed loss: 212.99

Desired outcome: Return authorization.

Walmart Service

My experience in 2 opportunities I take a product and I'm going to pay and it's another price and it happened to me that they made me go about 3 times to the place where I grabbed the product. When the obligation is theirs to set the prices correctly and solve my problem without having to argue with the manager there . This product $15.46 When you're going to pay they said it's $30

Walmart Claim resolution

WM blew up the engine of my car! I have an open claim ([protected]). Walmart Claim Services requested a written estimate for the repairs which I sent it within 2 days. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard from them. I have left messages for them EVERY day as they never pick up. But they have not replied! At this point if I don't get proper response, I will get a lawyer and escalate this case.

Claimed loss: Blown car engine due to improper oil change. Car was inspected by WM technicians and they validated poor workmanship as the cause.

Desired outcome: pay for my repair, meanwhile give me a rental car to drive

Walmart Identity theft

I have been trying to get this resolved since April. My account got cancelled because of some sort of activity on the account which was never explained to me. I found out couple months ago that my email had been hacked. So somebody was ordering stuff from you and grabbing it from my porch before I got home. then I guess they did something that was against policy and the account was cancelled. I am really frustrated because i cant open a new account. I have tried a new email but I guess since the name and address are the same you think it is the same person. I really really would like to be able to shop online again with you so can someone please please help me open a new account? I dont want to have stuff shipped somewhere else as that is not convenient. I do have an alternate email i can use but so far you wont let me open an account. please help me with this. my email that was hacked is [protected]@hotmail.com I have since changed the password so I am still using the email. i can give you a different one if this one just not going to let me open an account.

Walmart Complaining about the attitude of Cashier at Mississauga Square One Store # 3055

Sir/Madam,

Is it Walmart policy to disallow the physical separator between the Customer Items on the Cashier conveyor belt. St# 3055 Op#:007411
