Your app doesn't work at all...fix the issue.cant even login with the password I used...then when try to reset the password it doesn't even send me the email. What good is it to even have an app if it don't work ...see that several other people have complained going back to 2010 ans you still haven't fixed the app...this is a gimmick and you can't receive your free stuff cause the app don't work at all.

Early morning of November 20 between 5 and 6 AM. I am counting two of Thorton’s’s employees a man and a woman. The man was described as a heavyset guy and the one was described as a African-American female was very rude and disrespectful towards me for no apparent reason, this type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any organization location 2000 block of Algonquin Parkway seventh St.

Aug.1 7am. Valley station store on Dixie and moorman. Get to the counter about to put the money on the counter when the girl at the register attacked me verbally with the manager at her side doing a cash drop. I'm in that store several times a day and know most by name and had no idea my putting my dollar bill on the counter disrespected this cashier. With a line of people behind me apologized and moved to a different teller. The cashier continued berating me as I left the store. This store is right up the street from my house. Unfortunately, the reputation Thornton's has concerning it's customer complaints I have little faith that tis complaint will go any further. As of today I get my lotto elsewhere and my gaselsewhere. Don't go to a business that doesn't care about their customers. There are too many others that do.

This is about 2 employees at the milford, ohio store. This incident happened at 8:25 pm on the 29th of June. I went to the store to get a hot dog drink and a bag of chips for my lunch break at work. I work right behind thortons gas and I'm there atleast once a day. I grabbed the only hot dog thar was on the roller grill. There were others that were in a container that had been pulled off the grill by the manager. I made my hot dog and set it down to go grab my bag of chips and when I returned to get my hot dog the manager proceeded to throw my hot dog along with the others that were in the container in the trash. The other employee asked her if she knew thar I was making that hot dog for myself and she said "ues I know that". Totally disregarded me standing next to her. When I said something to her all she had to say was "they're old they're garbage" and then walked away from Mei am beyond speechless about the customer service that store provides on 2nd shift. I'm also complaing about the other employees that just laughed and chuckled about it all.

I was at your store in Ottawa Il today at 8 am. I was told to see the cashier inside, I had a new gift card. I went in to the counter a sign was up to use a different station two feet away, No one was there for about 45 seconds, I called out not yell, I said is there any here, a blond lady in the kitchen area was nasty and told me not to be rude, Isaid I was just asking for help, she never stopped raising her voice to me. Another woman walking from the East side of the store told me to shut and wait til she gets to the cashier area, and she said she just walked away and stop being rude, both used nasty tons with me and neither stoped [censored]ing at me. I raised my voice a little and told them both stop being [censored]y with me and I did not need this early in the am, I told them as I walked out that I would buy my gas elsewhere. Look at your cameras and you will see. I stop there every I drive to Chicago, NEVER AGAIN

Today I was at Thornton gas station located at 441 Redding rd Lexington 40517, the cashiers were talking and ignoring me, one of them just made a signal to me and I requested $30 in the pump #10, the pump never worked, I comeback inside and I explained to the another cashier , he said he doesn’t have nothing on pump 10, i asked for the another guy , when he comeback to the front desk he said he load the money in the pump 3, and the customer there use $20 of my $30, I never saw a car by #3 when I was back to my car for second time, but my question is how he doesn’t notice that pump #3 was in use?! I request am investigation through the videos cámaras and the manager take action with that employee, his low performing and bad Customer service made lost $20. His answer was: i load pump #3 and the customer there used $20 and you only have $10 dólar and you should pay again $20. I hope my money been refund to my account after the investigation, I asked for my receipt too because he never gave to me. I was talking outside with a coca cola Vendor and she said they never paid attention to her too.

Today I took my son to your new store in Lebanon, Tn. My son is three years old, and has a severe anxiety disorder, I was trying to hold two big drinks, ice cream, and donuts. While trying to leave a woman was mopping the gloomy son was trying to go down, he is terrified of mops and before I could get to him without dropping everything he kicked at the mop the lady was using. I told him that it was rude and she cussed me and yelled at my 3 year old the entire time we we was trying to cash out! She told me how horrible of a mother I am and did not stop cussing at me and my child until we checked out! I have cried all night about this because I was watching my son, especially since the floors were wet ant they were extremely slippery! I have been so excited about this new store and now I am terrified to go back!

I go in this store every morning for coffee and a few sodas... well this month I haven't been able to get any sodas because they've been out of stock I complained at the register only to be told by the clerk who was a young guy that restocking the drinks was the mf'ing managers job to do and he wasn't doing it. Yall need to get Amy and Laura back we never had these problems.

I went to store 3300 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218 to purchase the tabaccoo product like Newport cigarette.It was 11/09/2022 and the time period was around 12:30am.The cashier forgot to give me a receipt and I asked him could you give me a receipt? He was angry with me and throw away my receipt on the cashier table and yelled to me. I told him I am yours customer please don’t disrespect try to respect the customer. Thank you!

I asked the cashier for a pack of tobacco instead of being polite he asked very rude did I have a ID before he grabs anything.I proceeded to say yes of course why wouldn't I he rebuttal very quick with "you keep talking like that you won't get [censored]" I said don't disrespect me I haven't cussed at you he then stated he will not serve me. I politely asked for a manger to serve me and he said he had the only open register and I could talk to her tomorrow.i shop at this Thornton's all the time and never had a problem but tonight was unacceptable I then waited patiently for for the other employee to open her register after waiting for the other employee he approached his register to help me I politely said "I'm not dealing with you anymore I will wait on her" then I said "you can give me the store number for my complaint" he bluntly stated "you ain't getting [censored]" the argument continued and I ended up having to be served by the other cashier and was overall extremely dissapointed with the visit never want anyone to loose their job but if you work customer service I feel it's a certain way you should be allowed to speak to someone

I went into the Thornton gas station tonight and I was refilling my bottle of water. After I was done, the Thornton employee warns me their boss "enforce" a water fee policy that they will charge customers a water refill. I find this to be nonsense because I always get my water refill for free. I'll contact Thornton customer service on the weekday and fill a complaint.

I was at Thortons 1321 Joliet rd. 8:01 pm 7-1-2022, middle age register person at registers looking at her phone, I went to self check out, since it was liquor, approval needed, she helped two other people, came up approval needed, not sure how she is to know of people standing there, like me. I stood there, then left product in bag, and left, and I spend all gas, and liquor money there. get rid of here and I understand the kind level headed blonde left that location, and very disappointed.

Yesterday I was in Pontiac Illinois I was at your gas pumps and was going into pay for my gas

You have a small silver thing in front of the pumps I didn’t see it and my foot in my boot got caught under it I feel cutting my hand and knee hurting myself pretty bad

And my back my muscle are so swollen and tense I can barely walk and now missing work

I’m at the Dr right now

I’m in so much pain

I don’t understand why you have those in front of your pumps

They could cause some one to really really get hurt because you’re hitting concrete

I have been a everyday user of the flex fuel stations over at this thortons on old fort parkwaysl in murfreesboro TN but for almost two months now the stations I suppose are not available anymore? They put bag over those specific stations and when i asked about it i didn't get an answer. Were they discontinued? This isn't so much of a complaint more of a miscommunication
