I am complaining about service and food

We were present at the Popeyes at 2:00 on April 28 20021. Were told they had no utensils. This is the second time this has happened less than a month ago. We were given no credit paid full price for 3 pieces of wing combo plus the chocolate bengals. The prices $19.72. We had no utensils to eat slaw or rice & beans with. What was we being to do science we were traveling. At least could offer a fee large drink!

Hello. I was at the Canal Winchester location.. After waiting in the line for 15 minutes I finally got to the speaker to order. I sat there waiting for 10 ninutes...continually saying hello...anyone there. Nothing. Not a word. So I drove around to the window...only to be ignored completely. Meanwhile 2 people in the driveway thru area inside...one taking an order finally and the other looking at me and turning around. I'm now late for work with no dinner. Tried to use t mobile coupon for $5 butterfly basket I was told that Danbury location dies not take coupons only the Waterbury ct restaurant. Am very upset that it was not honored at this particular location! What nonsense a coupon is a coupon and it should have been taken regardless! Very disappointed at customer service. Also I was told the butterfly shrimp they ran out so I asked if they had popcorn shrimp as too my surprise there was chicken in it ! I ordered a mild drumstick and thigh and a fish sandwich no pickles in the drive-thru. I got home and had a spicy breast and wing and pickles on the sandwich. I was too far away to go back so I repeatedly attempted to call the store, but they wouldn't answer so I contacted them via Facebook. They gave me the run around for almost three weeks. Also, their "contact us" form on their website only gives an error message, and their corporate phone number doesn't work either. I'll get my chicken from elsewhere in the future because this company is a mess.

I live in St.Louis Missouri you have a page store that only excepts credit or debit card only. The store closes any time they feel like. I was there at 9:00 pm on Tuesday 3/30/21and store was closed. I then went to the store on the Rockroad and the staff was very rude. I didn't get what i ordered.
