On 10/17/25 I visited the store on Union Road in Cheektowaga. I went through the drive thru and ordered a 10-piece meal spicy with all dark meat. I was told "I'm not doing that; you can't have all dark meat." I then informed the person that I did not want anything as I don't eat wait meat however, I was stuck in the drive thru line. Once I arrived at the drive thru window and told them I was not paying for something that I don't eat, and asked why this was a problem, I was laughed at and told to move on.
Claimed loss: No claimed loss other than a waste of my time.
Desired outcome: I would like to see the entire personnel retrained on customer service.

Portion size for sides is embarrassingly small in NEOSHO, MO. One large side was given me via 3 individual sized cups that in total only added up to slightly larger than ONE CUP of food. Furthermore, their employees can't even count to 8 pieces since they shorted me a breast., instead giving me 3 thighs, 2 wings 1 leg and 1 breast to make up the 8 pieces. I did get all 4 biscuits as advertised. All for only $33.00. NEVER GOING TO POPEYES AGAIN.
I find it funny when people make fools of themselves and get upset because they are laughed at.
